Nobody has traveled these roads before re a presidential election, so doubt about a reinstatement process is very understandable. The truth is there is no known reinstatement process OTHER THAN THROUGH A COURT ORDER, which is to say that it would depend on a showing of proof AND A JUDGE who would rule that the only fair remedy would be to void the election or some such other ruling.
If I recall correctly, there has been at least one case where a sitting congressman was removed and replaced pursuant to a judge’s order after a showing of proof that the actual winner of the election was not the declared winner who, subsequently, was later sworn-in and held the office for some time before being replaced.
Those that have stated that there is no constitutional remedy for rectifying a fraudulent election may be a poor victim of idiocy (everyone is a victim today!). According to our constitution, the Supreme Court hears “all cases…. under this Constitution….in law and equity…” and “as to law and fact.”
Meaning that judicial authority can strike down laws, void contracts, craft equitable remedies, and, in general, determine what is fair and just. In our lifetimes, judicial authority has ordered the break-up of the Ma Bell telephone monopoly, declared same sex marriage legal, imposed a blanket, mandatory, school busing remedy throughout entire the United States, declared that the killing of fetuses is legal, and that prayer in schools was illegal etc etc.
In each of the cited cases… and in innumerable others…there had been no previously known template for these judicial actions, and, as we have witnessed over and over, for better or for worse, this judicial authority stands at the heart of our constitutional system and can fashion a legal remedy for circumstances where no legal remedy ever existed.
So, of course, President Trump could be reinstated. Would a court so rule? Well, if evidence were compelling, and if the US Constitution had truly been subverted so as to place in office by fraudulent means any person other than the rightful winner of said election, what tribunal could look the other way? (Yes, I know very well the answer to that!).
Ergo: MSNBC is propagandizing and those that post such things here without commentary are, let’s see, ‘peculiar!’

Can we do something pro active to join rather than fast? Like can I light a candle and pray with you, maybe we could have a set time of day or two?
Just mentioning that when I fast, I do it from 12 midnight until noon the next day. No food and just water. I also abstain from the computer. Any “hunger pains” are a reminder to pray. It is not too taxing and I have ALWAYS had an answer to my fasting prayers.

Because Larry Elder said President Trump lost to biden fairly and squarely, and it is time to move on.
If Larry won’t be honest enough to admit the obvious, why would President Trump endorse him?

Here is the video that shows Larry answering the question clearly: “Do you believe Joe Biden won the election fairly and squarely?”.
He then expounds that any claims to the contrary are basically garbage from a losing candidate just as we saw Hillary in 2016 claiming President Trump stole that election.

I would suggest this is more real than any backpedalling to clarify his position he is doing now because of the heat he is taking from those who support him.

Yeah he should however he’s not the best guy to endorse in California.
Elder is a rock solid Conservative, but maybe he could get a cool coalition going without Trump entering to make it polarizing right at the moment.
California is so ready for a change and I think blacks and some fed up libs would easily vote Elder.

Many Black people won’t vote for Elder because of his support for Stop and Frisk, which trampled on the Fourth Amendment rights of Black New Yorkers. Voting for Elder would be trading one tyrant (Newsom) for another.

The EPOCH Times reported today:
Director of National Intelligence (DNI) John Ratcliffe assessed that China interfered in the 2020 federal elections, according to a letter transmitted to Congress.
In the letter (pdf), Ratcliffe alleges that intelligence about China’s election interference was suppressed by management at the CIA, which pressured analysts to withdraw their support for the view.
Citing a report by the Intelligence Community Analytic Ombudsman Barry Zulauf, the director of national intelligence said some analysts were reluctant to describe China’s actions as election interference because they disagreed with the policies of President Donald Trump.
