Hello everyone, I wanted to weigh in with some encouragement. I know we’re all frustrated and that’s for good reason – they took our vote away. That was our crucial mode of political expression for a diverse citizenry turning the gears of a great civilization. Turning the gears is our job, fooling around with politics is someone else’s (so we have a right to be outraged at their lack of understanding and dereliction of duty).
So don’t get all ate up with guilt; we’ve already chosen our occupations in life. Fortunately for us there is another more crucial form of expression; that’s how we conduct ourselves. So go do what the Lord wants you to every day so young people will want to be like you. They won’t want to be like scumbags that have sold their souls for money. Young people are very perceptive; remember the way you were, think of the people you wanted to be like, and more importantly the ones you didn’t want to be like. See how it’s been working ever since you were very very young. Despite everything keep on improving yourself, the ripple effect is awesome.
There’s not going to be any organized civil wars in a modern state (what are we going to do fire Nuclear Weapons at each other).
We’re in a Culture War and the other side are conformists, it’s easily winnable.
So be happy and go about your business – you can’t go wrong.

Homeschooling is rapidly becoming the only viable option. Even private-schooling parents are soon going to have to choose between their children and their way of life.
Perhaps this will impel a return to the traditional two parent, one homemaker type family, except now with expanded and enabled flexibility in gender roles. I benefited from private school in the 50’s and 60’s but home school would’ve been fine too. The teacher was there all day anyway.
