Our Great American President Donald J Trump, twice elected, spent a great deal of this speech to emphasize the election steal of 2020.
Sidney Powell sent out a tweet on 1/4/22 where President Trump won – 410 to B-B-B-Biden’s – 128. We crushed them in 2020 up and down the ballot.

Great speech, but at present the swamp and everything in it is a crime scene, Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches are filled with criminals, along with the MSM. You want to get an idea what that looks like, look to the Tea Party vote in 2010 the largest political flip in a 100 years. The criminal swamp rats will not allow this again.

The 17th Amendment was the poison pill that Geneva wanted and expected.
Even before the 17th Amendment, there has been a movement to take control of government from politicians and turn it over to lifetime appointed ‘experts’.
They used patronage, incompetents, and scandals of corruption as justification to implement a permanent government service. Then over many years, they gradually unionized and protected these servants from political control. Watergate was the impetus for the last major set of protections. It gave us the SES, Fauci being the exemplar of someone running a government agency immune to any real supervision by politicians.
The thing about government unions is they form a closed loop, negotiating with politicians for benefits, while campaigning for those same politicians with those benefits. You the non-union person is the victim. (Union wages are always at the expense of reduced non-union wages.) But as a taxpayer you are their victim, and as a voter you are their victim, as they grease each other’s palms with money taken from you and make sure your vote doesn’t count.
After getting all these protections and separations from political control, they began the subterfuge of giving out government jobs to political appointees, allowing them to have direct control, not having to win control at the ballot box. Lots of Clinton and Obama people slipped in this way.
Before that, the need for government ‘experts’ allowed them to build up this phony ‘elite’ system. Graduates from ‘elite’ schools become government leaders who in turn get hired by these same schools to train more ‘elites’. And of course, children of ‘elites’ get to go to these schools.
Before all these changes, the President was truly responsible for what was done by government and held account at the ballot box. Now, we have a system that is at the control of ‘elites’ and which has been taken over by fringe political fanatics.
So basically, we now have government of the people, by the commie-fascists, for the self-titled commie-fascist elites. You know, the people who are more equal than all of us.
Undoing the 17th Amendment will be a great improvement, giving some control back to elected state governments. Senators were always meant to be ambassadors of the states, making sure the states had a role in deciding important things.
But breaking this pseudo ‘elite’ domination and de-commie-fascist-ifying the government is equally or more important. I’d also like to greatly reduce the government and all government spending. And restore the Constitution to be the guide, instead of 9 ‘elites’ appointed by their fellow ‘elites’. Though I really don’t have a good mechanism to do that.
One mechanism to help de-‘elite’ the government would be to term limit all government employment. Limit time in each job and limit the total time that can be served. Make sure less than half of any life is spent in government employ.

Fire Fauci from his job as the head of the National Institute for Allergic and Infectious Diseases? No.
As long as there is an NIAID, (or a CDC, HHS, NIH, FDA, etc.) they are needed on the team. Even if the team isn’t made up of the heads of the agencies, the heads will have significant influence over the team and publicly. So, canning Fauci from the team only makes things worse.
The fact that government employees are not responsive to our elected heads of government, is a major problem. That is the essence of a DEEP STATE. They can and are doing their own thing.
Repeal the 17th Amendment, give back to the States their right to select the Senators they want to represent the State’s interest and viola – natural term limits since it is the people in the State’s who elect their State legislatures, if the people don’t like what their individual State legislatures are doing they get rid of them and the new crew will naturally select different Senators to represent the State in DC.
Two birds, one stone.
Tyranny has taken root because American citizens have not taken citizenship itself seriously and done the hard work EVERY AMERICAN should be personally doing to become directly involved in government at EVERY LEVEL.
Americans have abdicated their personal responsibilities in this and chose to LET SOMEONE ELSE DO IT.

