‘A song of ascents: I lift my eyes to the mountains, from where does my help come from? My help comes Hashem, the Maker of the heavens and the earth. He will not allow your foot to be moved, your Protector will not slumber. Behold, the Guardian of Israel does not slumber or sleep. Hashem is your Protector, Hashem is your shade on your right hand. The sun will not hurt you by day or the moon by night. Hashem will protect you from all evil; He will protect your life/soul. Hashem will protect your comings and goings from now and forever’ – Psalms 121

Prayer for my ex-friend. He’s a first generation Chinese on the east coast, more Americanized than his parents. He’s fallen for the whole covid narrative and thinks the vaccine passports and discrimination are just fine. I feel bad because I got into an argument with him. I said sorry but have moved on.
Also for me, that I have courage. I’m terrified of what is happening in the world right now. Also for my father’s religious exemption to go though.
Have added your prayer requests to my prayers and to my prayer warriors’ list, nigella!

I’m requesting prayer for our son Scott who has waged a 15 year battle with Lyme disease. Undiagnosed for several years so has grown with intensity. Also daughter Susannah battling cancer. I have several lost siblings, praying for their salvation. Thank you so much. I love CTH.
Prayers that Scott may be victorious through our Lord Jesus Christ in his battle with Lyme disease, as well as Susannah in her fight against cancer, & that your siblings may come to know Jesus as their Savior. God bless you, Caron.
Prayers for you and all your loved ones. My husband is still dealing with the affects of LYME. We are working (slowly) on a dvd program on retraining the brain recommended by his doctor.
Please pray for respect of the sanctity of every human life from conception until natural death; please pray for the conversion of Pope Francis and the hierarchy of the Catholic church; please pray for persecuted Christians in Africa, Asia, the US, and Europe, both in the church and the world; please pray for my wife who is disoriented and fearful of the diabolically-influenced plot to violate autonomy and conscience through forced vaccination with experimental drugs derived from infanticide; please pray her religious exemption is granted so she does not lose her job and pension. Thank you and God bless you.
Joining you in prayer for your intentions Dupree’s Diamond Blues, and also praying for the intentions of all Treepers of good will, both those who post and those who just read.

I well remember the heartbreaking journey to justice with Sundance for Jessica Chambers here. Can everyone just take a second to stop what they’re doing and please pray for justice for Gabby Petito and all victims of domestic violence? Thank you.
Please pray for us as, due to lock downs and the like, we are in financial trouble big time. We are barely eating as we have to go without food some days. We took care of our parents for seven years until their deaths, the last being August 2021. Taking care of them took a toll on our finances as the costs of their needs rose as they aged and became more ill. Having said that, we do not regret our decision to care for them as that is what we are commanded to do. We know they are both with the Lord now and in that we rejoice and know we will join them and the Lord. Thank you and may God bless each and every one of you and yours.
Praying for you and yours. Know that the Lord most values those that do for the least among us. I pray that, through His grace and the charity of fellow Christians you’re able to withstand these trying times.
Psalm 55:22 Turn your burdens over to the LORD, and he will take care of you. He will never let the righteous person stumble.
Memoráre, o píisima Virgo María,
non esse audítum a sǽculo, quemquam ad tua curréntem præsídia,
tua implorántem auxília, tua peténtem suffrágia esse derelíctum.
Ego tali animátus confidéntia ad te, Virgo Vírginum, Mater, curro;
ad te vénio; coram te gemens peccátor assísto.
Noli, Mater Verbi, verba mea despícere,
sed audi propítia et exáudi. Amen.
May the God of all peace guard your hearts & minds in Christ Jesus. May He provide for you & your family & carry you through this, & may you have a great reward in heaven for your faithfulness. God bless you, Fran.
Praying the Lord will support you through this new chapter of your life.

Please pray for my husband and me, along with my 6 yr old Madeline. We leave next wk from FL to CA to have life saving open heart surgery. This will be Madeline’s 24th heart surgery. We are to be tested for the virus EVERY SINGLE DAY since we are not getting the shot. Our souls and minds are a wreck over our decision. Please pray for protection for us and that the Holy Spirit will keep us all healthy and give Madeline a speedy and healthy recovery. I’ve never been so scared in all my life. I’m afraid we will be tested positive (false since we are on dr zelenko protocols) and not be able to see her while in hospital. ???? Praying this is the right decision. Thank you so much.
O Sacred Heart of Jesus , I come to ask You for the gift of health that Madeline and her family may serve You more faithfully and love You more sincerely. I ask you to remove any fear or anxiety. Jesus, I trust in You!
And if you don’t mind me sharing a story, GodStrongHeartStrong,
Because you highlighted needing prayers EVERY SINGLE DAY for a certain period of time. Well, once I was working as a temporary contractor on a short-term assignment. I started a 54-day novena of prayers. And miraculously, every day I said the novena prayers, I went in to work … Even though the job I was sent to do according to my contract “officially” ended … I just kept going in, and they kept on letting me in. Then, on the 55th day, my job finally ended, since my assignment was already successfully completed and they had no more work for me to do.
So please pray specially every single day … Miracles still happen in these times. “Give us THIS DAY our daily bread …” and His mercy falls fresh every morning.
You and your family, especially Madeline, continue to be in my prayers.
Thank you so very much for telling me about the novena and your story. All the glory goes to the good Lord. I’ve started praying to Our Lady of Lourdes. I did a 9 day novena but I’m going to keep praying it until we are back home as a family. Thank you for all the prayers. Madeline’s surgery is this Wednesday. ????
Do not look forward in fear to the changes in life;
rather, look to them with full hope that as they arise,
God, whose very own you are, will lead you safely through all things; and when you cannot stand it, God will carry you in His arms.
Do not fear what may happen tomorrow; the same understanding Father who cares for you today will take care of you then and every day.
He will either shield you from suffering or will give you unfailing strength to bear it. Be at peace, and put aside all anxious thoughts and imaginations.
Hi! I just wanted to tell you Madeline’s surgery was 13+ hrs but she’s doing well and stable in ICU. She’s still on the vent but no ECMO or any bleeding issues (she’s had them both in her past surgeries) or complications. We still have bubbling in her drainage tubes so we pray that resolves before the next 24 hrs or so. Otherwise we are so thankful for all the prayers! God is good and everyone is just amazed at how well she’s doing! All the glory goes to the Lord above! We will be in the hospital for another 2 wks. Please keep those prayers coming!!! ?????
Very happy to hear the good news about Madeline’s successful surgery and her ongoing recovery! Continuing prayers for her and your whole family!
Hail Mary,

