By law and regulation, the DOD can not compel Service members to take an EXPERIMENTAL vaccine, they can only OFFER it; unless Biden, as POTUS signs a waiver.

They’ve also stated that they don’t have a documented process regarding exemptions and that every request will be treated individually. What they have succeeded in doing is driving a wedge between vaccinated and unvaccinated employees and have severely affected morale throughout this company. Sounds like the companies process for granting exemptions could be be rife with bias and discrimination. If you are a white Christian I would contact an attorney.

Requested accommodation was to continue doing what I and every employee at my in patient mental health hospital have been doing since March 2020 – i.e., screened each morning, masks in common areas, and testing once per week.
I even sited the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (EEOC) statement in which the EEOC states periodic testing, masking and screening as reasonable accommodations to offer employees who request religious or medical exemption. No go.
I last worked on 11/12, have been on unpaid suspension since, and within the next couple of days I will be terminated.

I have read Romanic Review and other “peer reviewed” journal articles with titles just this stupid. I am talking jaw-droppingly stupid. They think making up words instead of using perfectly normal ones is somehow “hip” and “educated.” We hear it all of the time in the news: “Reimagining” this or that instead of reassessing something, “On-boarding” a new employee instead of orienting the new employee, you get the point.
Critical theory is just a crowbar in search of something to destroy, and destroy it does. It finds fault with received Western culture and tradition and points out ever blemish no matter how small. It shouts loudly at the gnat while swallowing the fly. It is destructive and narcissistic, a self-reflexive self-love fest for the destroyers of Western Civilization. It permeates all areas of life because the purveyors like Marcuse and Gramsci were permitted to peddle their poison in the academy which seeped into every college and school, even hard science and mathematics. Nothing is uncorrupted by this pernicious thought process. Nothing at all. It makes traditionalists feel off-kilter. They know something is wrong, but lack the tools to name it and effectively counter it.
My unasked opinion on how to effectively combat this is that we destroy American education and salt the earth. I found critical theory in the following colleges and schools: History, International Relations, French, Biology, English, law, Humanities, and Communications. Students poisioned in these areas will go on to be “industry leaders,” teachers, ambassadors, politicians, and lawyers who then become judges. They take their indoctrination with them. Very few can buck the indoctrination.
Once we tear down the “education, inc.” establishment, we go back to mom’s teaching locally in the one-room schoolhouse with the Golden Rule written above the chalkboard, the Pledge prayer and Bible to begin the day, and no electronics allowed. That is what made America great.

I figured that if we don’t force ourselves to learn the garbage they peddle as “intellectualism” to the masses, we on the America First side will perish. If we learn it as well as the opposition, we will be able to refute them with their own words and “deconstruct” their positions for the cogswallop that they are. Freeing reasonable minds captivated by the internationalist critic cabal is a personal project.

I did a bit of web searching, and apparently a study was published in Nature magazine over a year ago that showed that the body produces significantly more N protein antibodies following a COVID-19 infection than spike protein antibodies.
It seems that this research has been intentionally forgotten about.

A question nobody is asking;
“Is the Omicrom variant the “silver bullet” to Covid?”
I’m not a virologist, but I’m not an idiot, either.
What makes Covid different, is the spike protien, which attaches to ACE2 receptors on human cells.
Omnicron is said to have far more spikes, than any previously seen variant.
And, it causes MILD symptoms; scratchy (not ‘sore’) throat, fatigue and muscle aches for several days.
So, AFTER infection to the Omni strain, does it provide natural immunity?
Seems like it MUST, at the very least, to the Omni variant; natural immunity means we produce antibodies to the spike protien, as well as 3 other protiens the virus contains, and upon subsequent exposure those antibodies promptly attack and destroy any virus that gets in our body.
So, the million $ question is, after getting infected by Omni, and recovering, are we not immune to not only the Omni variant, but to ANY Covid variant?
Sure seems likely, since researchers say the Omni variant has far MORE spike protiens, than any previous variant.
I doubt any researchers are looking at this, but seems to me if they had a test that could identify individuals infected with Omni, we should revive and expand the practice we had when I was a kid;
Whenever someone is identified as infected with Omni, EVERYONE they know should go to a party, with them as the guest of honor, get sick for a couple of days, and be done with it.
Is Omni marking the end of Covid,…I think it MIGHT.
Given that the spike protein is constantly changing, spike protein antibodies can’t possibly provide long-lasting protection. Most likely the N protein antibodies provide long-lasting protection.
Natural immunity or not, Omicron, or Xi, is reported to be winning the natural selection fight as well as reported to be failing to kill.
Both of those will be good things if true.
Delta, won the natural selection fight against all previous strains. A good thing because Delta milled fewer people than Alpha did. Now Xi could do the same thing to Delta.
Wouldn’t it be great if no more people died from covid? If it mutates itself into being a harmless cold?

Los Angeles Businesses Must Now Police the Vaccination Status of Customers

As of Monday, restaurants, bars, malls, gyms, yoga studios, movie theaters, sports arenas, hair salons and many other businesses in Los Angeles must begin requiring that patrons show proof of vaccination for COVID-19 before allowing them to enter.
The new City of Los Angeles ordinance – named SafePassLA — appears to be the most demanding measure of its type in the country.
The City is giving businesses until November 29, 2021 before it begins to enforce the ordinance.
On finding violations, City staff are to impose these escalating penalties:
On a first violation, the City is to give the business a warning and notice to correct.
On a second violation, the City will issue an administrative fine against the business in the sum of $1,000.
On a third violation, the fine increases to $2,000. On the fourth violation and each subsequent violation, the fine increases to $5,000.
The ordinance will be enforced by inspectors from the City Department of Building and Safety.
The City ordinance places the burden of restricting indoor areas of covered venues to fully vaccinated patrons squarely on the back of businesses, large and small.
The Businesses Subject to the Ordinance are:
🛑 Establishments where food or beverages are served, including restaurants, bars, fast food venues, coffee shops, food courts, etc.
🛑 Gym and fitness venues, including fitness centers, dance studios, Pilates and yoga studios, boxing gyms, etc.
🛑 Entertainment and recreation venues, including movie theaters, concert venues, sports arenas, malls, shopping centers, museums, etc.
🛑 Personal care businesses such as hair and nail salons, barbershops, massage facilities, etc.
