How the “Not All There” Joe Admin will use OSHA to mandate Vaccination in the workplace.
“… the Biden Administration will attempt to implement the employer vaccine mandate and punishments through an Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS). Think of this as a temporary measure that allows the agency to bypass normal rulemaking and regulatory procedures. The ETS is governed by 29 USC 655.
Look closely at part (A) of 29 USC 655, which requires the Secretary of Labor to determine that “employees are exposed to grave danger from exposure to substances or agents determined to be toxic or physically harmful or from new hazards.”
How has OSHA determined ALL large employers are exposing their employees to “grave danger”?
Here’s the answer: they haven’t. And they don’t think they have to.
This legal maneuvering, which lessens OSHA’s evidentiary and fact-finding burdens, should be no surprise. OSHA (like Biden himself) has a long history of unlawfulness and of ignoring its own regulations. Most recently, the agency is refusing to enforce its own rules requiring employers who mandate vaccinations from recording the side effects.
If there is any good news with all of this, it is that the proposed vaccine mandate will likely be found to be unconstitutional and/or unlawful and will be stayed from taking effect pending judicial review.

doesn’t it seem to be a huge lawsuit in that OSHA was put in place to PROTECT workers, NOT to harm them – it was created for the purpose of a safe work environment – although it would seem that if you had unions doing their job, the safety and health protection should be buttressed by a strong, protective union –

A postal worker called in yesterday to a radio show and said that the USPS is so understaffed that she thought the exemption was ultimately about the USPS not being able to function through the holidays if they lose any more staff.

Those on the ground faced terror and obstacles they had never known. But, then, as a set of coordinated suicide attacks organized by the militant group Al Qaeda targeted the World Trade Center, the rest of the nation witnessed the unbelievable. And then a third plane crashed into The Pentagon. And yet another crashed into a field in Shanksville, PA.

Every year since that fateful day, the United States comes together to remember the fallen. We remember the first responders and those who made difficult decisions. Since that day, memorials have risen from the ashes.

Novavax is injecting spike proteins.

My understanding is Novavax is using fragments of spike, not active spike proteins, and it does not cause your body to manufacture spikes so the exposure is quantified and finite.
Not an expert, but it does appear to be a safer option.
And these fragments do less damage than whole spikes? Or more? Hard to know when everybody denies the truth about spikes doing any damage.
But you miss the main point. They are relying on those spike parts to teach your body to respond to the spikes. They are going to have the same failings as using whole spikes, or as making the body generate spikes.
It will allow virus to infect you and you will pass virus on to others.

These effects make the ‘vaccines’ less than worthless. Harmful really. Same for Novavax.
As I mentioned in a previous post, my daughter was essentially forced to get “the vaccine” to continue clinicals at University of Pennsylvania Medical School. If she didn’t, she could not complete the program. She resisted for months, but finally gave in to the pressure.
I contacted the head of the virology department at a major ivy league medical school (i read his op-ed suggesting the vaccines are ineffective and dangerous) and surprisingly he responded to me within minutes. He advised that my daughter not get any of the existing “vaccines” under any circumstances…especially since she had covid previously.
He also mentioned that in the 4th quarter of 2021, Novovax vaccine would be released and he would not hesitate at all to get that shot. He mentioned that it was more of a traditional vaccine that prepared the body to fight the virus and was not inserting spike proteins like the others. Also had some of the benefits of the new technology that some of these companies are using.
Based on my contact with him….his prior writings…his expertise in the medical field especially as head of virology…his honesty and his outright opposition to the other shots…I trust him implicitly. When the Novovax shot is available I will strongly consider it if i feel at risk. I feel like i already had the virus at the end of 2019 so not even sure i need it. Just sharing my experiences.

I wouldn’t say its traditional, which almost always consists of an attenuated virus which is similar in almost all aspects to the wild virus only it has been crippled to not reproduce as fast or at all.
The best description of Novavax on the other hand is best described as a duck decoy. Basically on the outside it looks like real duck to your immune system but it isn’t able to reproduce like a real duck.
There are companies though developing a real vaccine that you inject into your nose and thus it closely matches what a wild infection would produce, unlike all injection based approaches. It will also be easy to defeat using the same treatments that work against the wild virus.
Dr. Been’s videos are good, if not often a bit long. He is very even-handed and all about facts and hard data, without other noise overlayed on top, which is always a welcome relief. He did an amazing interview w/Dr. Patterson I keep meaning to post about treatment for long covid, whether from the virus or from the vaccine. It gave so much hope. Patterson is a genius. Oh, and I loved when Dr. Been introduced him, he started off by saying that he thought Patterson and Dr. Kory should be nominated for the Nobel Prize. Indeed!

