It appears not.

The gov’t does not care about wasting money, the only ties money considerations have in gov’t policy is how much can the influencer make and it is not about saving money or getting the best deal for the taxpayers.
Pfizer was smart to include that payment would be made regardless of the products use. That’s how business works. They’re not going to spend millions ramping up production to meet large needs unless there is a minimum guarantee.
I believe there is some shady dealings going on, but I don’t think this is the item to latch on to and I don’t think Ivermectin was suppressed due to that clause. It was suppressed because you can’t have an emergency authorization for a vaccine when you can treat the disease effectively. Ivermectin is “cheap”, hydroxychloroquine is “cheap”. I think this is more of a collusion for profits/”donations” between those with access to policy makers rather than unfettered science and medicine doing whats’ “best”. I really think some of these dumb celebrities and politicians actual believe the vaccines are “safe and effective” which compounds the prior collusion. They may be correct, doubtful and I will gladly eat my words if I’m wrong, but the publicly available data shows a different picture.

In my mind, as someone who has been touting this case, when we are using the word ‘isolating’ this virus, it means that the virus exists as an individual entity.
That Jim is telling us above that isolating it requires that it be grown in host cells, gives me pause.
Other discussions elsewhere on this page of comments cite the changing definitions the medical community is using now for the words ‘vaccines’ and ‘herd immunity’.

Possible. I am trying to point out so many of these changes that are being used against us. The lesson I linked said isolating virus is different than isolating bacteria. That is a big change. Though if it is in a lesson, it is old news.
And I can’t be sure that such an isolation is pure. Haven’t found that detail yet. I have though seen that they do genetic tests to verify that Covid-19 is present at the end of this isolation process. It would really suck if the genetics test said you isolated the flu or a common cold.
That is why I want the proponents of these inquiries to explain the significance of their questions.
On the other hand, those questions needed a person with knowledge to frame them to get these responses. I get very suspicious when I see detailed knowledge being used this way.
Somebody knowing how they isolate, crafted a question about isolation designed to be unanswerable, and uses that non-answer as proof that they haven’t isolated. Very crafty, very dishonest. Media levels of dishonest. But in fairness, nobody in the media is that smart.
And why don’t the people answering explain what really happens when they isolate? Also suspicious. Though sometimes the venue, courts or foia, does not provide the opportunity to answer something other than the question asked. They do have other venues to get the truth out.
My personal little tin foil hat wonders whether this is being done to help us or to hurt us? You can be right about X,Y and Z, but if you are wrong about W, they can easily dismiss the things you are right about, X,Y and Z. Doubt I will ever get that type of proof until it is too late. That is why I don’t want us being wrong. Way too much is at risk.

Your claim is that Patrick King lost in a court case basically because he ‘asked a question’ that was not answerable.
What he asked was for the health department to provide proof of this virus’ existence as a stand-alone entity such that they (health officials) can claim that we need protective measures against it (masks and lockdowns) and they have created a ‘vaccine’ that targets said virus.
If health officials cannot prove the virus exists in isolation, then how could they find the virus? It would always be ‘tainted’ with other cells in a host.
If health officials cannot ‘find’ something, how can they mandate that we ‘eradicate’ that which is not found?
I say Patrick King lost because that is what Patrick King says.
Patrick King also says the current relaxation of Covid rules were decided before his case was resolved. He believes his case triggered them. So I did not rule that out. But I did not declare him right either.
Patrick King asked a very specific question with many restrictions applied. He did not ask please provide proof that Covid was isolated. He did not ask for all whitepapers used to justify the policies. He did not ask that the isolated Covid was pure. Simple questions allowing for whatever the truth is to be given in response.
If he asked that they provide proof Covid was isolated and they couldn’t answer, then I would agree with Patrick’s conclusions. But, I provided a report that Covid was isolated. At least twice in Canada. And independently so. My simple question should be answerable.
Go back to minute 9 of the video of King that I linked. That is not a simple question. It is highly restrictive of allowable answers.
BTW, there are those that think that King misunderstands the denial. Not that there is no info, but that there is no info pertinent to the fine. It is wonky lawyer stuff. I am giving King the benefit of the doubt on this until the transcripts and court documents are released.

I just read a good paper by Christopher Roach at American Greatness. In it, he outlines the mission creep of the Capitol Police Department since Nancy Pelosi re-assumed the Speakership of the House of Representatives. Essentially, she has turned them into her own personal political army. I believe Roach is an astute observer of what he sees happening and he thinks this could become a KGB like nationwide police force for the Democrap Party. He reveals they have very few legal constraints on their policing activities and are now planning to set up regional offices around the Country under the guise of needing to protect the members of Congress anywhere they may be.
Being skeptical about all things Democrap, I suspect the Obama gang has encouraged Mrs. Pelosi to encourage this developing situation, since only she can give orders to the Capitol Police. It begs the simple question, why is the CDC so adamant about injecting 100% of the population when there is growing evidence that it is the vaccinated that may be spreading the new variant?
Why not support ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine as treatment options?

At this point, it is all about eliminating the control group. I wouldn’t be surprised if this was even part of the government contracts with Pfizer et al. Control groups are the enemy of vaccine makers. In recent years, they have spent millions going from state, trying to eliminate the remaining religious and medical exemptions that have enabled a mere 3 percent of children in the U.S. to skip one or more of the childhood vaccines.
If these companies would spend millions trying to get rid of that 3 percent (which could still form a sizeable control group, although finding those 3 percent among the millions of children is more difficult), just think to what lengths they will go to force Covid injections on the roughly 50 percent of adults who are still refusing.
The vaccine makers, together with the CDC, FDA and NIH, know that they have already vaccinated many millions of people with a horrible product that not only has severe side effects, including death, but also only appears to work for a few months at most. Right now they are able to blame everything on the unvaccinated. Once they use this argument to get everyone vaccinated, they will blame whatever problems arise long-term from these vaccines on something else (pesticides, diet, climate change,”retro viruses,” etc.) That’s how the game works. It’s what they have been doing for three decades and counting with the childhood immunization program, all the while labeling anyone who challenged their nefarious activities as “anti-vax.”

With artificial intelligence we need far fewer people. Social taxes are all based on employee/employer taxes. If you replace workers with machines, you increase social program demand while lowering the tax base. This is a recipe for disaster.
