The deliberate mixed messages, cloudy data or lack of it is doing exactly what the current regime wants. Doubt and confusion creates fear. I’ve seen it here and this audience is likely more propaganda resistant.
I hate to admit they are winning, they will have their wish, masked vs. unmasked, vaxed vs. unvaxxed, neighbor against neighbor, subservience, compliance. I think living in high density inner cities creates this sort of general acceptance of totalitarian politicos saying if you do what we tell you to do you will be safe and secure. Most of them will NEVER connect the problems associated with an all encompassing government with their own personal voting. So much easier to think another government program will help.

If you are vaccinated you can still get and spread COVID. If you are unvaccinated you can still get and spread COVID. If you are vaccinated and contract the virus, you have a high percentage protection from having a serious illness/reaction. If you are unvaccinated and contract COVID, you do not have protection from the illness becoming serious.
So, if two vaccinated people come in contact, one of them could pass the virus to the other. If one vaccinated and one unvaccinated person come together, either of them could pass the virus to the other as well. Same outcome.
The vaccinated individual can contract the virus as easily as the unvaccinated, although the vaccinated individual has the protection of less severity the vaccine promises while the unvaccinated can contract the virus from the vaccinated individual, that person— by their own choice— does not have the protection from serious reaction.
If it is the same risk and same outcome for the vaccinated with contact with another vaccinated or unvaccinated person, why does the vaccinated person care if the unvaccinated person is or isn’t vaccinated?

Great analysis with perhaps the exception of the bad outcomes for the unvaccinated vs the vaccinated. In the MA Delta outbreak that was just one of the data sources that led to the masking for the vaccinated call, 4 out of the 5 who were hospitalized were fully vaccinated.

I think you made one logic error and also left something important out:

This is probably untrue. Unvaccinated people have a much more robust natural immune response to covid (based upon historical immunity from colds, previous covid infection, herd immunity, etc.) than vaccinated people so are unlikely to become seriously ill from covid or variants.
The second comment I’d make is that I infer from your post that neither vaccinated nor unvaccinated people have any particular reason to fear/blame one group over the other. However I think you have forgotten the idea that what the mad scientists have created, and fooled the people into taking, is a toxic brew that has created hundreds of millions of asymptomatic carriers of covid and its variants. Think Typhoid Mary multiplied by the hundreds of millions. Karl Denninger wrote about this the other day. It is immoral and criminal to introduce a “non-sterile” “vaccine” during the midst of an epidemic! What he said is that no vaccine is 100% and we already were in doubt as to what the actual protection of this vaccine was. Two, this may be showing that the vaccine is less effective against the milder, less virulent Delta strain, and three, most likely it shows the immunity conferred by the vaccine has probably worn off a great deal in those who were vaxxed and came down with Delta. He contends the most it can last is 6 months and that it wanes in protection in the last few months.

When I was AGC for an international conglomerate in this position, what it entailed was IRS agents sitting at a table with company accountants going over items of income, deduction, loss, carryovers, carrybacks, subsidiary payments and etc. negotiating and arguing how to characterize things on various interconnected returns before they were filed.
Why? Because so complicated and a change on one item could have domino-like effect on multiple other companies and years. Savings of time and money on both sides.

Ending the “paying for rent moratorium” is a step in the right direction but the labor market is still so tight it is going to end many businesses, and I mean businesses that meet needs across the economy that multi-nationals can’t make up. A true depression is on the horizon.

I’m curious whether other parts of the country are seeing bare shelves in the grocery stores. Here at my stores in medium town Georgia we are seeing more empty shelves. Sugar, flour, even bread and pet foods, canned foods at the Aldi are rationed.
I have read that a lot of the chains are stock piling goods in warehouses. Their rationale is that they are doing it to offset rising prices. Or in their talking points it is for the good of the customers.
My take is they are creating a shortage in order to manufacture inflation and then release those items to take advantage of higher prices. But I may be wrong, it’s hard to tell with all the manipulation of everything. Anything is possible with the communists in charge.

Well we could shop like Antifa and BLM shop, at the after-dark specials. Watching the videos, the stores they looted seemed to be well stocked. Kinda sucked all the ones they burnt down after looting them. All that good product gone to waste and pollution. Seems like a lifetime ago except in some places the after-dark specials still live, we just don’t see them anymore.
I often, out of curiosity about inflation, cross-check prices and availability between Amazon and WalMart online. In my sample basket of currently a bit less than 100 food and sundry items, I find their availability to be generally equal as is their pricing.
One interesting shortage of late, regular, cheap canned tuna. For awhile, up until very recently, there was a glut of processed seafood and prices were reasonable. I wonder if people started substituting it for beef and pork when those prices went through the roof. Now seafood is becoming in short supply and prices are rising in that basket. I’d need to confirm at local stores.
Unfortunately, eating on five bucks a day doesn’t allow for much shopping for the good stuff at the local store. Oh, institutional bags of flour and yeast are still reasonable last I checked. 50# and 10#. Make some bread to go with the circuses, heh.

The system would have been designed from the ground up to be trustworthy and impenetrable. None of the exploits that we’ve all been reading about would have been possible.
In these days and times, it is impractical to assume that any system is actually “air gapped.” Connectivity could be provided by, say, a “smart thermostat” on the wall. Or, anyone’s cell phone, whether in their pocket or in a nearby room.
The root-cause problem is that there is simply no “data integrity control” anywhere in this process – mechanical, software, or especially, human. In other contexts, such a “non-compliant” system would actually be illegal.