It was not hard to notice that she routinely contradicts herself on a variety of issues, and would like to see our Nation become more like China. Or just…become China.
In reading her story about how her family came to the US, I learned that her mother was a graduate student at Utah State, her education and living expenses paid for by the Chinese government. Her father was a political dissident, who was imprisoned for an unknown period of time.
For this story to work, we would have to accept that the CCP was supporting and educating the wife (at great expense)of an antigovernment activist. Then we would have to believe the CCP would issue passports him and his daughter Leanna so they could join his wife in Logan Utah.
As Dr. Wen tells it, he arrived in the US with only $40, and then worked hard, eventually managing the technical section of the World Journal.
Now, for Wen’s mother to be a student at Utah State, she would have had an F-1 visa (student), which are issued d/s (duration of status), meaning she could stay as long as she was enrolled and taking classes. I will say, then, that Mr. Wen and young daughter arrived on F-2 visas, as dependents. When Mrs. Wen was (for whatever reason) no longer a student, it was time for the family to go back to China. Utah State would have notified INS that d/s had ended. But…they didn’t go.
At some point they (according to Dr. Wen) convinced the INS to grant them political asylum. But to somehow convince the INS that the wife of an enemy of the state was getting a full-boat scholarship from the country that was oppressing them would not have been easy. In fact they would have needed an attorney. And more than $40.
I think it more likely that the Wen family was well off, and wanted to have a second child (they did). No prison. No political activism. Reminds me of some of the Biden stories.

51 weeks ago I received a call from the ceo of a company I personally knew from common friends. The company was suffering from horrible financial management. In less than one year I turned the department from the bleak disaster and loss center of the business, into the flagship department of the company.

I think that since Roe was passed the abortion industry has become not only about choice, but also baby parts.

Times and technology have changed.
I know with my third child I was able to see him at only a few months with an ultrasound. I would guess most women could not abort once they see their baby in utero or hear the heartbeat. None of that was possible 50 years ago. The Texas law is quite right, imo.
Even liberals who support choice have to realize the world has changed. Pro life is not unpopular with most people.
Attitudes change and support for young women with unexpected pregnancies has to be the normal expectation to win the day against abortion.

Sorry I sounded harsh to you. I’ve had a long week arguing policy and strategy with a lot of people who are getting flipped out about the continued implicit support for these vaccines.
It’s easy enough to come across wrong when that is not the intent. We’ve all been there.
I don’t think Trump would ever do what Biden is attempting regarding the vaccines. Trump gets info from lots of people, and whether or not it’s all accurate is a challenging thing for anyone, especially at his level.
Good luck with policy and strategy debates. Challenges abound. I’m not a lawyer, but I try to get facts as accurately as I can, and develop arguments that are as sound as possible, and I still end up not getting my point across as intended. And sometimes, life is just like that.
I appreciate your posts, by the way. Getting the perspective of some of the lawyers here is beneficial.

I agree. He cannot make the statement that “covid vaccines do/do not work”. It is more nuanced than that (and also possibly worse but we don’t have “proof beyond a reasonable doubt” which is the standard Trump is always held to — and that includes when what he says is edited or twisted.)
Trump is in, and has been in, an extremely difficult position. I think at this point that he can and must find a way to say that the vaccines are not being used in the EUA way that was intended. And/or he might be able to say that a lot of information is coming out now that we did not have when the EUA was signed.
I have noticed that he’s been downplaying and trying to avoid the subject in interviews (which is hard). And, his Operation Warp Speed was a phenomenal feat, save for these biologics aren’t what they were represented to be, as we all always understood “vaccine”.
I heard a whisper that that vax was actually ready to go and in production in 2019. Incidentally some while ago saw a picture someone took of a label on the vial that showed 2019 as the production date but I didn’t fully vet it. And that Trump knew this and forced it into the open long before the planned 5-year shut down. I digress. I also heard a whisper to remember that Trump once said if he had been against the border wall then liberals/msm would crawl all over themselves supporting it.