Holy Mary,
Mother of God,

Amen.
Thank you so much. I’ve been praying a novena ever since I posted here to Our Lady of Lourdes. Please pray that Madeline can get off the ventilator safely today and for no complications. Also that her X-ray looks good and that they can pull out the chest tubes. We just ask the Lord for continuous healing with no complications. Thank you for all your prayers. ?❤️????
Thank you so much for the update! The BEST news I have heard in a while:) 13 hour surgery, incredible, what a 6 year old Trooper! I will let my prayer group know, and we will continue in prayer for Madeline and you, and husband. So glad to hear how well she is doing. God is with you.
You’re welcome! And thank you so very much to you and your prayer group. We are so grateful that you kept us all in prayer! She’s still in icu, doing well, but we need prayers for her to get off the ventilator and get her chest tubes out. All safely and with no complications. It’s testing our patience for sure. Please ask the Lord for good numbers on X-ray and blood work and that she’s able to breathe over the vent and get off today. We are just very anxious since they keep moving the goal posts and Madeline has been waking up from her sedation meds extremely agitated ? I’ll continue to keep you posted. Thanks be to the Lord above for His love and mercy and healing. ?????❤️ Please keep those prayers coming!!

I hope the funeral was healing and loving for all concerned.

Please pray for my friend, Rhonda. I found out last night her cancer that was in remission for 2 years has suddenly come back and has spread to all vital organs.
I have a very hard time trying to pray for the perpetrators of evil. We are the politicians, judges, technocrats, deep state and the deep church. These are my enemies. Although, Jesus himself told his followers to pray for his enemies. And when we do, Matthew 5:45 says that we will be “children of Your father in heaven.” Unfortunately, I’m not there. Therefore, I’m asking for your prayers to help me to try. I’ll I can see is evil from these wicked people, and I feel hate for them. God help me. Amen
Hey anon,
It can be difficult to pray for those who persecute you, but our Lord commands it. Ask Him to supply the grace necessary to soften your heart.
Eternal, Holy God,
We come to You burdened with worries,
fears, doubts and troubles.
Calm and quiet me with peace of mind.
Empty us of the anxiety that disturbs us,
of the concerns that weary our spirit,
and weigh heavy on our hearts.
Loosen our grip on the disappointments
and grievances We hold on to so tightly.
Release us from the pain of past hurts,
of present anger and tension,
of future fears.
Sometimes it’s too much for us Lord,
too many demands and problems,
too much sadness, suffering, and stress.
Renew us spiritually and emotionally.
Give us new strength, hope, and confidence.
Prepare us to meet the constant struggles
of daily life with a deeper faith and trust in You.
Let your love set us free, for peace, for joy, for grace, for life, for others, forever.
Anon, I think we can all relate to what you’re expressing. As closely as I try to adhere to the Lord’s commands regarding this, there are times I fail greatly. But in reality this is just another one of the enemy’s deceptions. Focusing on the evildoer keeps our focus off the real perpetrator (Satan) & the evil itself, all while entangling us into it & disrupting our relationship with God.
Here are two things you might consider to help you in this:
1) We who have been forgiven much must forgive others as well if we are really children of God. If Jesus could forgive those who brutally tortured Him as He was dying on the cross, then we are without excuse.
2) I actually like what Lin Wood has said about praying for our enemies. If they repent & turn from their wickedness, they will no longer be our enemies, & if they don’t, they’ll ultimately get exactly what they deserve.
May the Lord help you with this as you continue to seek His wisdom & guidance. God bless.
Please say a prayer for Chris in Hervey Bay Australia, a long time reader and sometimes commentator on the treehouse. Chris is only a few weeks away from death from prostrate cancer which has spread to the bones, after fighting it for 3 years. He is unable to come to the computer being so weak, but is still keenly listening to me as I read out the articles. Please guys, get tested regularly. It is only a blood test.
Praying for the Lord’s peace to be upon Chris & family.

My landlord wants to sell the place I have lived in for 10 years. I am budget impaired, older, and some health issues. I have no idea where I am going to go, rent has sky rocketed and it seems that the rich are buying up property site unseen as rentals and then gouging people. I can’t afford anything I have looked at. I am willing to leave the area even if I am not quite sure how, I don’t know a soul in other parts of the country. I need some prayers for the Lord God to help me find my way and bring me the answers and solutions I need. Thank you for your support.
Praying that our Lord will give you the guidance & direction you seek. He will not leave you or forsake you! Blessings.

