Erie hospital to pay, rehire ex-workers who refused flu shots
The commission had claimed Saint Vincent violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 when it fired the six workers, who refused to be vaccinated after the hospital implemented a mandatory flu vaccination policy for all employees. The hospital granted medical exemptions to 14 other workers.
Saint Vincent implemented the mandatory flu shot policy to receive the maximum reimbursement for treating Medicare patients. At least 95 percent of the hospital’s entire workforce had to be vaccinated to meet the requirements, Saint Vincent officials said in 2014 shortly after the policy went into effect. Saint Vincent said in February 2014 that 99.4 percent of its workforce had been vaccinated or received an exemption.

Not from that one, that I can see. I only posted it to show the genesis of the “mandatory vaccine” fight.
This was done not for health or safety, but for money.
It does however show how hard it is, or was, anyway, to grant exemptions to some but not others.
I would like to show more of the cases where nurses fought the masking as punishment for not taking a flu shot, but I didn’t know at the time that it would be so difficult to retrieve any articles relating to masks.
The COVID vaccines are illegal to mandate, but as I search the internet now I come across more and more articles claiming this isn’t so.
How abhorrent, there are people out there trying to trick millions into believing they have no choice.
Lately I’ve been printing out articles that I get the sense will be disappeared, thinking in the future it should be easy to scan them into the computer and share online that way. Have folders on a few topics. I never thought it would get this far with the vaccines, people have completely forgotten the thalidomide babies. Agree with you, the gaslighting of people is getting more intense with counter-articles getting harder to find. Good point.

I’m hearing from a number of young men and women, career-oriented personnel, afraid the vax will be mandated. It takes a lot of guts to outright refuse, destroy the career you sacrificed your 20s for, choose a court martial. As one said, I’m willing to risk life and limb in combat, it’s what I signed up for, but that doesn’t mean I agreed to be the equivalent of human garbage, a passive lab rat.

Long before COVID, my crazy walking buddy took on her employer refusing to take a mandatory flu shot. She risked her employment by engaging her fellow employees by sending them letters with her objections, etc. Many of them had issues with the policy as well. This was a university research facility with a medical hospital. The reason for the vaccine was supposedly to protect patients in the hospital (a different location on campus).
My walking buddy is a health nut who drinks green veggie shakes for lunch and is strict with what she ingests. The university gave her a religious exemption…as she is so religious about her health as anyone who knows her can attest. They allowed her to agree to wear a mask while in proximity to patients.
Document and show that the vaccine will violate the careful way you approach your health and request a religious exemption.
There has been discussion that if an employer tries to force vaccinate their employees, to have the employer representative sign a statement that transfers the liability of adverse vaccine reactions to the shoulders of the employer. If you make me take a “vaccination”… which we all know it is in not a vaccine, but a GMO… then if you enforce that, then the company will assume all liability from the repercussions of adverse effects of the shot.
Now, this wouldn’t work for our military. Our military soldiers are owned by contract by the government, up to and including the payment with their lives. (Spoken as a former Army wife and Army daughter.) It grieves me so, but I keep dreaming and praying that one day I will awaken and our military will be run by the Brave, Who will put into action the retaking of our great Republic by the insurgents, the traitors, the infiltrators, the treasonous true infidels. To not take means you will be deemed non deployable, which means soon to be drummed out. I am also hearing that there may be a military developed “vaccine” that will be forced on you. Right now if you take leave you have to also spend leave days in quarantine on return. A good many are bowing to the pressure to get it. Sad really considering the overall health of service members means they are pretty safe just getting the disease and being done with it. But even that does not exclude you from being required to get the shot,

