It is important to note that many of the people mandated to be vaccinated within the healthcare system are not just nurses and doctors.
Depending on the state, the mandate for healthcare workers covers everyone in the entire healthcare industry including administrators, lab-techs, schedulers, patient advocates, clerical staff, coders, billing offices, cafeteria workers, janitors, cleaning crews, nurses aides, technology staff, Tic-Tok dancers, sales representatives, transportation and more. Both clinical and non cynical employees are affected.

The Scandinavian countries have all dropped all the covid “mitigations” — no masks, no “social” distancing, no travel restrictions, no vax mandates — because they’re run by and large by reasonably intelligent people who actually see and respect the science, and the numbers coming out of adverse reactions and deaths due to the “vaccines.”
Freedom works. The mandates and mitigations, not so much. You can juxtapose charts of covid/mask mandates/lockdowns/vaccine mandates from different countries and if they’re not identified, cannot tell which is which. Many employer-employee contracts, contracts which the employee signs, contain clauses which amount to the employee waiving any class action against the employer. Instead, many contracts have “arbitration” provisions which align with the Federal Arbitration Act and the contracts refer employees to the American Arbitration Association for assistance in fighting employer actions. I don’t know how effective that association is in its efforts, but many businesses elect to go the one-on-one route instead of class action. All I can say is refer to the employee’s copy of their employment agreement to find out the specific dispute resolution mechanics.
Can you fight the fed govt? This edict is likely coming from them. They run hospitals….every year some sort of inspection, every few years the Joint Commission looking into everything. Don’t get accredidation from the JC and your organization will appear questionable to the community…could be closed down for safety reasons. Government agencies are good in some respects, depending on who’s running them, could lead to threats. Smoking on a hospital campus was taken up years ago. Hospitals were threatened with no reimbursement for medicaid and medicare if there was non-compliance. They did what they were told.

Flu shots are for strains of influenza that are thought to be the most likely to be prevalent in two years. It is, in fact, a well-informed best guess. A crapshoot, if you will, and sometimes the guesses are on target, sometimes not. Or you may wind up getting a less prevalent strain not covered by the vaccine. It really isn’t just crap to make bucks.
I know what it is and the last two times I had it a decade or more ago I had awful flu later in the season both times. That’s when I said enough is enough and have used immunity boosters when feeling like something is coming on ever since and haven’t had the flu yet. I figured it was because it is such a crapshoot but now I wonder if ADE ever played a part.

You are 1000% correct. My childhood family’s GP was also an anesthesiologist and when I was older he once explained just some of the several dozen variables that must be considered when deciding on what anesthesia and how much to administer to a surgical patient. Had my brain spinning.

I meet with a physician once every ninety days. Been doing so for the past year. These have all been tel-conference meetings via zoom. Just the two of us. I have never met this doctor in person, ever. At our last meeting he wore a mask.

My lovely more than hard working single mother of 3 teenagers daughter is on the chopping block. I nearly lost her 10 years ago with an out of nowhere blood clot.
In saner times (which these are not) she’d submit her request for a medical exemption and it would be granted. But sanity has left the building. I’ll be honest…I’m worried sick for her. To get up in the morning and to have to apply her energies to a demanding job, all the while having this hanging over her head…the uncertainty of not knowing if she is fired of keeping her home, providing for her kids is terrifying.
And yes, I know she isn’t the only one. Millions more are on the same boat. My anger and worry has gone stratospheric. How have we come to this level of psychopathy? Because that is what is…a mental illness so severe in these corporate and government monsters that if a member of the public acted in this fashion, he’d be sectioned straight away.

This is absolutely horrible. Over 1000% increase in vaccine adverse events compared to any other vaccine, still emergency use, not a real approval, but regardless of that, it has bypassed all safety clinical trials. This is the clinical trial over the next 3 years. I can’t believe it is even being mandated.

Right now my kids are at home, one in high school, one graduated but working, not attending university and did not join the military. Most universities are requiring the vaccine, and my oldest does not want it and understands the reasons why. But I don’t know what’s going to happen to my younger who might want to attend college right after high school.

My wife has worked at the same hospital in Illinois for 22 years. They’re forcing nurses to take the jab or they are deeming them ‘resigned’. My wife has been fighting this. Along the way she found out of the 3500 employees 2000 have filed for the exemptions.
I worked at United Airlines for 21 years and took a buyout last year because of their history with bankruptcy. I have lots and lots of friends still there. They’re also lying about the numbers. It’s being reported as hundreds requesting the exemptions but it’s in the very high thousands.
Staffing in Denver has gotten so bad they’re offering ramp agents $25,000 to transfer for at least a year.

I assumed airlines are doing this because the heads of airlines know that a COVID passport is planned and air travel will not be allowed without one. This gives them a way to get rid of employees that will not be needed when air travel significantly drops. Stockholders of all listed corporations that fire employees for not getting vaccinated should file a lawsuit against corporate officers for breach of fiduciary duty. They are destroying corporations which are not theirs.

What if the virus underwent some crazy mutation and started killing mostly healthy people? Would you still refuse to get an inactivated vaccine that would stop it from spreading?