Please keep my daughter in prayer. She has just been diagnosed with shingles. She is just recovered from her second go round with Covid about a month ago. She has lots of autoimmune issues and work stresses. Thank you so much for being here.
Missed being involved in this wonderful group of believers. My computer went south and I didn’t know how to work on Windows 10 like older operating systems. I could only read and like comments. God took care of it; works now.
I want to praise Him for carrying me through bad times, both physical and spiritual. Without these trials I would not have experienced so much spiritual growth. Long short short, my health went bad in a short time. I was at a point where I could barely walk and often fell down, unable to work or make money. My Lord carried me toward recovery.
After my upcoming lower back surgery and leg circulation (angioplasty), I pray that I can resume a normal life. I ask my Master to help me fulfill His purpose.. I thank all of those who prayed for and encouraged me in the past. Bless all of you.
Woodstuff….wonderful to see you back in the Treehouse once more!
May the Father continue to be by your side throughout the angioplasty and following recovery.

Hi Sundance and CTH family,
This is a cry for help sort of request-please pray for us, as this is the only thing at this stage that give me some semblance of hope.
We moved to Australia in 2005 rosy-eyed, hopeful for a life of integrity, honesty and giving back to society that follows the law and rights the wrongs of this world. Now 15+ years later my husband and I see flashbacks from our soviet past and we both second guess our decision to make Australia our home. What our family of 7 (three teens and two primary school aged kids plus two adults) have been subjected to over the past 18 months is nothing short of abuse from the government that takes away your life and makes you earn it back as if it was never yours in the first place. I have been coerced into taking a vaccine as I have an 80 yo mother overseas and to be able to leave the country you had to have been jabbed. My husband is still resisting, my 18 yo daughter has succumbed to the mandates, she wants to work and have her life back and without the jab – she’d be an outcast. My other kids who are 13 and 15 are next on the chopping block, and then the little ones…. How can I live with myself if I allow this atrocity to take place? Our Prime minister is touting highest in the world vaccination rates but he never mentions that hundreds of people were made to take the poison just to be able to leave the house, to be able to work and be able to have some dignity back…. We are desperate, I cry every night, until recently I couldn’t even take my family back to where we came from as we were prohibited from leaving the country like prisoners of a penal colony. What now? I am searching for ways to claim medical asylum in Sweden, we are trying to find job opportunities in Florida … I feel like it is all in vain and we will just be chained to this life of mere existence unless we agree to the terms of their game. So please pray for us, we are holding on by the skin of our teeth, barely. Seeing our kids helps us to keep us going, otherwise we wouldn’t be here already as this is not life worth living.
Hi Knopfel, it can be extremely difficult to accept suffering caused by the injustice of others, even though it is a necessity of the Christian life. Know that Christ died for the redemption of all mankind and if we are to truly be disciples, we must pick up our crosses and follow him, even unto martyrdom, red or white.
“After you have suffered for a little while, the God of all grace, who called you to His eternal glory in Christ, will Himself perfect, confirm, strengthen and establish you.” 1 Peter 5:10
A prayer that encourages me to accept suffering and offer it to God as reparation:
Dear Lord,
Help me to remember in these troubled times
The cross you carried for my sake,
So that I may better carry mine
And to help others do the same,
As I offer up my current sufferings to you
For the conversion of sinners
For the forgiveness of sins
In reparation for sins
And for the salvation of souls. Amen
Knopfel, I am so sorry that you & your family have been subjected to this. I pray that the Lord Jesus would make a way for you & that you would follow & trust in Him wherever He might lead you. God bless.
Read your prayer request and had no words, but I did pray specially for you yesterday in Church. Continuing to remember you and your family in my prayers. May God bless and protect you all, and provide for all your needs.
There are eternal prayers worldwide and across the galaxies of this same oppression of government and tyranny everywhere. It is necessary to experience, so we learn how to prevent it from ever occurring. We need to learn how to protect it.
Your family is being raised to protect the rights and freedoms given to all of us from God. He sent you here to fight. He gave you a strong family of warriors who would be raised up with the Truth.
There’s nothing easy about it. Nobody has all the answers.
You are the vessel he needs right now. Be calm, and listen to his still small voice. You’ll know what to do.
Thank you all for your prayers and encouragement. It’s a blessing to know we are being carried.

Hey, all!
Wanted to thank many of you for your prayers a couple of years ago when I had lost my job. While I still have that job, my company recently lost a contract that in turn led to a pay cut for me. I’m concerned enough about the possible impacts that I have quietly put my resume out on the street. Would appreciate your prayers for the Lord’s guidance through this time. Thanks!
Many of our long-time Treepers will remember one of our most outstanding commenters, JFP (Just facts Please). She added many personal and invaluable insights to our discussions throughout the George Zimmerman trial.
Due to health issues, she’s been unable to use the computer and comment, however, she’s been following along with the rest of us… thanks to her best friend.
I received an email last night informing me that she’ll undergo cancer surgery sometime today ….although it had previously been scheduled for last Thursday. She’s endured months of “awful chemotherapy”, but now she’s finally ready for a lumpectomy . Here’s the remainder of the email her best friend sent…
Thankfully Gary has been able to get her to all of the months of Dr Appts ,labs and treatments. She will probably have a year of radiation following . She asked me to let her friends know she needs and appreciates all prayers. I will update when I have more info. From her friend, her vision is still bad, so not on computer but I will read her any replies over the phone.
I know all your thoughts, concerns and prayers would be most gratefully received. “JFP” is a true warrior in the best sense of the term.
Thanks for the update, Ad rem. JustFacts is ever in my prayers. God surely has enabled Gary to do what he’s done for her during this time. I pray that the surgery was a successful one & that the Lord will lead her through the healing process, quickening & strengthening her each day.
JTP was on my mind today & checked in to see if any news. ( I’ve only been to new site a few times.)
I pray she will have a quick recovery & the radiation will zap what it needs to. I hope the cardinals are visiting her outside her window as she recovers….
Thanks for the update. I have been missing you all and wondering how all are doing.
Sending up prayers that God will provide JFP comfort and love through the treatment and life. Praying also that God will help Gary stay strong and able.
Much love.

