I was quite surprised when I found this video from a known leftist being honest with the cause of the social problems that are overwhelmingly in blue states. No longer can they keep blaming Republicans for these problems when states like Florida and Texas are out performing states like Washington and California when it comes to the same issues they champion and pretend to care about most!
Johnny Harris who produced this video is a well known leftist of the extreme kind. Him being a former Mormon and have worked in DC during the Obama years is as left as they come, however I give him credit for putting this video together and being honest about the causes of problems such as lack of affordable housing in Blue states which is refreshing to see. As stated by the New York Times writer who made himself available for this video Progressive Democrats need to look in the mirror and actually practice what they preach and that include not lying all time for their obvious failures and always blaming Republicans for those failures!
Last week I saw on Tucker a lefty gay rights activist, a lesbian, saying that lesbians cannot accept aligning with the trans group any more.
The leftist hierarchy occasionally become visible and usually results in conflict.
The lesbian objects to being lower on the social order than the trans (and losing all those sports medals in the process.)
What if the lesbian was black and the trans was white? Who should would win then?

He’s only mentioning Republicans when he compares them to what he refers to as ‘rich liberals’ and ‘affluent liberals.’ He’s happy California is banning single family zoning in favor of multi-family homes for more ‘equitable’ housing. He’s saying richer neighborhoods and higher priced homes pay higher taxes which fund their neighborhood schools but those funds should be spread around to other neighborhoods too. He talks about wealth in ‘zip codes.’ He’s also talks about taxes still being too regressive. He’s basically describing socialism, redistributing wealth, and ‘equity’ meanwhile he doesn’t mention that 48% of school budgets come from state income and sales tax and the other 44% comes from property taxes. The people are already the ones funding schools.

In the Dallas Fort Worth area…the meteorologists were highlighting a super cell that lasted 3 hours from east Texas traveling northeast and how rare it was this time of year or for that matter any time of year.

indianapolis report: horrific winds and rain last night leaving about 20,000 locally without power. Winds are still strong and suspect downed branches, etc., but no tornadoes reported. I think all the bad damage was in KY and IL.

All safe here in Columbia, TN. Prayers for all affected by last nights storms. I was up at 2 am, walked outside and it was about 70 degrees. Not a good sign with a cold front coming.

Daughter lives in Mount Juliet, TN and all is well. She did not think it too bad. Claims she’s had much worse wind, of course, this is the same person who had a tornado literally pass right over her apartment while she slept through it. Quite a feat considering the noise they make!
I knew a guy in college who was also a very sound sleeper. He lived in Kansas and one night a tornado took the roof off his house. He woke up afterwards when the rain started hitting him in the face because the roof and ceiling over his bedroom where gone.
So glad you’re all ok.
Family there came through ok, too. The neighbor’s oak tree fell between the houses.

We’re just outside the area of W Kentucky that was affected. A relative went down to Mayfield, KY last night right after the tornado went through. Massive damage. He went into the candle plant where there were over 100 people that hunkered down. Not sure why they were still there with the big lead time folks had but the building came down on a lot of people. He pulled people both live and dead out helping the first responders. He finally had to leave in tears – one of the dead had a phone ringing. We’re chipping in with Son-in-law who is buying up a lot of food – sandwiches, etc – and running it down for the responders or anyone needing a meal. We hear Bowling Green is wrecked too – not sure how bad.

The Supreme Court rulings carry the law of the land, so why not just STFU and only give “lectures” on legal theory? All the justices should stay out of any interview or talk where they take positions, but I believe they should give talks/lectures on legal theory and application – that’s it though.

I had a phone conversation with a low level person who works for someone with authority, yesterday.
