Police ID killer in FedEx shooting as 19-year-old man
”The shooter was identified as 19-year-old Brandon Scott Hole of Indiana, two law enforcement officials briefed on the matter told The Associated Press. The suspect in the Indianapolis mass shooting at a FedEx Ground facility was known to federal and local authorities prior to the attack.
A family member of the suspected shooter reached out to authorities warning about the suspect’s potential for violence, according to three law enforcement sources briefed on the matter.

There is a difference between having a cell phone on your person but you cannot use it unless you are on break and not allowing a cell phone on your person. If they are going to argue that cell phones are a distraction then at least require that cell phones must be in airplane mode or demotion will occur if caught using cell phone while working in their dangerous conditions.