Asking for special prayers for my family members to find true forgiveness in their struggles with others. Forgiveness will lighten the heavy burden of resentment and anger, allowing them to battle real foes the true foes among us!
Our Father, Who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done,
on earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
Amen.

Anima Christi Prayer
Soul of Christ , sanctify me
Body of Christ, save me
Blood of Christ, inebriate me
Water from the side of Christ, wash me
Passion of Christ, strengthen me.
Oh good Jesus, hear me
Within your wounds, hide me
Suffer me not to be separated from You,
From the malignant enemy, defend me.
At the hour of my death, call me, bid me come to You
That with your saints, I may praise You forever and ever. Amen

Please pray for our friend Andrew Darby who is gravely Ill with Covid and may not survive the night. We ask that The Lord would heal him but that ultimately His will be done. We also pray for Andrew’s wife and four young children, that God would comfort them and make them aware of his presence and love.
I pray for NZ that the Lord would pour out His Spirit upon the land & all nations to open every eye to the truth, that everyone may turn to Him for deliverance. May the Lord bless & keep you, Sharon.
JFP has asked for more prayers tonight, as she has had many bad complications since surgery. She spent 5 hrs. in an ER yesterday without getting to see a doctor or be admitted to a hospital….as the ER was full.
Her friend’s email continues….
“She does have an appt. at 10am tomorrow with surgeon and needs to be in hospital for IV, because she now has gone into stage 4 kidney failure with the one kidney
Mostly sick from the “ biologicals” they gave her before surgery . Asking the Lord to send angels to keep her thru the night.”
Any and all prayers are ALWAYS received with much gratitude. Her friend reads each and every one to JFP, and they give her great comfort.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We praise You, knowing that You alone control everything for the benefit of Your adopted children. Please be close to JFP, let her feel your presence, and remind her that Christ has promised to be closer to her than a brother, and that the Holy Spirit is literally with her. Please guide her doctors, and give her a peace that the world cannot give and cannot even understand. In Jesus’ holy name, Amen.
Continuing prayers for the speedy and full recovery of JFP!

Please pray for my son to get better. He is a paramedic and has caught Covid. He is currently in the ICU at the hospital.
He is not on a ventilator, and he is thankfully getting treatment. He said he is feeling better.
I just want to see him and give him a big hug, but I am not allowed in the unit.
I am praying every moment and just wanted to send out a prayer request to all of you. I have been a long time reader, and I know the people that read and post here are good, decent, and spiritual people.
Prayers that all went well & he is recovering smoothly. God bless, Alleycats.

A friend has an open wound on her calf, down to the tendon, and it will not heal. Now another wound has opened on the other leg. Please pray for her recovery. She is actually too modest to pray for own healing.
Praying is a good thing, no sincere prayer is ever wasted. If your friend prefers to pray for others rather than herself, she’s welcome to pray for me while I pray for her … that way, she gets the benefit of saying prayers and doing so for someone else (and I’ll be sincerely grateful)!
And that said, each of our bodies is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and it’s important for each one of us to keep our “temple” in good repair (even me who can be accident prone sometimes) … So your friend, in praying for herself, is indeed doing a good thing … the one exception I can think of is if your friend has a special calling to be a victim soul who unites her sufferings to the sufferings of Christ on the Cross for the conversion of sinners.
And even then, it’s definitely permissible to both offer up your sufferings and then go ahead and pray for healing for yourself, being open to accept healing and relief from the sufferings … all according to God’s Holy Will. In which case, accepting God’s Will in the answer to a prayer for healing for yourself is also a very good way to be modest. Because if you are healed, you can serve God and neighbor from a place of good health. And if you are not healed, you can serve God by humbling yourself to accept His Will in your life. Either way, it’s a win. ….. In any case, I’m praying for your friend’s complete healing!
Praying for your friend that the Lord’s healing touch would come to her. God bless, Bri.

For all who read here, and similar websites – please encourage, at any posting opportunity, anyone and everyone to pause and say an Our Father for the deliverance of our country and the world.
If stadiums full of people can spontaneously and uniformly denigrate the president, and make it into a worldwide movement, why not channel that momentum, straight into the Lord’s waiting hands. May God deliver us, through his Son, Jesus Christ.
Our Lady, holy saints and angels, pray for us.

I thank God for the salvation through HIS son Jesus I received in 1976.
I thank God for my wife who has also received the free gift of eternal life through the blood of Jesus’ cross in 1979.
I thank God my children have all professed the Lord Jesus Christ as their savior.
I thank God for the riches in Christ Jesus I have.
I thank God for the country he allowed us to be born in.
Above all, I thank God for giving my life purpose to proclaim the Good News, the Gospel of redemption from sin through the shed blood of HIS son Jesus on the cross, for all who will put their faith in him alone.
It made a difference in my life. I know by God’s grace it will make a difference in yours.
Have a blessed Thanksgiving rejoicing in our Lord and Savior, and soon coming King Jesus.
Please pray for the chronic pain I’ve been in 21 years.
Joining you in prayer, James, that the Lord will grant you relief from pain, and restoration to good health, so that you may be a witness to it. Jesus, I trust in You.
Sending my condolences and prayers … Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May his soul and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace, Amen.
Prayers of comfort for the family. God bless, Karen.

