The dem’s politicians are for this and they want the court to rule against R v W. The dems have nothing to run on in 2022, nothing to fire up their base. A Supreme Court ruling will politically do for the dems what they can’t do for themselves. Their baby killing base will ignore a crushing economy, a totalitarian government, an out of control crime spree and another year of being jabbed and locked down in order to keep killing the unborn.
We are being played again. Roe Wade addresses a woman’s right of choice. The underlying issues should decide is who is granted an exception for murder.
The issue that needs to go to the court is not Roe vs Wade, but the Protection of the Unborn Act. That federal law demands murder charges against someone whose deliberate act killed a child while inside its mother. That law prides an exception when doctors do the killing.
Does the Constitution grant the Federal Government the power and responsibility to protect the lives of American Citzens. The Protection Act says it does.

The key, narrow constitutional issue is “Does the federal government have jurisdiction to regulate abortion in the states?” A quick scan of the Constitution does NOT enumerate that authority, and for 200 years before Roe v Wade, there was no question that this was an issue traditionally dealt with at the state level, and clearly reserved to the States (and to the people) by the 10th amendment. Roe v Wade was the classic “activist judiciary” usurping policy-making authority from the States and the Legislature, imagining themselves not only to be able to see “rights” within the “penumbra” of the rights enumerated as limitations on government power in the Bill of Rights, but competent to establish separate rules, depending on which trimester the pregnancy was in.
That decision brought the eternal and insoluble political issue of abortion out of state houses and into DC, where it has had a caustic effect undermining the ties that bind us together as a nation ever since.
All of those insoluble political issues ought not pre-occupy the SCOTUS, over which they have no authority. They should correct the error they made in Roe in attempting to “legislate” via the judicial branch, and reaffirm that the issue is primarily one within the power of the individual states, allow the Blue States to Blue and the Red States to Red, and send all the people for whom this issue is their primary political motivation back to the State Houses.
No one would be further away from a legal abortion clinic than a morning’s travel. Planned Parenthood could set up a fund to aid the indigent in making travel arrangements.
This is an issue that will always divide us, and, for that reason alone, should never have been unconstitutionally claimed as a federal government issue.

Fundamentally, as I said just above, this is a matter for Legislatures, not Courts. We need to settle these questions for our time and then codify that settlement in the form of established law. This matter is far too important and too fundamental to be left to any now-moldy-oldy “decision” that was made by seven of nine people in 1973.

Why is a decades-old Supreme Court decision that was based on a tortured interpretation of the 14th Amendment still being used as “law?” The Court is not supposed to “utter” law by edict. The Court’s job is to interpret the law, not to create it. To create law is the job of a Legislature: “many hundreds of quarreling, contentious people duking it out,” not “five-of-nine.”
This very fundamental issue should have been taken up decades ago by Congress, by the States, and quite possibly by a Constitutional Amendment. (The ill-fated one-liner “ERA” hardly counts.)
The Legislative sessions would be firey and controversial. But, that’s how Legislative sessions are supposed to be. This decision directly affects the lives of about half our country’s population – it is far too important to be left to a now very-old “decision.” We need settled law.

None of the mandates I have seen are enforceable by law. They are “enforced” thorough government coercion onto sovereign state/local governments and on private companies and organizations. I’m with you Seneca. One of our favorite activities was live music. We frequented and even held memberships at local theaters. 2) And because it doesn’t provide immunity they have to change the definition of vaccine from providing immunity to just providing some level of protection.
3) Then to find out the jab not only doesn’t provide immunity, the protection it does provide wanes very quickly.
4) Now imagine with a jab that doesn’t provide immunity and fast waning protection, they want you to already take a booster shot that is virtually the same stuff as the original jabs you took, that didn’t provide immunity and had waning protection.
5) Then if that isn’t crazy enough their own FDA advisory board votes 16-2 or 89% AGAINST giving these boosters to people under 65, including children.
6) Oh, and if that isn’t enough, these jabs have recorded more adverse reactions AND deaths than ALL VACCINES COMBINED over the past 30 years.
7) And if that doesn’t get your attention even the FDA admits that this jab can and has caused myocarditis in primarily young men.
8) And for the women of child bearing age out there, imagine blindly taking a jab that has ZERO long term studies regarding reproduction and or effects on pregnancy and your child.
9) And after reading all of this ask, yourself why are they virtually having to mandate and coerce people with the threat of their job and freedoms if they don’t comply and take the jab if it works so well?
10) And now in countries where there has already been a high jab rate of the population, they appear to be having a high rate of infection in those who ARE vaccinated.
11) And why would a health agency whose supposed #1 priority is the overall health of people, work so hard to deny, refuse and threaten doctors who want to use well know, off-label, safe and proven effective Therapuetics to help treat this virus?

