How very interesting – given that 21 U.S. Code § 360bbb–3 – Authorization for medical products for use in emergencies actually says no such thing. In fact, it declares quite the opposite.
The actual statute spells out very carefully that anyone who is considering accepting treatment under “emergency use authorization” must be fully informed, not only of all reported negative side effects, but also of the “emergency” use.
USC also very carefully stipulates that you can never under any circumstances be “coerced” into taking any medication nor undergoing any medical treatment … under any pretense whatsoever.
There is, in fact, not a single legal leg to stand on here. Neither does US-OSHA have any legal authorization to declare “a workplace emergency.”

Before she came to our office she was at another healthcare office that required the V. so she got it. Not only is it not disgraceful, it’s well-known fact. I had to intern in a pediatric ward as part of my imaging certifications. At the start of those rotations the nurse supervisor warned all the interns that we would be very likely to get sick with all kinds of infections, especially respiratory viruses and bacteria.
Children tend to spread these kinds of disease when in care more than adults, because they touch everything, put everything in their mouths, are inconsistent about hand-washing, and don’t always “cover” when they sneeze or cough. You have to clean their rooms and beds more thoroughly, and get them into fresh gowns/PJs more frequently. Every single student intern got sick at some point during our first pediatric shifts, but then most of us developed additional immunity that the general adult population doesn’t have. However, a few students got sick enough to have to quit the program.
Wait until you’re a grandparent! It’s like huggin’ and kissin’ little incubators. Love ’em up anyway!

19. Finally, Defendant W. Joseph Astarita, who was a Special Agent of the FBI and member of the FBI’s Hostage Rescue Team has been federally indicted for his role in covering up activities and events that took place at the side of U.S. Route 395 in Harney County, Oregon on January 26, 2016.
20. Specifically, a federal grand jury has charged Defendant Astarita with lying to investigators, making knowingly and willfully false statements, knowing that the false statements were material to the FBI’s decision not to call the Shooting Incident Response team to investigate the propriety of an agent-involved shooting. Defendant Astarita falsely stated that he had not fired his weapon at LaVoy Finicum, when he knew then and there that he had fired his weapon. He has also been charged with obstruction of justice, for engaging in misleading conduct towards another person, that is, the officers of the Oregon State Police, by failing to disclose that he had fired two rounds during the January 26, 2017, roadblock incident with LaVoy Finicum. The grand jury has further charged Defendant Astarita with intent to hinder, delay and prevent the communication of information from the Oregon State Police to the Federal Bureau of Investigation related to the possible commission of a federal offense.
21. This lawsuit is brought to obtain relief for LaVoy’s surviving heirs, and to ensure that the idea of being shot in the back, by your own government, while trying to cross a county border for protection by bona-fide law enforcement, can return to being what it once was – unthinkable.

Maricopa County is testing the new Dominion machines that they spent $2.8 million for after claiming the old machines could never be used again because auditors ruined them.
On top of this, Maricopa County is still sending the wrong ballots to the wrong homes in mass quantities.
The same thing happened just before the 2020 election, where Maricopa County residents were receiving other peoples’ ballots.
Maricopa County shared a Tweet providing Livestream access to their machine tests. Everybody needs to watch.