Dearest Fellow Treepers,
At 1:30 pm my older Sister, Susan Juvenal left this “mortal coil”, for more glorious surroundings.
Below please find the missive that I intend to send to family and friends in the days to come.
I’ll thank you in advance for all of your Prayers and well wishes. You folks have become like a second family to me, and this event reminds me to take the time to express my appreciation of all of you. It’s never too “soon” to do so IMO…..
Much Love and Respect,
Strength’N’Honor,
skipper
(” To my Dear, Sweet, Sister,
I LOVE YOU SO MUCH…………………
You were of the kindest, most generous, compassionate souls that will ever walk the earth.
Even at the end of your earth-bound journey, all who have known you, or even made your acquaintance, will be sure that your last earthly thoughts were of others.
You always put others before you. And you leave a legacy of kindness and charity that even the best of folks would look upon with awe.
From the “simple” act of reading text books to hopeful blind college graduates, to all of your time spent at your church, to the unconditional love for your family, the true golden light that you emanated was unmistakable.
I wish you had kept a journal of your life, as I’m sure that upon even cursory review, you would have blushed to introspectively realize the sheer number of your sacrifices, and their positive influence in so many lives…
But we all know that the last topic you would have “wasted” your time on, would be yourself, now don’t we?
Susan, the giant hole in my heart that losing you leaves, can only be filled with the wonderful memories of your Love and Spirit.
You and Your Memory leave me wanting to be the best person I can be.
If I become even half as good, or selfless, or generous as you, I hope I do your Memory justice.
I’ll be saying our Prayer of Protection with more regularity and reverence, my Dear Sister.
I’m forever grateful for the Light that you shone into my, and everyone else’s life.
May God Bless your Soul, and may you Rest In Peace….
The words you’ve written about your sister are perhaps the loveliest tribute I’ve ever read towards a sibling. What a wonderful person she must have been, and what a blessed life she must have led. Now, she’s forever with our Lord and Savior.
I must admit a certain relief that you read (let alone replied to) my message..
The Love that I receive from you, and all my Fellow Treepers is one of the most therapeutic gifts that one man can hope for. It is yet another reason to be thankful on this day (and every day).
She was indeed, one of the most admirable and inspirational people that my life has been Blessed with.
I will miss her dearly.
But as you said, “She’s forever with our Lord and Savior”.
What could be better than that?
With enduring affection and gratitude, I thank you for your kind words and Prayers.
That Americans regain their trust in You, Oh Lord, I pray.

“Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.”
I am learning that grief is a lonely feeling even though there are others who have the same grief.
My father(75 yr) passed away sept 15, 2021 from a third and final round of cancer. I was able to be with my Dad during his last week.
I am conflicted about this. I am thankful that I and my brother were able to be with my dad and help him during his last days. I am thankful I was able to help my dad as it became too overwhelming for my mom. He also had Hospice care(wonderful people!)
But now all I can see are those last memories of my dad, taking care of him like a little child, feeding him, taking him to the bathroom, watching him lean toward my mom and inhale her scent as he leaned over her hair while we held him up to check his pad, being with him while the Hospice nurse put a catheter in(my mom didn’t feel up to going). I wish I could unsee those things and just remember what a wonderful Father he was.
Deanna, my heart aches for you reading this. My mom & I have been going through something similar for some time now with my dad who has increasingly lost the ability to care for himself. I can’t help but think back to when he used to care for me as a child, & it often brings me to tears to see how the roles have now changed. I, too, am grateful to be able to help him—it is a blessing & a privilege from God—but it can take its toll while you’re in the midst of it.
I pray that the peace of our Lord Jesus Christ would be with you to comfort both you & your family right now. God bless you.
Thank you Joe. I have read about your Dad also and prayed for you over the past while. And it is so true it can take its toll. My dad’s last chemo treatment was in April and every time after that, I would see him and end up crying- seeing another bit of himself lost to the cancer. He never complained until the last week. By then he couldn’t lay down to sleep as it pressed on his lungs, and he couldn’t breathe. I always send up a little prayer for my mom too as she was right there with him and saw his decline. I think another reason it has been so hard with these memories is the last 5-7yrs have been of him sick with cancer. So it has been a long time that he was healthy.
Prayers for you and your mom that God will give you the support and comfort you need. Prayers for your Dad that God will lift him up and heal him.
Deanna, the loss of a beloved family member is one of life’s most difficult moments. I know it is hard to rectify the strength and wisdom we see in our parents from the time we are young with their final days of frailty, weakness, and suffering when they die of a prolonged illness. I have found it helpful, when confronted with those troubling memories of the person’s death, to shift my awareness to their joy and vivacity in life. Pray to the Holy Ghost for the help to remember your father as he was in life and health. Find comfort in the grace you were given by God almighty to be with him at the end, surrounded by those he loved the most.
Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and let the perpetual light shine upon them.
May the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.
Amen.
I have been where you are now. Spent part of my senior year in high school watching my father die of stomach cancer. I know how the images are emblazoned into your brain. But I can tell you this. It takes time, but some day, you will close your eyes and remember your dad for the healthy, happy man he was. Right now, you may only be able to see sick dad, but that will go away at some point. It took me about 5 years, so it may not be fast. Don’t despair, the happy memories will return.
Please pray for me, if you would, I would Deeply appreciate any and all of your prayers. I have just been diagnosed with endometrial cancer and the mass inside me is too large for them to just do a hysterectomy. I was in the hospital for 5 days while they did cat scan, biopsy and MRI which finally showed what was happening.
I have to go see the doctor Monday at 4 to see what options there are. I am scared to death of chemo and also the radiation treatment she mentioned where it makes your blood vessels brittle. Please pray for this growth inside me to lessen and disappear. Praise be in God’s name, Amen…..
Praying that His loving wisdom be given to your medical team, that His healing be given to you, and that His mercy gives you peace of mind as you endure this part of your journey.
Father, in the name of Jesus we ask that You would touch our dear sister Deborah with Your healing power. We pray that You would shrink the mass inside her, & that of the options presented to her there will be something that she is able to do. Please also give wisdom & guidance to the doctors in coming up with a treatment plan for her. Also give her strength & Your lovingcomfort to endure this. We ask it all in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen & amen.
A prayer that Mary said that’s found in the Bible in Luke 1: 46-55 …
46And Mary said,
“My soul magnifies the Lord,
47 and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior,
48 for he has looked on the humble estate of his servant.
For behold, from now on all generations will call me blessed;
49 for he who is mighty has done great things for me,
and holy is his name.
50 And his mercy is for those who fear him
from generation to generation.
51 He has shown strength with his arm;
he has scattered the proud in the thoughts of their hearts;
52 he has brought down the mighty from their thrones
and exalted those of humble estate;
53 he has filled the hungry with good things,
and the rich he has sent away empty.
54 He has helped his servant Israel,
in remembrance of his mercy,
55 as he spoke to our fathers,
to Abraham and to his offspring forever.”
Tomorrow is the Feast of the Immaculate Conception … March 25 is the Annunciation. The Immaculate Conception celebrates how love transcends space and time and how every detail was made perfect for the coming of the Baby Jesus.
Only four people have had the privilege of being created or born without any stain of sin on their souls: Adam and Eve who were created, and Mary and Jesus who were born.
Adam and Eve were created filled with God’s life and grace, however, they chose to disobey God, thus cursing the human race.
Only God could fix what Adam and Eve had done, so He sent His Son Jesus, true God and true man, to be born of Mary, a simple human woman. Since no-one impure could be allowed to carry the unborn Christ Child, God gave Mary the same grace that He had given to Adam and Eve … namely, that she be “full of grace” … in other words, a pure and immaculate soul, from the moment of her conception … and Mary obeyed God and said “Yes” to becoming the Mother of God to bring Jesus into the world to suffer and die on the Cross for our sins so that we could go to Heaven.
How could this be? God is outside space and time, controlling it … So He applied Christ’s death on the Cross to save Mary before she was born. As such, Catholics do not worship Mary … she is a fully human creature and is rather seen as “the new Eve.” Jesus came to save Mary as well as the rest of humanity.
In any case, thank you for your beautiful prayer, LeeCarolynn55! 🙂