The historic pattern is this: Liberals get in power, stay there for 10-2o years, eventually do something SO corrupt that Canadians finally go, “Ew. Enough of that then.” Then and only then do Canadians vote in a Conservative-in-name-only government, and only for long enough for Liberals to “learn their lesson” and select a new, palatable leader. Then the cycle repeats.
This is an unserious country that has no desire to be anything else. We are much closer in character to Australia than America.

I’m an Aussie who emigrated to Canada nearly 20 years ago. Its only recently that I’ve come to understand that Canada is politically socialist. If you look at the makeup of the 5 main political parties, only one of them is actually conservative (the PPC – which is a new party and therefore still a very small player with only around 5% of the popular vote). The fact that even the “Conservative” party is actually left of centre speaks volumes as to the nature of Canadian politics….and the will of the Canadian electorate.
It was interesting to me that during the campaign, the leader of the Conservatives was more interested in appealing to Liberal party voters – and adjusting his policies accordingly – than he was to the traditional conservative voters. The result was that the traditional conservatives voted PPC, which split the conservative vote resulting in the Conservatives losing some seats which are now in the hands of the far left parties. But no doubt we’ll hear the Conservative leader blame those “far right extremists” who voted PPC for “losing”. The reality with narcissists (and most politicians are) is that they NEVER accept blame. He will never understand that it was his pandering to liberal voters that alienated his base.
But after years of observing the situation here and talking to Canadian friends (all liberals) I’ve accepted the fact that I live in a basically socialist country that is rapidly moving towards all out Communism.

I posted the following late yesterday, but because I think it is significant, I’m posting it again today.
I visited Spokane, WA today. Washington state is just behind Oregon on being lost, but today I witnessed a ray of sunshine. While shopping in a big box grocery store that had a large sign in front informing shoppers the government mandates everyone be masked. I entered the store maskless not knowing what would happen. I immediately saw a couple, also maskless! They both gifted me big smiles, which I gladly returned. In the 30 minutes I spent in the store it appeared that a good 1/3 of the shoppers were maskless, all smiling broadly. Not one person said a word about me violating the governments orders. praise the Lord, we’re going to win this war. Hallelujah! I was so excited by the time I left the store I was all giggles. Ladies and gentlemen I believe the tide is turning. The sheeple have woken from their slumber and they are not going to accept the commies abuse any more. We’re winning. More people are joining the resistance everyday. We’re going to take our country back!
We spent several months in Spokane being nannies for our newborn grandson. Spokane is much different than the cities in western Washington. The people seem more “rural”, can think and act for themselves- not dependent on government. We loved Spokane and western Idaho too.

I’ve always thought that the way to end this madness is to show unequivocally, one way or the other what the vaccine and more specifically what are the spike proteins truly doing in the body.
So my question is why don’t folks like Dr. Malone, Dr. McCullough, Dr Ryan, Dr. Gold and so many others within America’s Frontline Doctors, put together a group of honest, fact seeking pathologists who could offer free autopsies to families of loved ones who unexpectedly died and had coincidentally taken the jab recently?
The goal of these autopsies would be to answer the following questions.
1) What if anything were the spike proteins doing in the body and specifically are they getting “flushed” out of the body or do they remain in the body, in large quantities and do they adhere to cells and organs possibly causing any health issues?
2) Is or was ADE present in the body prior to death?
3) What was the true cause of that person’s death and what role if any did the vaccine play?
IMO if 300-500 autopsies were conducted and the the answers to these questions were publicly presented by folks with your impeccable credentials, it would be so very, very powerful and telling to the world.
THIS is the data the world needs and deserves ASAP.
This cost of this program could be easily funded by the 100M MAGA supporters who would rally and donate to learn the truth.
Think of this independent autopsy program as an extension of what AFLD’s is already doing today in providing an outlet to people for therapeutics.

