Someone goes on a cruise and gets sick with the Chinese virus. They claim it was on board the ship, and they sue.
Here’s the first question from the defense attorney:

You see the conundrum. If the straw person who will be suing is vaccinated, who exactly is dumb enough to try to make the case against the cruise line?

Actually, it is almost impossible to “sue” the cruise lines for anything that happens onboard one of their ships. They are flagged in foreign countries and are therefore not held to the same legal standards as a US company would be. Also, the doctor on-board the ship is not actually an employee of the line, but is instead a “private contractor” which makes it much more difficult to sue them for malpractice aboard ship, especially when it is traveling in foreign waters. The cruise industry has spent millions in lobbyists to ensure that the patchwork of antiquated international laws related to their industry are NOT updated or codified, a fact most passengers do not realize until it is too late…
I know far more than I would like to know about this issue, unfortunately, and the main reason that I have never trusted the CDC numbers on the Scamdemic is that I know that they have lied for years about outbreaks on the cruiseines. They are well paid by the cruise industry to give glowing scores of cleanliness, when in fact they know full well that the ships are floating petri dishes, staffed by third world refugees with very questionable hygiene practices.

Yup, anyone who’s been through a porcelain-hugging viral outbreak on a cruise ship can attest. Nasty. Been through two, plus the wife brought one home from a girl cruise….Most memorable was one on one of the ‘coffin ships’ so named because Holland America catered to mostly the older crowd. I’ll bet some people died on that one, of ‘natural causes’ of course. That was when I discovered the value of Jello because it still tasted good when it came back up.
As a long-time skeptic of the CDC and eschewing vaccinations since the JFK era, little about the latest chicanery surprises me. When they arrested that microbiologist early on, a couple days before the travel ban started last year, and his two Chicom assistants apparently attempting to transport biological materials out of the country, I figured the Chicoms and their US collaborators were behind the virus. Little has surprised me since.
My father was one of the ones who did die on a cruise ship…which is why I said I know far more about this subject than I ever wanted to know, all learned AFTER it was too late!
The Marine Corps guard at the US Embassy, in the country where they docked after his death, told me that one or two bodies are taken off the back of the ship every single time one of them pulls into port but it doesn’t get reported anywhere and the CDC doesn’t keep track, since the ships are not flagged in the US, though they are “headquarted” in Florida and Seattle, and even though almost all of the passengers are Americans, who very wrongly assume they have all of the same legal and medical protections that they have here!
I am not interested in destroying the industry but I do caution everyone who takes cruises to be VERY aware of their surroundings, document everything, question anything that seems “off” at all, and if you have any concerns, put them in writing, on the ship’s letterhead paper, make a copy, and HAND DELIVER the original to the Captain. At that point, the ship becomes liable if anything bad happens, because the Captain is basically the legal authority onboard the ship. (This advice was given to me by an attorney who specializes in suing cruise lines because he knows how many legal protections they have and 99% of the people onboard do not understand that they have practically NONE!)
Incidentally, this is why I despise Chris Cuomo – the story of my dad’s death ran on Good Morning America years ago and Freddo completely “misstated” the facts to make it appear that my parents had done everything wrong and that was why my dad died. I was furious and tried to get in touch with ABC to force them to issue a correction but, not surprisingly, no one ever got back to me. The cruise industry spends a lot of money on advertising and my family’s experience clearly needed to be debunked!

I suppose it coould be a situation where the person was doing it all of the time and after they got in front of the camera, someone was mad enough to take their picture. But if they had wanted those pictures of Nancy getting a hair cut suppressed, they would have been.

One would have be totally naive to think the fate of those Government, Royal Family and other leaders supporting President Trump’s peace initiative did not remove their unwilling predecessors with allot of prejudice to begin implementation of the effort. Those leaders were not focused on being our friends but on shifting economic focus to growth within their borders, realizing there was another way to rule and survive.
One would be equally naive to believe that President Trump’s presence at the helm of the US was the key factor to the whole arrangement. Flagstaff AZ homeless mom with newborn!
Visiting the GC and Sedona we stayed in Flagstaff. Last Thursday night we stopped at the Walmart on Butler Rd and saw a 30 year old homeless woman with a newborn in a shopping cart by the front entrance to Walmart. The woman and baby were WHITE. As we exited the parking lot the woman was sitting in the far end of the Walmart parking lot with the baby on the pavement. It was 39° that night. I emailed the Chief of Police and gave a full description of what I saw. He responded they would investigate. The woman was very loving of the baby and doing the best she could. Anybody here from Arizona that can help???

One of the four Democrats had only a 2 vote difference across the 4 machines, out of nearly 10,000 votes cast. The second had a 4 vote difference, the third 5 votes and the 4th candidate, Kristi St. Laurent, had a difference of 18 votes across the 4 machines. Eighteen votes seems like a lot when comparing mechanical tallies, but it’s nothing when you look at the Republican results.
