So I need some feedback from all you Treepers. In addition to my day job, I am currently on the city council in my KY town and have been for 12+ years. Considering whether to continue in that role, or perhaps tackle a new race in 2022.
As we get closer to filing deadlines, etc, I have been thinking more about the potential good I can help accomplish in my current role as well as other positions. I have considered County Magistrate as well as State Representative. But both are held by Republicans who are doing an “okay” job generally.
I’ve also had an interest in State Senate, currently held by a Democrat, who recently won a special election when the prior incumbent retired. This State Senator is a person I think needs to be replaced. I know a state race is a more expensive, higher profile race, than city, or even county. But I feel like what I am able to do in my current role is more and more limited, and I really want to be part of something that makes a difference.
It’s not about the $ because the pay is not much. I just don’t want to sit back and watch our world destroyed without doing as much as I can to save it. I have the experience, motivation and hunger for liberty and freedom, and those are being taken from us daily. I could lose for sure, but as they say “nothing ventured, nothing gained.”

Being on the city council,do you have a vote/voice regarding the zoning and development in your town? If so, I think keeping the ‘stackem and packem’ style apartments from being built all over would be needed.
Good for you for your current service — and for considering even more! Just thinking that if you go for the State Senate position, you might start by getting involved in local conservative Tea Party-like groups. I belong to one in my area of NE Ohio, and we have had a number of members who ended up running for and getting elected positions — and even going further. Groups like that are often a good place to get name recognition, find other MAGA minded folks who desperately want to promote a good candidate — and also people who are willing to donate time or money to get you elected.
Also, although many disparage Facebook, it can be another useful tool for getting your name out there. A woman who was a concerned parent in our area and who had spoken up at school board meetings about mask mandates and other issues had a good connection of facebook friends. They put the word out when she decided to run for school board and posted a facebook page she put together for her campaign — and she just got elected! Hope that helps — good luck with whatever you decide!

My mantra is live local, fight local, win local. Is your locality secured from the Communists? If so, and robust measures are in place to seek out and exclude their operatives and collaborators, then consider moving the battle to the State House. If in question, IMO stay local and fight, perhaps moving from city office to county office if appropriate.

In this same video, the guy states how he has photos of all the jurors and is determining where they live. Isn’t that a threat? Again, why is the judge not sending the police to get this guy? Doesn’t this open the case up for a mistrial, especially if jurors express that they feel threatened?
Isn’t this a local, not a fed prosecution? So it depends on when the feds informed and supplied the prosecutor with the tapes. Prosecutors brought them up when the judge denied them their other tactics. So the FIB could have rushed to the rescue. Or given them long ago.

The ETS, which requires qualified employers (100 or more employees) to develop, implement, and enforce a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy, would force employees to choose between being vaccinated against their will, completing weekly COVID-19 testing (at the employee’s expense), or losing their jobs.

Arizona is one of 22 OSHA-approved state plans that have exclusive responsibility for the development and enforcement of occupational safety and health standards within their states. Since 1974 when Arizona’s state plan was formally approved by OSHA, the Industrial Commission of Arizona has proudly worked to establish a model program for protecting the safety and health of Arizona’s workers in every corner of the state and in every industry.

2) banned from ever handling anything resembling a firearm again, including pork chops and T-bones.

The left wants more gun laws, OK, let’s start with any movie or TV show, or commercial, or advertisement that has guns must have all handlers successfully pass a safe handling class put on by the NRA. Let’s also require that all handlers have an appropriate to the state conceal carry permit. Let’s also require special guns and ammunition that will not fire real bullets in any circumstance. The guns must be designed so that they can not even be modified to fire real bullets.
These people have so much money they should be forced by law to only use highly specialized blank firing ONLY guns. The industry should be forced to have them designed and produced at what ever the cost may be, and finally have the NRA and law enforcement do the inspections and testing. Also the sale and purchase of these specialized tools can not be transfered or sold without being on a government list.

Any study which relies on the RT-PCR test, which the JAMA study does, needs to reveal, at a minimum, the cycle threshold they used in that test. The JAMA study does not reveal that information..
The cycle threshold as you’re probably aware, just by itself, determines whether or not the virus is present. Moreover, the cycle threshold can be (and has been, by the CDC, no less) manipulated to provide the outcome one is looking for.
As I’ve mentioned, this study relies entirely on the RT-PCR test to substantiate it’s conclusions. And yet, these “scientists” do not feel the need to disclose, any of the details of how that test was set up.
To me, that’s unworthy, bush league science.

The existence of SARSCOV2 rests on the perceived legitimacy of the RT-PCR test.
So that if you say the PCR test is flawed , then, to be logical, you are, in effect, saying there is no legitimacy to the notion that SARSCOV2 exists at all. And you would be correct.
You will never find a virologist who will say, as you do, the PCR test is flawed for that very reason, i.e., they know they would be, in effect, saying COV2 does not exist. Which, if they did, also means they would be out of a job. And they know that. Which is one of the reasons they will fight very hard to keep cov2 alive in whatever form is necessary.

There is a possibility not being discussed that would be bad for the defense. The prosecutor literally stops the case and prosecution, before a finding in the case is rendered. That leaves in place the possibility of a future prosecution.
The judge would have to allow it but there is that possibility.
It would also leave open the possibility of a string of wrongful death civil suits, to drag Kyle and his family through the courts. If BLM and ANTIFA have $$$millions for their leadership to buy stuff, a couple of hack lawyers would be easy to fund.
The judge can force them to drop the case “with prejudice,” meaning it can not be brought again, like a double jeopardy type of bar, and the defense will most certainly make a motion that any dropped prosecution be under these circumstances.

Rittenhouse faces several charges, including possession. He fired upon a few individuals. Certainly, this one matter seems settled. There are other instances yet to be reviewed, including the possession charge.