We live in a society in which medical doctors, who have years of experience in a field, are causally censored by people with purple hair and pronouns in their bio who like to stick things up their butt.
Yes! And it’s worse than that, I believe. The government is taking over our medical industry. The many examples during Covid makes it perfectly clear. Dr.s are not allowed to prescribe therapeutics that they believe will help their patients. They are controlled by the medical institutions that are controlled by the government. Pharmacist will not fill prescriptions. Dr.s must adhere to the recommended/dictated treatment protocols and on and on.
End of Dr./Patient relationship.
Tech companies will not allow alternative arguments on treatment protocols.

How is it that the woman at the center of the hostage situation is a citizen?
Last night at a local Catholic Church, a string quintet (piano plus string quartet), offered a concert in our small Ohio city.
The crowd was largely unmasked (a few very elderly people being the exceptions).
The musicians, however, Asians with one Israeli, wore masks all the way through. This made their introductions concerning the works played well nigh incomprehensible.
I am sure they all had multiple vaccinations, although that topic did not arise. 😉
Because of their fear shown by the masks, and their Asian heritage, my mind wandered to observations about History which I often made to my students.
From Persia to Peking, Asia has historically been the area of god-kings, god-emperors, and the repudiation of individual worth and individual rights. It has been the area of massive, unquestioning obedience to the divinity on the throne and therefore to the state. As things evolved over the centuries and millenia, opposition to that cultural heritage has arisen, but it has never taken deep roots, and often was eviscerated quickly.
In the West, starting with the Ancient Greeks and the Roman Republic, individual rights arose and the idea of god-kings or god-emperors was repudiated – or failed, whenever it infected the West. Moreover, the latter idea never seems to have arisen among the unruly Celtic and Germanic tribes, the latter group destined to inherit the shards of the Roman Empire.
“A republic, if you can keep it.” Benjamin Franklin knew his Western History well. Republics rose and fell, both in Greece and Rome, and were spoiled by Asian ideas of obedience to a central authority. Alexander the Great, the Ptolemies, and of course the Roman Empire, tried to impose an alien ideology upon people who (mostly) wanted to be left alone to live their lives.
Roman emperors who, in fact, left things alone, and did not impose onerous taxes or demand obedience to something particular, were the ones who succeeded. The ones who did not – and they are found increasingly as the empire falls apart – failed. Taxing more, controlling more, eventually led to taxing nothing and controlling nothing.
In short, the oriental model of government failed in the West.
In the early modern period, as the uncentralized areas of Europe are organized into nation-states by kings, a variation on the Asian. Keep in mind that medieval kings were not more powerful than all the nobles combined.
“The Divine Right of Kings” arose as an explanation as to the legitimacy of why anyone should obey a king: GOD has made e.g. Louis XIV the king, and so you should do everything he says, as he is king because of God’s Divine Will.
Or maybe not! This idea is disposed of by the events of the later 1600’s and into the 1700’s, which rested upon the rationalism of John Locke and many others.
You can see that we are again approaching a crisis with – again – a showdown between our Western Heritage of the primacy of individual rights and basic freedoms versus a massive central authority demanding obedience down to controlling what we must inject into our bodies and place over our faces and where we can stand at a point in space.
History has shown that this Asian Infection of Unthinking Obedience – otherwise known as Slavery – will not end well. It might win in the short term, but in the long term a collapse is guaranteed.
And so, the Asian (Chinese, Korean, and Japanese) musicians played music by the Czech composer Antonin Dvorak quite well (String Quintet #2, highly recommended!), a composer who had visited and was very impressed by America, and who would undoubtedly have listened to their performance…

