In reading the bulletin linked in the tweet – it sounds like the coverage for injury is only if the individual is injured (such as in a car accident) on the way to or from getting a vaccine from an authorized vaccination place and/or if they have a slip and fall injury on their way to, or from, getting the vaccine and not for any adverse events.
However, this executive order now makes COVID-19 vaccination a requirement of most Federal employment. As such, employees impacted by this mandate who receive required COVID-19 vaccinations on or after the date of the executive order may be afforded coverage under the FECA for any adverse reactions to the vaccine itself, and for any injuries sustained while obtaining the vaccination.
I didn’t see that so good that they will be covered; everyone should be covered for adverse reactions. Have a friend who works for the gov. and has less than 2 years to go for full retirement, will now be quitting due to the mandate.
Question for any lawyers out there: If the fed. gov. employees get covered for adverse reactions – can this disparity of benefits (gov vs private) regarding adverse reactions be grounds to sue the gov. for compensation for depriving people in private industry their rights for compensation since it was the gov. itself that allowed, then forced, these vaccines on a population while giving the manufacturers freedom from liability?
Of course, anyone subject to adverse reactions and having to wait to sue for damages is the opposite of what should be going on. Simply wondering because in a few years it may be the Benjamin Crumps of this world will soon be advertising on televisions ‘if you or a family member was forced to vaccinate and had adverse reactions please call our law firm at 1-800-.Quick Buck”

Actually I do what is morally right. I could care less about the worthless humans in the legal system. We’ve been seeing ‘laws’ for decades, well I have anyway, that have nothing to do with what is right so I simply ignore them and treat the humans in that system with nothing but contempt. Neighbor who recently got the last shot got a terrible case of shingles.
Family member who HAD covid, got the shot and got really sick & needed to be hospitalized with hemoglobin issues, return of cancer at a secondary spot. Hasn’t been the same since.
Friend who’s son got the jab (24 years old), in excellent health suddenly died in his sleep (suspect something with his heart). Other friend in her late 50’s suddenly died in her sleep.
Who ever heard of such things happening and the one thing in common is this “vaccine.”

As a physician, I am compelled by conscience to write this letter. I am fully vaccinated for Covid-19, but my experience this year treating patients in a busy ICU does not comport with claims made by federal health authorities regarding the safety of Covid-19 vaccines.
I am a licensed physician practicing in the state of California. I obtained my medical degree from University of Southern California and received my post-graduate training at Georgetown University and Harvard-affiliated hospitals. I have been a doctor for more than twenty years and I have never witnessed so many vaccine-related injuries until this year. As a fully vaccinated physician, I feel pained in admitting this. But I am compelled by conscience to state the facts as I observe them on the frontlines.
The following are a few illustrative examples of Covid-19 vaccine related injuries I have observed firsthand. While causation is difficult to prove definitively, it is my clinical judgment that each of these injuries were caused by a Covid-19 vaccine, because there was no other plausible explanation for these injuries other than the fact that the patients had recently been vaccinated. I had a direct doctor-patient relationship for each of the patient accounts below and have removed all personal identifiable information. To further assure patient anonymity, certain medical but inconsequential details have been withheld or changed to ensure the absence of any PII.
1. An otherwise healthy patient under age 40 developed low back pain and had an episode of urinary incontinence after receiving a Covid-19 vaccine. The day after the second dose, the patient felt numbness and tingling down one leg. The symptoms rapidly progressed such that a few days later, patient was admitted to the hospital for bilateral leg paralysis. MRI showed transverse myelitis. Weekly follow-up imaging showed that the process continued to worsen and ascend, despite maximal medical therapy. Eventually patient became quadriplegic, blind and had a tracheostomy placed. Patient developed autonomic dysfunction (irregular heart rate and hypotension) and became cognitively impaired.
Every collection of numerical figures from VAERS data I’ve seen thus far doesn’t do what I did in the following comparison.
Without statistical analysis to remove the approximate number of those who would have died anyway in the 0 to 14 day interval after COVID-19 vaccinations, the usual excuse that “we don’t know that it was the vaccine that caused that” is a valid one.
Here, I absolutely destroy that excuse in a very simple way by comparing a vastly greater number of flu vaccinations with just ten months of data about just one brand of clot shot.