Kristi Noem signed a pledge to bar “action civics” (mandatory political protests for course credit) and critical race theory (attacks on “whiteness,” “Eurocentrism,” etc.) from South Dakota schools. For doing so, she drew praise from conservatives, including Stanley Kurtz, a leader in the fight against action civics.
Stanley warned, however, that Noem had her work cut out for her in order to make good on the pledge. “Even in a deep-dyed red state such as South Dakota, the threats that Noem has just pledged to battle have made shocking progress,” he stated. Unfortunately, if what Sussman was indicted for was the result of a conspiracy, then everything leading up to that end result now is beyond the Statute of Limitations and cannot be prosecuted unless there is proof of the continuation of the conspiracy.
But Sussman was not indicted in connection with participation in a conspiracy to further some overarching crime. He was indicted for lying to the FBI. That wrongdoing ends with the discrete action.
I refuse to be distracted. At this point, what is or is not done by Durham is not within our control — but new mischief and evil that we might be able to fight back against are ongoing under the media radar.

If you bring in your laptop to be repaired, you’re going to be asked for your telephone number. If the computer was under Apple’s famous bumper-to-bumper AppleCare® warranty, then the shop has Apple send a replacement motherboard by FedEx – sometimes, a replacement computer – and you swap-out a few parts and that’s the end of it. Over and done in two days: come by and pick it up, and pay the bill (if any). People do not “abandon” their computers at repair shops, and even if they do, repair staff have no reason (and may have no ability) to snoop-around the hard drive. Nor would it likely occur to them to do so: they’d just run the prescribed post-repair system diagnostics.
It is from this line of reasoning that I find the story doubtful, and therefore also the files. To me it’s equally plausible that someone planted this computer … or simply made up the entire story from whole cloth along with a bunch of plausible-looking files.
I’m not saying that Hunter Biden, like his father, is not a scumbag – he most certainly is. And “the truth is not in him.” But this story does not “ring true” to me.

“Twenty years after the U.S. government declared war on terrorism, it consummated its own defeat in Kabul and Washington, in a manner foreseeable, foreseen, and foreshadowed in 9/11’s immediate aftermath. Fixation on itself and unseriousness about war are the twin habits of heart and mind that disposed the ruling class to defeat.
At the “War On Terror’s” end as at its beginning, the same authoritative Americans—including Republican President George W. Bush as well as leading Democrats—blamed fellow Americans at least as much as foreign powers for it.
Bush’s first post 9/11 act (other than to sequester information about Saudi Arabia and Iraq’s role in terrorism) was to declare Islam the “religion of peace” and to declare illegitimate any American who thought otherwise. Fast forward to September 11, 2021 and Bush said that these Americans, many of whom had gone to war for him, losing life or limb, are “children of the same foul spirit, and it is our continuing duty to confront them.”

Many among them identified with William Appleman Williams’s thesis (The Tragedy of American Diplomacy, 1959) that America was on the wrong side of the Cold War. America’s defeat by foreigners does not threaten these progressives’ prerogatives and identities as do their domestic rivals.
Blaming domestic rivals to deflect defeat’s consequences in foreign wars is all too usual. Nevertheless, statements by Joe Biden’s Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin and Joint Chiefs Chairman Mark Milley that “domestic extremists,” whom they functionally define as whomever opposes the ruling class, pose the greatest danger of terrorism—especially if they are white—is egregious in history. The official reorientation of the U.S. armed forces’ focus on fighting what is arguably the American people’s majority, is even more so. A grassroots progressive group called the Democratic Coalition leaves no doubt about the ruling class’s 2021 practical agenda: “we cannot rest until all of Trump’s traitorous, insurrectionist foot soldiers face justice.” Insofar as they are serious, and even if they are not, this augurs civil war.
The ruling class takes any and all occasions to advance its overriding objective in its own domination. Terrorism, however, is especially useful. The premise that since we cannot know who is most likely to pose threats, that hence we must refrain from focusing on (profiling) Muslims and assume that the folks next door are as capable of mayhem as anyone shouting Allahu Akbar, has done much to make America what it is today. Especially because it is an in-your-face lie. The lie serves to free the ruling class to absolve or indict for terrorism whomever it chooses.
Surprise, surprise! Turns out that not everyone is as likely a source of terrorism as anyone else. The real, congenital, terrorists are conservative white folks. U.S intelligence properly profiles them to prevent the worst of them from taking part in society. And if anyone suggests that this relates to the fact that these white folks don’t vote for the Democratic Party, the Wall Street Journal tells us that the U.S. justice system is fair and competent: “The privacy of Americans hasn’t been threatened, while the Patriot Act has provided the feds with tools to break up domestic terror cells.” You must believe that, or else!
That is why the New York Times formulated the “War on Terror’s” official epitaph: “A War on Terror Accounting Since 9/11. The fall of Kabul shouldn’t obscure the successes over 20 years. Experts say it is the success of a multilateral effort that extends to as many as 85 countries.”