First, YES the Court actually “applied without comment” the 1905 Jacobson Precedent that says exactly what you stated. Congress made a law and the Executive enforced it v/v the ruling regarding healthcare professionals. The Republicans KNEW this would happen when they supported the democrats in crafting this law. Now we have “Republicans” in congress belatedly calling on their colleagues to help repeal the law, after the Court ruling was announced.
The VERY SPECIFIC RULING, with respect to healthcare professionals, upholds the 1905 Jacobson Precedent as well as upholds the PUBLIC GOOD & SAFETY position of governments at ALL levels that over ride Individual Civil Rights. NOT a single plaintiff against mandates has attacked the Medical-Science and Statistics the of the CDC and NIH that underpin Public Good & Safety being SERVED.
Second, you answered your own question about abortion. Laws can be re-written or enforcement instructions watered down by those implements the laws…more importantly Courts can strike down laws or parts of laws. Nobody has argued to attack either to date with respect to abortion.
Today’s FEDERAL COURTS are practicing selective memory and issue awareness, in that the Judges can selectively study for consideration existing public issues and evidence NOT presented in court. In the case of Vaccine Mandates and Abortion, the Judges have chosen the 3-monkey’s posture with respect to materials NOT presented. For some reason the lawyers representing the plaintiff’s have elected NOT to present materials that show the Public Good IS NOT being served.
And “they” like to ignore the part of Jacobson that imposed a fine on those refusing vaccination – a $5.00 fine to be exact – as opposed to a “choice” between your job or forced vaccination.
Not advocating for fining in lieu of forced vaccination (I am completely and utterly against forced vaccination no matter how it’s spun) – just stating what Jacobson actually required.
Oh but the CMS law “allows” religious and medical exemptions. Sure, but in mine and many cases like mine, if the religious or medical exemption request is denied, one has NO RECOURSE prior to the HARM OF TERMINATION.
Wrong…Jacobson does not specify a fine as the remedy. The fine was an accepted remedy at the time as specified by the Government…NOT the courts.
Allowing one to “apply for an exemption” does not specify that the exemption has be accepted not sets criteria for the exemptions to be approved, it is left to employers to decide. That is how employers, local governments and Federal Government (US Military) are skirting the spirit of the exemption by putting in place a process and criteria that cannot be met.
Plus, as I pointed out, the US CONGRESS put in place legislation that sanctions mandates for Health Care Workers based on serving the Public Good.
So, what is your point??? Yes, the Government is corrupt but we are being undone from within by the legal minds who are “helping” fight the mandates.
They sent the CMS case back to the lower court, simply did not put a stay in the mandate but instead set it up for the case to proceed; once that court finishes it this will most likely go back to the Supreme Court as the losing side at the lower court will most likely appeal that lower court’s ruling. Then the Supreme Court will have to make a final decision.

The Military hardware was drop in the bucket (not even 1% of money invested) and WAS NOT the Prize … there was over $2 Trillion of Infrastructure installed for use by who ever is running the show to exploit the place. The additional $308 Million is an Infrastructure upgrade.
To add some perspective … allot of the Infrastructure Money was funneled through the OMO accounts of the DoD, which spent and or budgeted about $8 Trillion over that same 20 year period for Military Equipment and Material Accounts. That means between 15-20%+ of the US DoD Budget covered the $2 Trillion+ poured into Afghanistan, the balance coming via un-accounted for money sent via secret INTEL and State Department funds. 10% for the “Big Guys” means that nearly $200 million+was siphoned off to US Politicians sponsoring the show.

Time to find a new church. It’s not the cops fault, it’s the place of business (a church in this case) demanding the enforcement of the “rules”, aka order/law, by the police.
Unfortunately, trespassing is trespassing. I’m a firm believer in property rights and the church has the right to enforce what they believe are good rules, just as you have the right to not attend and not tithe to that pastor.
I choose not to do any business with people who enforce mask policies. I’d never return to this church again regardless of history or social friendships. I won’t fly until you don’t have to wear a mask.

I notice a huge push of advertising on my local radio stations for people all the way down to 5-years old to get Covid vaccinated.
The federal money flowing towards governmental PR is immense right now.
Stay away from those radio stations…just like the local news sites on computers…all they talk about is how dangerous the viruses are and everyone will die. Good Lord…stay away from all those.