Here are the results returned for just the Pfizer brand of clot shot which has VAERS database data only for the mere 10 months it has been in use. These are the events logged which occurred 0 to 14 days after vaccination:
Death: 3,849
Life Threatening: 6,105
Permanent Disability: 6,027
Hospitalized: 18,684
Emergency Room: 59,013
Total: 93,678
I did the same for the 0 to 14 day post-vaccination interval for all flu vaccines of all types and all manufacturers over the entire history of the VAERS database (established in 1990) with the noted exception. That is VASTLY more total shots in arms over that time, 31 years, than with the clot shot:
Death: 718
Life Threatening: 2,122
Permanent Disability: 1,916
Hospitalized: 7,004
Emergency Room: 4,215 (data limited to VAERS 2.0 Report Form, active 06/30/2017 to present)
Total: 15,975
Now, tell me there isn’t something “different” going on.
Considering how all of the US-distributed COVID-19 vaccines work [by causing the growth of the SARS-CoV-2 virus protein spike on the surface of healthy cells to provide a target for the immune system, a method unlike any previous human vaccine], it has been OBVIOUS to me from day one why intravenous (IV) injection of these should be very carefully avoided and it should have also been OBVIOUS to everyone involved in the vaccination programs.
It is a criminal level of incompetence that aspiration to avoid IV injection of these vaccines hasn’t been standard operating procedure from day one.
The constantly bumbling and forever behind the power curve US CDC STILL stupidly recommends no aspiration for COVID-19 vaccinations. However, they do recommend all kinds of additional precautions to avoid IV injection like needle length determined by characteristics of the specific individual being vaccinated that I’ll just bet the mass vaccination sites are not following.
UN article: “The right choice of a syringe – The auto-disable (AD) syringes UNICEF will deliver to support COVID-19 vaccination have an additional mission: to help prevent the transmission of other infectious diseases.” While AD syringes prevent the reuse of syringes, they also prevent aspiration!

Biden has “obtained” commitments to “increase capacity” by 5,000 containers a week. Can you do basic math? With a million containers offshore now, each of which is incurring demurrage (charge for time) plus the crew and fuel to hold station offshore and the depreciation on the vessel, none of which is free, what do you think is going to happen?
Why that additional capacity will only take four years to empty all those ships and that assumes no new ones show up with more containers. Which they will, of course. And which does you exactly zero good because until the container is unloaded from the ship and transported and broken down to wherever the contents need to go its value in the economic picture to the end user is zero. Never mind that there isn’t an infinite supply of containers either so the “empties” (or now-full with goods going the other way) those containers have to get back to the other end so they can be filled once more.
Why did this happen?
It happened because you allowed, for the last 20 years, a “supply chain” to run through a Communist, forced-labor nation. You allowed the firms that sell products here to do that without destroying them and forcing them to cut it out — indeed, you cheered it on as their stock price went up. You allowed the imposition of mandates for a viral pandemic that, on the evidence, was going to burn itself out within a year or so if you did nothing and by imposing those mandates you stretched out the damage over more time: “Flattening the curve” does not change the total area under the curve, it only increases the time during which such damage is taken. Now you’re screaming for even more mandates which, on the data, are promoting more viral spread and escape from jab antibodies which is extending the time even more!

I recall reading The Black Book of Communism when it came out in 1999. The chapter on China I found most riveting. It described the terrifying force called The Red Guard. It was what we call today a non-government organization. Terrorists more precisely. They were more convinced of Mao’s teachings than Mao himself. They were blinded by Red ideology and prepared to kill for it. They did. Many millions died.
It is reported that Mao himself was alarmed at their ferocity, which contributed to mass famine and eventually cannibalism, but not enough so to put a stop to it. His teachings had unleashed hell. He had to light the match, but the fuel that kept it raging came from below, as neighbors turned on neighbors, and families tore themselves apart. People competed with each other to see how much terror and oppression they could inflict on each other in the name of building communism and being loyal to the party.
But surely, I thought, this is a cultural habit unique to China. Something to do with the collectivist/conformist mindset. We know little to nothing about that in the West, because we celebrate individualism and are suspicious of power. We don’t join mobs. We don’t find meaning in conformity. We don’t inflict violence on each other out of choice. Such an example of grass-roots tyranny cannot be found in our civilization.
Or so I believed…
During this pandemic period, we’ve found out otherwise. It all began March 2020, when millions of Americans were recruited into the ranks of what I used to jokingly call Corona Justice Warriors. They were our flagellants, hilarious in their garb and their maudlin sufferings. Over time, they became less of a joke and more of a threat. They began by policing our communities for mask wearing. They would hang around the grocery stores and yell at people for walking in the wrong direction. They would denounce you for standing too close to others.