To whom it may concern,
My name is Fr. Stephen Arabadjis. I am a member of the Society of St. Pius X. But I am in my 7th year of Sabbatical.
Therefore I was hoping your group could do a 54 day rosary novena for my intentions. But any prayers and sacrifices would be greatly appreciated. I know Our Lady will reward you generously for this.
In Our Lady,
Fr. Arabadjis
P.S. Thanking you in advance, since I don’t always get all my communications.

Prayers requested for safety, comfort and healing for those families affected by tornados overnight. That rescue workers will be divinely protected and able to reach those who are trapped by debris and that many injured may be able to be reached in time to save them.
“Almighty God, You are our healer. Our trust is in Your grace and power. We are blessed in Your name.
With You all rescue, recovery and healing are possible. We ask Your comfort upon those who have suffered such great tragedy.
We pray for Your comfort to relieve the anxiety of all who have been impacted. Let Your strength keep all the rescue workers going and find any who are lost.
Provide Your Holy Spirit to restore those who have suffered so much. Amen.”
Sundance’s prayer says it perfectly, I can only add my Amen.
Continuing prayers for all affected by the Storms, that the Lord will provide, bless, and heal.

Would you please pray for the January 6 prisoners – especially those being held in the DC jail? I am very concerned that all are being denied basic rights that are guaranteed by our constitution, but that those held in DC are being subjected to cruel punishment.
Most definitely joining you in prayer for the January 6 American patriots who are prisoners of conscience. God bless them, protect them, defend them, and free them! God bless America!
Hashem will protect your comings and goings from now and forever’
– Psalms 121
Prayer for my ex-friend. He’s a first generation Chinese on the east coast, more Americanized than his parents. He’s fallen for the whole covid narrative and thinks the vaccine passports and discrimination are just fine. I feel bad because I got into an argument with him. I said sorry but have moved on.
Also for me, that I have courage. I’m terrified of what is happening in the world right now. Also for my father’s religious exemption to go though.
Fear not.

