We have been discussing the continued incarceration of many individuals for their participation in the Jan. 6th riot. Despite claims that the riot was an insurrection, the vast majority of defendants have been given relatively minor charges. Nevertheless, the Justice Department has insisted on holding many without bail and some have received longer sentences, like Jacob Chansley (aka “QAnon Shaman”) who was given a 41-month sentence for “obstructing a federal proceeding.”

Thomas “Tas” Alexander Starks, 31, of Lisbon, N.D., faced a strikingly different approach by the Justice Department. The self-avowed Antifa member took an axe to the office of Sen. John Hoeven’s in Fargo on Dec. 21, 2020. Federal sentencing guidelines suggested 10–16 months in prison but he was only sentenced to probation and fined $2,784 for restitution . . . he then reportedly mocked the FBI for returning his axe. Others declared him a hero and Democratic politicians pitched in for his legal defense.

Starks was caught on videotape axing the door of the congressional office. He pleaded guilty to a single charge of destruction of government property. The case has received little attention from the media outside of conservative sites.

Starks has made clear that he was neither apologetic nor deterred from the use of such violence. He has posted under the Facebook moniker, “Paul Dunyan,” an apparent reference to his preferred use of an axe as a form of political expression. He displays the Antifa symbol and, while awaiting sentencing, reportedly wrote: “I am ANTIFA. I will always attack fascists, racial superiority complexes built around nationalism that promotes genocide to fuel a war machine is the worst humanity has to offer.”

The net result is the caregiver has total control over his charge and can even go so far as to cause his charge to be ill to fit the narrative.

This is what our government is doing, as are other governments the world over.  It’s crazy, and it needs to stop.  The latest variant, dubbed omicron (no, news-reader bot, it’s not “omnicron”), is yet another scare tactic meant to intimidate us all.  In fact, omicron has so far been shown to cause mild infections.

I read about the trauma man dying from COVID endured in hospital.  His doctor had to get a judge to force the hospital to administer ivermectin (the guy is now all better).  Then I started working to compile my own sensible list of how one ought to deal with COVID-infected people, as a counter to the crazy narrative of vaccinate or be damned, despite the shot’s potential to kill recipients.

I noted that Florida, which has no mask or vaccination mandates but offers treatment (shocking, I know!) to those who are infected with the WuFlu, has the lowest infection rate.  Thinking about that, my ever-logical mind came up with this scenario: people become infected in Florida, but, instead of lingering at home getting sicker and then going to the E.R., where they don’t receive quality treatment (just Remdesivir, which destroys kidneys but doesn’t cure COVID, and intubation), they get immediate, effective treatment.

Florida reported the lowest number of coronavirus cases per capita in the U.S. despite criticisms launched toward Gov. Ron DeSantis for his handling of the virus while states with strict lockdown measures have some of the highest cases per capita.

The state reported a daily average of 1,393 COVID-19 cases as of Friday, just six per 100,000, a two percent decrease over the course of the last two weeks.

Dr. Noack is (was?) a German chemist. In this video, he is desperately trying to alert the world that the injections contain Graphene Hydroxide., and not Graphene Oxide.

He further explains the difference between the two. Graphene Hydroxide is equivalent to microscopic razor blades, and they never disintegrate. Instead, they circulate within the blood stream forever — making microscopic cuts.

If injected directly into the blood stream, the dire consequences are more immediate. If injected into muscle tissue, the consequences are slower.

He explains the reason why so many athletes are collapsing is because their blood is circulating at a faster rate from their physical activity, as those microscopic razor blades within their blood continue to cut.

Either way, the result is ultimate death.

Shortly after making this video, Dr. Noack was physically attacked, and died as a result of the attack.

Today’s ruling, in a lawsuit brought by Missouri and other states, issues a preliminary injunction against the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services mandate.

The CMS mandate now joins Biden’s broader OSHA mandate on the chopping block. For now, it applies only in the 10 states that brought the lawsuit, including Iowa, Missouri, and New Hampshire.

But three strikes and you’re out has been the rule for a very long time. So how many strikes do we have here?

Let’s cut the crap, shall we?  The mask mandates were known worthless by the people promoting them with alleged “science.” They knew they were lying. The purpose of the mask mandates, all of which post-dated “warp speed” pre-purchases of an unproved technology that had never been successfully used before in man or beast was to do one and only one thing: Provide a basis of compliance and see if you’d eat the spouses and families of the mandating parties before issuing the REAL mandate.

After all, while wearing a mask was stupid and ineffective if it harmed that harm was modest to moderate in scope. Worn for a long period of time or with inadequate protocol, which was a certainty in untrained persons within the general population who do not have access to other people’s money to pay for the required interval changes of said masks or biological waste disposal associated with proper protocol, the physical harm was mostly limited to taking a virus from one place (e.g. outdoors or in one business) and likely bringing it into another, or serving as a bacterial incubator which was most-likely to screw the wearing party — and rather unlikely to screw anyone else.  As we knew was the case in operating rooms as of 1981, forty years ago, wearing oral/nasal protection less-effective than an N95 is, at best, performative art.