Of course just as I posted previously about the CDC altering the COVID test threshold for those who are vaccinated. Hey we can have too many fully vaccinated people showing up COVID positive now, can we. If too many fully vaccinated people end up with COVID then that means the vaccinations actually don’t work. Sad part is that some of the fully vaccinated that ended up getting COVID weeks after their last Jab, are so sick they belong in the hospital, but don’t go, or sometimes aren’t allowed to go.
Hey I still can’t understand why we are vaccinating even those under 30, much less under 16. The more that the government does things like this the scarier it gets.
They have to get everyone vaccinated, or we will start noticing how many people previously “diagnosed” as covid cases are getting covid. This would prove they false diagnosed most of them. I think this can be the only reason for not counting having covid as being vaccinated, when scientifically, having had covid is of course the best vaccination.
In October of 2019 I came down with a respiratory infection. Just a cough, very little flehm, no fever. My doctors tried several different antibiotics intended for such infections. None of them worked. It never spread to anybody else.
Finally, around May of 2020 it just went away. Now mind you, I had just reached the one year mark of being finished with chemo and radiation therapy and my immune system was just getting back to normal.
I have tested covid free three times in the last year.
It’s been a scam. It was always a scam.
They have to get everyone vaxed because they have to hide the 10’s of thousands of serious adverse conditions including death. Once everyone gets the shot, everyone is equal and easier to hide the serious effects and deaths which make it impossible to blame on the shots.

Your last sentences mirror my fears exactly. No one under 30, but especially under 16, should be test subjects for this vaccine. Little ones developing immune systems and bodies are prime candidates for long term injuries and alteration in their ability to fight viruses later in life, imo. Plus, who knows what other lasting changes this vaccine will make on their bodies in other ways? Terrible policy to promote this for our children. No, PDJT never promoted vaccines for children. He vigorously promoted them for the adults and especially seniors but never as something mandatory. The only thing you can blame him for (sort of) is that he insisted that vaccines would be safe despite the unusually short cycle of development and testing. Personally, when my doctor suggested vaccination a few months ago, I flatly refused. Flu or COVID or whatever, does not matter. I always refuse. My husband got vaccinated, though, because otherwise he was unable to travel abroad. no adverse effects.

He also defended LHS’s illegal activity of swapping out memory cards in the middle of elections, saying “I don’t pay attention to every little law”. In 2007, he attacked Brad Friedman as “full of shit”, his readers as “looney idealogues [sic]”, and New Hampshire election integrity activist Nancy Tobi as “clueless”.
A man who threatened to rig an election over an AES power plant, dismisses election integrity concerns, happily breaks election law, and personally attacks election integrity activists? Sounds like the perfect person to work at a voting machine distributor. Even better if he also has a record of trafficking cocaine during the period that the CIA was importing it to fund the Contras.

If you listen to the Nick Moseder interview of Harri Hursti yesterday in Windham, NH, Nick makes Harri finally answer this question. It was Harri and team, the auditors who invited him, even though they previously lied about it.
Their statement was that they have a very finite window to complete their 4-pronged auditing scope, and if any one of the machines breaks down and has to be fixed, it is best to have the LHS people on hand to fix it. When is the last time anyone picked up a copy of that classic by Niccolo Machiavelli “The Prince”? I rallied to purchase some classics that I feared would “disappear” under this new communist progressive regime. (Lord, I hate that term “progressive”… progress is the furthest thing they have in mind for our country. I hate how liberals take every good thing and destroy it.) Classics like Sowell works, Rand, Friedman, Orwell, etc… are making their way into my modest library. (I pray my daughter will find them valuable in the future and that we will be able to protect them against confiscation.)
Trying, too, to recalibrate myself from my years of programming to be completely unable to sit still due to the constant bombardment of texts, emails, pages, reminders… with not one phone being enough, but up to three going off to startle my consciousness at any given time…. it has made it virtually impossible to sleep well, yet alone to relax into a good book. One I can feel with my hands in tactile simplicity, so as not to continue to overstrain my eyes. (There’s a reason tech icons have been known to keep their own children away from such devices as they create for the masses!)

I encourage you to lift your eyes, grab a book, educate yourselves on the way of war… and understand, the war has started… and they didn’t even fire a shot (or did they in the form of a vaccine… or shall we call it what it is… a GMO… in the arm????) Did anyone else here receive their “American Community Survey” from the US Census Bureau in the mail this weekend. It is a 48 page questionnaire filled with many of what I consider to be inappropriate questions. Wanting to know everything from what my monthly utility bills are to what time do I leave for work every day.
It also indicated that it is U.S. Law to answer and return the questionnaire and if I don’t, I will be getting a visit from someone to get answers from me.
Since I already filed the questionnaire under “T”, I am now a U.S. Lawbreaker. I have to admit though that I am looking forward to my personal visit.