Nigella, I pray the Lord will bring you a touch of His healing for this & all other ailments you may have. God bless.
Thank you.. Prayers for all here
Prayers for you and all your loved ones. My husband is still dealing with the affects of LYME. We are working (slowly) on a dvd program on retraining the brain recommended by his doctor.
With you!
Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death.
Amen.
Jesus, I trust in You!
4. Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image,
or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above,
or that is in the earth beneath,
or that is in the water under the earth:
5. Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them,
nor serve them:
for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God,
visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children
unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;
6. And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me,
and keep my commandments.
9. After this manner therefore pray ye:
Our Father which art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy name.
10. Thy kingdom come.
Thy will be done in earth,
as it is in heaven.
11. Give us this day our daily bread.
12. And forgive us our debts,
as we forgive our debtors.
13. And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil:
For thine is the kingdom,
and the power,
and the glory,
for ever. Amen.
Praying that your wife will be strong in the Lord & that He will protect her from this evil being imposed upon us. God bless, DDB.
Thank you Ad rem for reinstating the comment and reply capabilities.
Your hard work is appreciated.
Hi Fran,
Praying for you and yours.
Ego tali animátus confidéntia ad te, Virgo Vírginum, Mater, curro;
ad te vénio; coram te gemens peccátor assísto.
Noli, Mater Verbi, verba mea despícere,
sed audi propítia et exáudi. Amen.
Amen
May the God of all peace guard your hearts & minds in Christ Jesus. May He provide for you & your family & carry you through this, & may you have a great reward in heaven for your faithfulness. God bless you, Fran.
Amen
Thank you??
Praying for Madeline’s surgery to be a success & that our Lord will usher you through the wicked traps of the enemy. God bless.
Thank you. Her surgery is this Wednesday 11/3. So glad you are doing better, too. ????????
How is Madeline now? So hopeful she is doing better, and you and your husband can rejoice!
I offer a prayer by St. Francis De Sales:
Do not look forward in fear to the changes in life;
rather, look to them with full hope that as they arise,
God, whose very own you are, will lead you safely through all things; and when you cannot stand it, God will carry you in His arms.
Do not fear what may happen tomorrow; the same understanding Father who cares for you today will take care of you then and every day.
He will either shield you from suffering or will give you unfailing strength to bear it. Be at peace, and put aside all anxious thoughts and imaginations.
God bless you and yours.
Amen
Lovely.
I’m praying and will continue this prayer on the day of surgery (11/3)and her recovery. Thank you❤️??
Surrounding your family with the White Light of the Spirit to keep you safe and healthy on this journey.
Thank you. ❤️
Madeline’s surgery is this Wednesday. ??
Wishing her all the best, and praying too! When you get a chance please let me know how things went.
Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death.
Please pray for my family as my father passed away on Sept 29, 2021 from heart failure. His funeral is his Friday, Oct 22. Please pray for God’s loving direction as we figure out how best to move forward according to His will.
Nina, I pray that the peace of God which passes all understanding may be upon you & your family. The Lord bless you.
Dear Nina, Please accept my prayers and condolences on the loss of your father.
I hope the funeral was healing and loving for all concerned.
Please pray for my friend, Rhonda. I found out last night her cancer that was in remission for 2 years has suddenly come back and has spread to all vital organs.
Joining you in prayer for Rhonda’s good health and healing!
Thank you.
Praying for a touch of healing from the Lord for Rhonda. God bless, Rebel.
Thank you.
Amen
Give thanks to the Lord for He is Good, for His Mercy endures forever!
Hey anon,
It can be difficult to pray for those who persecute you, but our Lord commands it. Ask Him to supply the grace necessary to soften your heart.
Eternal, Holy God,
We come to You burdened with worries,
fears, doubts and troubles.
Calm and quiet me with peace of mind.
Empty us of the anxiety that disturbs us,
of the concerns that weary our spirit,
and weigh heavy on our hearts.
Loosen our grip on the disappointments
and grievances We hold on to so tightly.
Release us from the pain of past hurts,
of present anger and tension,
of future fears.
Sometimes it’s too much for us Lord,
too many demands and problems,
too much sadness, suffering, and stress.
Renew us spiritually and emotionally.
Give us new strength, hope, and confidence.
Prepare us to meet the constant struggles
of daily life with a deeper faith and trust in You.
Let your love set us free, for peace, for joy, for grace, for life, for others, forever.
Nice, perfect.
God bless.
👍👍👍
Please say a prayer for Chris in Hervey Bay Australia, a long time reader and sometimes commentator on the treehouse. Chris is only a few weeks away from death from prostrate cancer which has spread to the bones, after fighting it for 3 years. He is unable to come to the computer being so weak, but is still keenly listening to me as I read out the articles. Please guys, get tested regularly. It is only a blood test.
Praying for Chris in Hervey Bay, Australia, that the Lord will provide him with all the healing he needs! God bless him. Jesus, I trust in You!
Prayers for you and your family, Chris – may God be with all of you.
Thank you for the info, I will check it out.
Praying that our Lord will give you the guidance & direction you seek. He will not leave you or forsake you! Blessings.
Thank you for remembering the Marines in Beirut.
Please keep my daughter in prayer. She has just been diagnosed with shingles. She is just recovered from her second go round with Covid about a month ago. She has lots of autoimmune issues and work stresses. Thank you so much for being here.
Prayers of a healing touch from the Lord Jesus for your daughter. God bless.
Thank you so much. She is better today and able to go to work.
Happy to hear your good news! Your daughter has been in my daily prayers and will continue to be.
Excellent news! Praise the Lord.
Great to have you back, woodstuff! Prayers that your surgery & angioplasty will turn out well & that the Lord will restore you. Praise God indeed!
Amen
Thank you.
👍🙂🙏
Thanks!
Typing too fast! Lost a job Fall of 2019 and got a replacement job. The replacement job is the one that could be in jeopardy. Prayers appreciated!
Prayers up, Jonathan! Blessings.
Will be praying for you as well Jonathan….
Praying that the Holy Spirit will lead you!
Dear Treepers,
Many of our long-time Treepers will remember one of our most outstanding commenters, JFP (Just facts Please).
Joining you in prayer for a successful surgery, good health, and healing!
Prayers from here, as well.
Thanks for the update, Ad rem. JustFacts is ever in my prayers. God surely has enabled Gary to do what he’s done for her during this time. I pray that the surgery was a successful one & that the Lord will lead her through the healing process, quickening & strengthening her each day.
Thank you Joe! Her friend just wrote back saying the surgery went well, and she is at home sleeping.
Great to hear. Will continue praying.
Much love.
Please pray for my wife. She is very ready to bring a tiny human in this crazy world.
Prayers that the Lord’s hand may be upon your wife & that your tiny human is a healthy & happy one! God bless.
Asking for special prayers for my family members to find true forgiveness in their struggles with others. Forgiveness will lighten the heavy burden of resentment and anger, allowing them to battle real foes the true foes among us!
Prayers for your family that the Lord would soften their hearts to choose to forgive. God bless, Anna.
Prayers Anna….
Our Father, Who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done,
on earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
Amen.
Anima Christi Prayer
Soul of Christ , sanctify me
Body of Christ, save me
Blood of Christ, inebriate me
Water from the side of Christ, wash me
Passion of Christ, strengthen me.
Oh good Jesus, hear me
Within your wounds, hide me
Suffer me not to be separated from You,
From the malignant enemy, defend me.
At the hour of my death, call me, bid me come to You
That with your saints, I may praise You forever and ever. Amen