Further, if you decided to tell your governor, mayor or other wagging-finger jackwad to stuff it up their ass (in other words, you knew how to read and bothered to look up the science on this for yourself) the damage accumulation, such as it was, ended when you took the mask off.
A shot, on the other hand, is designed to irrevocably change your metabolic profile — whether for good or bad. The intent was always to force compliance all the way back to the beginning while at the same time actively and intentionally concealing possible adverse effects.  It could never be any other way since there is no way to obtain adverse event risk data for something that frequently does not occur for months or years down the road without the passage of said time.

Trump and HHS Secretary Ash knew damn well this was the case — as does Biden’s cabinet. Biden, himself, may not even know that he just **** his own pants, but irrespective of that as the guy in the left seat he is still responsible when the plane crashes.

There are times that such a trade-off is probably worth it even with all these unknowns. In those cases an honest discussion with the public ought to be sufficient to convince people, and for those whom it is not, well, they choose and they accept the consequences.

Understand that the latest screamfest over the new “variant” is due to four people in Botswana, all vaccinated, who got….. a cold. That’s right — none of them are in the hospital, none of them are in an ICU, none are on vents and zero died. The same “variant” has been detected all over the place already, including in Israel and other nations, all of which previously required full vaccination to enter their countries so the premise that we could stop it from getting in by requiring vaccination by travelers is now proved on a conclusive basis to be false.

Any further insistence on vaccination to travel and otherwise enjoy ordinary life is now a damned lie proved to be of no value whatsoever to public health as the very thing we were told would not happen if people took the shots in fact did happen in a fully-vaccinated group of people.  Even if the new “variant” turns out to be wildly dangerous to vaccinated people or intentionally released and targeted at them it doesn’t matter; the attempted means of stopping spread of the virus, vaccine mandates and travel restrictions for those who did not get the shots, is a proved failure.

Therefore any politician further advancing or trying to “enforce” such a thing gets to join the child rapists in terms of what they deserve as they are now trying to mandate you do a dangerous thing when the alleged social benefit they claim for it has been conclusively disproved.
Let me restate this in plain English for the idiots who have trouble with logic: Any “mandate” to take a jab is, as now proved by events, a demand that you play Russian Roulette — a game of chance with no benefit that can and does sometimes kill you without warning.
I have the right to play Russian Roulette of my own free will and if I do, and it ends badly, that’s on me. If I’m polite I’ll do it outside so its easier to clean up the mess.

But a mandate to play Russian Roulette is in fact an act of felony assault with intent to commit murder and that justifies the immediate use of whatever force is necessary to stop it by the person being coerced.

When Ghislaine Maxwell was arrested she stated to Pretrial Services she was married but in the process of divorcing her husband. No one ever knew she was even married much less to who. She refused, when asked, to disclose the identity of this husband. At her bail hearing her council stated her family and friends would be putting up 5M, not her, even though she showed she was worth 3.8M. There was, again, no mention of the husband or him putting up any money. The court denied her bail and when asked if they could leave the record open, they denied that as well.

Fast forward five months and despite the record having been closed she requests another bail hearing. This time she is suddenly very happily married to Scott Borgerson with his two children who she makes lunches for and drives to and from school. They think of her as their “proxy mom.” Letters are presented that write of their obvious love for one another and the happy home in which they live. Borgerson writes a letter stating that the Ghislaine he knows is both loving and kind and not capable of the crimes she is being accused of. He claims the reason he did not come forward before was due to the harassment and threats he had been receiving. Her net worth is now, suddenly, 22.5M and he is offering all of it plus an additional 5M from friends and family for her bond.

There are so many lies here it is hard to know where to start. Apparently, Maxwell married Borgerson in 2016. She sold her NYC townhome for 15.5M and transferred the proceeds into Tidewood LLC and purchased the Manchester By the Sea property where Borgerson and Maxwell lived. She went by the name of Jennifer Ellmax. They also formed the Angara Trust with her sister Christine and purchased a townhouse in Boston. When Epstein was arrested and subsequently found hanging in his cell another LLC was formed, Granite Reality, (the name of the street where Borgerson’s property with his ex-wife is.) That LLC purchased the New Hampshire property where Maxwell was living alone under the name of Jen Marshall when she was arrested the following year. So, in actual reality, the 22.5M they are said to be worth is Maxwell’s money. Borgerson is reported to have brought just $200,000 to the table when they married. She lied about her marriage. She lied about her finances. She lied about her whereabouts. She lied about her identity.

Was Maxwell lying about the divorce or is she now lying about the happy marriage? Was this the first her husband, Scott Borgerson, heard about the divorce or is he in on the lie? On top of these lies there is a question about the actual ownership of the NYC townhouse. It was purchased by an LLC belonging to Jeffrey Epstein. It was reported that the proceeds from the sale went into a joint account with Epstein and then transferred to Maxwell alone and then back to another LLC with Epstein before going into the Tidewood LLC. Was the marriage just a business arrangement from the start? A way to get the money out of her name and keep it from the victims? Is she now a partner in CargoMetrics, Borgerson’s company? After all, it was in 2016 Borgerson got the richest man in Israel, Idan Offer, and other billion-dollar investors to invest in CargoMetrics and his company was suddenly valued at 100M. Borgerson claims to have never met Epstein. Is that even true? The attorney that set up the Granite Reality LLC is John W. Roberts with Nutter, McClennan & Fish. He is also one of the trustees of the Angara Trust. Could this be the same John Roberts that shows up on the flight logs for Jeffrey Epstein’s Lolita Express years earlier?
