No biggie. A sore arm. Then consider what would happen if the same happened to heart cells.
Also, as to it properly being called the clot shot since the protein spike alone causes clotting, if an old man dies of a stroke a week or two after the clot shot, could that be precisely associated with the shot? No, and there is a great disincentive to do so.
HOWEVER, this is what’s happening: the clot shots are vastly worse for negative reactions than any other vaccine in history, PERIOD, but they don’t want to officially admit that because that would deter people from getting the shot and the effects of an actual COVID-19 illness would likely be FAR worse than the shots since the same things that might cause the shot to harm you are present in VASTLY greater quantities in an actual COVID-19 case.
It’s a lesser of two evils thing.

The way I’ve heard it explained is that the spike proteins themselves are toxic to your body (even without the rest of the virus).
So the shot uses mRNA to instruct your cells to manufacture spike proteins. Spike proteins then cause symptoms.

Per Dr McCullough, the viral disease has 3 phases.
The first phase is viral replication, which causes fever, loss of smell and taste, body aches, etc. These are typical flu like symptoms.
The virus produces the spike proteins, as does the vax.
Within about 7-10 days, the body typically deals with the virus itself, and most begin to feel better.
However, if the viral replication, and hence the quantity of spike protein, is sufficient, the secondary phase kicks in, and that includes micro clotting and inflammation caused by the spikes.
The vaccine skips the initial flu like stage, and goes right to flooding your body with spikes. The vax developers intended for the spikes to stay localized at the injection site, but we know now that the spikes are escaping and potentially causing the same clotting and inflammation as the covid virus created spikes. Hence, same reaction.
The virus is not the problem. The spikes are the toxin.
Less viral replication, less spikes, better outcomes.
