I’m sorry, but if you are a commercial pilot and you have not done the follow up tests to make absolutely sure that the shot did not result in damage to your heart or vascular system, (putting you at risk of having a sudden cardiac event, then continuing to fly – an occupation already at elevated rates of blood clots), you are putting people’s lives at risk. Particularly if you are flying without a co-pilot.
For this reason, I will not fly on any single piloted plane where the pilot may be in ill cardiac health due to these shots. I’ll drive 15 hours rather than put my life at risk because people chose to comply with an unscientific and illogical

I must pass an FAA physical every year to continue flying, including an EKG.

The US Supreme Court is the Court of Original Jurisdiction for any case brought by a state against another state. There is nowhere else for them to go. But throughout all of this it has been obvious that judges were corrupt and complicit, and it should surprise no one that the SCOTUS is deeply involved.
States have sued other States many times before in that Court, and there was no problem. The SCOTUS simply did not want to hear these cases because it wanted the crime to succeed without legal challenge. But I do not believe that it actually had the legal prerogative to say, “no, I’d rather not.” A plaintiff is legally entitled to his day in Court. But, “orange man bad.™”
Gee, in 2000 Al Gore had his case heard by the Supreme Court without a hiccup! Gore had standing to sue over the Florida count but President Trump didn’t? I think I get it now!!

Okay, that part I don’t think I can argue with. Unless it is some setup that is impossible to abide by (I can’t read the article since it’s “premium”). I’m all for stores that sell firearms having them secured well, and people not being able to just steal them.