I pray for NZ that the Lord would pour out His Spirit upon the land & all nations to open every eye to the truth, that everyone may turn to Him for deliverance. May the Lord bless & keep you, Sharon.
Joining you in prayer for freedom for New Zealand!
Treepers….
My Lord. Praying in the name of Jesus for His healing touch to be upon her.
Thank you.
We will be praying Mary. Please, let us know how he’s doing as he heals.
Thank you. I will provide updates.
Joining you in prayer for the good health and rapid recovery of your paramedic son, Mary!

Praying for your husband’s successful surgery and rapid recovery!
Hoping to hear that his surgery went well Alleycats. Please let us know when you can…..prayers for you all.
I posted the other day about my paramedic son being in ICU with COVID. He is getting better! He has left ICU and is in a regular room. I am hopefully going to get to see him today.
Thank you for praying for him!
Thank you for the update Mary, and we will still be praying for his full recovery.
Great news Mary! Continuing prayers for your son’s recovery … 🙂
Praise God! I’m so happy to hear that, Mary! Prayers for his continued recovery.
Thank you so much for posting your wonderful news Mary! The power of prayers is a wonderful thing.
Please pray for my wife Julie. She had a massive stroke in July of this year. Please pray that she can continue her mission here in life with me. I love her so much. Thank you.

Your humble, adoring brother,
Skip “
Those are beautiful words. I pray that the Lord’s comfort would be with you & your family. God bless you, Skip.
Thank you Joe. Even though I feel they are inadequate. She was such a treasure…
And Thank You for your Blessings.
They mean a lot.
Ever Grateful,
skipper
Dear Skip…
The words you’ve written about your sister are perhaps the loveliest tribute I’ve ever read towards a sibling. What a wonderful person she must have been, and what a blessed life she must have led. Now, she’s forever with our Lord and Savior.
Dear AdRem,
I must admit a certain relief that you read (let alone replied to) my message..
Ever Grateful,
skipper
Yes! That is our comfort and peace.
Lovely. Amen
My most beloved sister is still alive, but if she were to die, your words would be perfect.
Prayers with you!
That Americans regain their trust in You, Oh Lord, I pray.
Amen
Thanks for listening.
Thank you so much, Deanna, for lifting us up in prayer. May the Lord keep you & bless you.
Amen.
Thank you so much.
Deanna,
I have been where you are now.
Much love and prayers to you.
Could use some prayer help from praying people here.
Took a hard fall the night and seriously messed up some body parts. I’ll spare the details.
Was in the ER for most of the night
Will be decommissioned for while, but will be okay, albeit with some permanent damage.
Love all you here.
In return, I’ll be praying for other needs here.
Praying that the Lord Jesus lifts you up & heals you. God bless, Solomon.
Thank you, Joe.
Looks like you’re on here a lot, being faithful in prayer to tend to the needs of others.
I will pray for God to bless you for it!
Praying for you Solomon St. Lightstone,
That you will be completely healed from the injuries of your fall. Miracles still happen!
Jesus, I trust in You!
Thank you!
Prayers for you that you will find some relief from your pain and comfort from God.
Thank you.
God is faithful!
With you and all praying people here.
Will especially pray for God to give you His Spirit of peace in the face of fear.
He is the Prince of Peace!
Numbers 6:24-26
Amen.
Praying for you Deborah,
That Jesus will completely heal you and remove all the cancer. He still does miracles.
Jesus, I trust in You!
Praying for God to be with you and for the cancer to be over quickly.
God bless, Deborah.
Amen!
A prayer that Mary said that’s found in the Bible in Luke 1: 46-55 …
46And Mary said,
“My soul magnifies the Lord,
47 and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior,
48 for he has looked on the humble estate of his servant.
For behold, from now on all generations will call me blessed;
49 for he who is mighty has done great things for me,
and holy is his name.
50 And his mercy is for those who fear him
from generation to generation.
51 He has shown strength with his arm;
he has scattered the proud in the thoughts of their hearts;
52 he has brought down the mighty from their thrones
and exalted those of humble estate;
Yes. Will do so!
Most definitely joining you in prayer for the January 6 American patriots who are prisoners of conscience. God bless them, protect them, defend them, and free them! God bless America!
For all in need of prayer here:
I am so grateful I saw the candle at the bottom of one of CTH’s blogs shortly after I joined.
So many critical needs and pain to be prayed for.
For many years I have felt that the best time to pray for others is when you’re in need yourself.
At that time, your heart is best exercised for others in need.
There is a whole lot of love, prayer and care on this thread!
CTH, thank for this venue!
