Just a point that may be wrong…but Kitchen Timers DO NOT generate electrical current to be used either as a trigger for another device or as the direct trigger. They are mechanical and would introduce a level of unnecessary complexity.
A cell phone would’ve been more convincing and readily recognizable and functionally more accurate. However, a mechanical timer as a switch in conjunction with a power source can be effective.

The Biden Administration’s “new issue” ETS out of OSHA is blatantly illegal. That they issued it alone is just cause to immediately start drafting that document. But — as soon as it publishes the lawsuits will fly, so let’s see if the “high priests” realize what comes next if they don’t drop an anvil on Der Fuhrer’s penis.
This article, however, isn’t about voting by either General Strike (which is entirely legal, I remind you) or from the roof and the hilltop, neither of which is legal at all. It’s about the ridiculous infirmities in having OSHA do this in the first place which the Biden Administration admitted to months ago and in fact bragged about.
So let’s go down the list of why any person in a black robe has exactly zero excuse for not immediately issuing an injunction and then politically throwing Biden into the Potomac.
OSHA claims this is an “Emergency” and requires immediate action.
OSHA’s regulatory is limited to workplaces.
OSHA is required to back up their findings and claims with actual science. They can’t.
OSHA is required to use the least-invasive means to address whatever it claims needs addressing.
OSHA further cannot mandate you play Russian Roulette in order to keep a job
Finally, they must demonstrate that (1) the risk is unique to or concentrated in the workplace, (2) the requirement for an ETS is emergent, not one of convenience or pretextual, (3) the risk mitigated is of great bodily harm or death and (4) it is the least-invasive means of doing so.
This will go up in smoke folks — it’s just another threat by Biden and his pals, this time aimed at employers with the threat of huge fines if they push back.
Any employer who goes along with this is an equal partner with Joe Biden and this lawless order.
You provide the labor. OSHA has zero authority to do this in their enabling laws for the reasons enumerated above. Biden’s administration has admitted they do not have the authority to issue this sort of rule and are using OSHA as a pretextual workaround.
We’ll see if those who are supposed to stop this do their jobs or not — that is, do we still have a Constitutional Republic?

If people were being made to take the vaxx I would, maybe, agree with you. The truth is, however, the only mandate here is to wear a mask and take a weekly test. I just can’t imagine that a judge will find that an undue burden. I know some folks find the masks really bothersome a huge majority don’t find them a big deal.
If it’s illegal to tell you to take the shot, it’s illegal to order you to wear a mask and test in lieu of the illegal thing.

The mask is a huge deal, it signals subconscious fear especially in children and that is only the tip of the iceberg of how it effects kids physically and emotionally. The number one form of communication is facial expression and kids all the way to the teen years need that. As for adults it signals control and stifles discussion among peers as more people tend to isolate then walk around with a mask. I could go on and on, but at the end of the day, it is oppression. There is a reason sharia law uses the cover of a women face. If I am not sick and and don’t fear a virus that is 99% survivable with an avg age of death that is 79 with comorbidities, when the avg lifespan is 74, then NO I don’t need to wear a mask. The huge majority can continue to do so , but if I choose not to, then in America, that should be my right.

Your employer would very soon simply fire you for non-compliance because your ability to do your job effectively would be too compromised.
Also: there is no scientific indication whatsoever that “wearing a mask” would actually mitigate the supposed “emergency workplace risk.” It is also quite evident that taking this “potion” would not mitigate it, either, because we have already seen that it “wears off” very quickly – it is not a real “vaccination” that confers any lasting immunity. Therefore, neither alternative offered by OSHA actually deals with this so-called “risk.”
But, it’s going to take Federal Judges who actually have cojones (or the female equivalent) to speak out for what the United States Code and established precedent actually says, and to protect the American people from their over-reaching government.
I hope in one of the numerous lawsuits coming forward on the mandates, that the question is asked- What is the definition of a national emergency requiring all these emergency measures to be forced on the people?
No one seems to be telling the facts about that very important cog in the machine of the mandates being issued. What is the dire emergency right now to the people of America that allows these major restrictions to be considered legal methods of action in EUA.
I want that answered in full, in court.
And how many of those kind of judges are currently on the bench? Seems like the Left had zero problems finding a judge to strike down any order President Trump announced…are there any left who still actually follow the Constitution?
I just want to ask everyone who is pushing for these mandates how they would respond if Donald Trump was the one in the White House putting out this order. The flu is and has always been “life experience” and not a workplace related disease or injury. The employer cannot be saddled to protect employees from life experience.
Life experience as an example is when you receive a phone call containing bad news. Maybe a person close to you died or your spouse is filing for divorce. If you happened to be at work when this happened and were traumatized and needed days off, the employer is not liable.
Another example of life experience would be a hotel worker hearing a gunshot. Hotel worker runs out to see what happened and it was a gang banger who shot a woman during an argument. Worker becomes depressed from the incident and cannot work. The employer is not responsible for a criminal act that happened across the street.
OSHA is just trying to make employers responsible for life experience, which is a place that they do not belong. The current tier is 100 employees, That can drop to 50, then 25, then 12. Nobody will be immune from this rule.
Once the line is crossed to make employers responsible for life experience, their will be no end.

A short time ago, the Arizona AG filed a 45-page petition for a temporary restraining order (TRO) in which he spelled out very clearly the applicable United States Code sections and applicable, settled precedent. It is an excellently-written summary of the law and a good place to start in understanding all of this.
In short – “your body belongs to you,” and it is illegal to apply pressure or coercion, or adverse consequences, or threats of the same. You have the protected right to give informed consent, or to refuse for any or no reason.
Especially in light of this, it is an absurd over-reach to try to use OSHA to compel people against their will to take a “potion” that has never been tested for safety or efficacy – and which has been linked to tens of thousands of sudden deaths and hundreds of thousands of irreversible injuries worldwide. Furthermore, a “potion” that apparently does not work. The intended-to-be onerous alternative, “masks and weekly tests,” does not work either. This has no legal leg to stand on – absolutely none whatsoever.
I’ve just now read the Florida AG’s 28-page complaint and it, also, is very well written and conceived. This one focuses, of course, on the OSHA angle much more so than Arizona’s did. But it is equally well-grounded in the law, and I do expect about 49 others more-or-less just like it.
It’s old but you should still keep using the “what if these were Trump supporters” thought in your mind every time you see reports of leftists being leftists. Think what the media would do with a story like this. Thing what the GOP would do with it.

Same thing will be happening on Monday at my husband’s office here in South Florida. He will be trying to work out some kind of compromise with the weekly testing or even thinking to have them place the employees under “Independent Contractor” status and get the number to under 100.
In the end, if the company continues this cruelty of forcing the jab with no other alternatives for those who do not wish to comply, he and many others are fully planning to leave. The company will be crippled. It’s hard to believe the company is not even preparing for this alternative. They will not survive the walk-away.
