Art Bell was the best late night radio for many many years. Some of his guests were certainly “out there” but that was the intent of the show. Most of them are available on YouTube.
Coast to Coast is still out there. You can stream the past shows on youtube I believe or some of the other services. I listen from time to time just to be entertained. It’s mind expanding in a way. I read a book during the 1970’s that covered different categories of psychic phenomena and some of the research. Apparently, Russian intelligence was interested in remote viewing and astral projection, IIRC.
As far as the satanic part, there have been a couple of warlocks who came out of satanism and spoke publicly about their experiences and what they knew. They both talked about honing their psychic powers. The one who was a high warlock said that the acid test of serious satanic influence was levitation. He said that it takes focus and practice. Nobody levitates except for persons who choose the dark side.
It is connected to many cults, new age, luciferian and downright satanic belief systems. Scientology, Thelema, the Ancient mystic religions, even new age Alien beliefs like the ones promoted by celebrities like Shirley MacLaine. They all have astral projection as a practice. I actually had an out of body experience when I was 5 years old. It was nothing profound, I was bitten by a neighbors dog and as I was being carried to my mother across the street I suddenly felt like I was rising up and then looked down to see the whole scene. I saw myself being carried. It only lasted a few seconds and then I was back to my usual perspective. I didn’t think much of it until later when I read about out of body experiences and it sounded like what I remembered had happened.
I would never try to make something like this happen. This is what we used to call “witchcraft,” and it leaves the door open for evil spirits to come into your life. I know from experience with my pagan brother, it never ends well.

Similiar to what I believe about the true origin of “Man-made climate change”. The book (definitely not the movie that came out after it was written) The Men Who Stare at Goats by Ron Jonson detailed this US military experiment in remote viewing, among other things, trying to see if what the Russian (then the USSR) military was up to in their psychic research had any validity.
Very enlightening book. The movie did extreme disservice to the book and to the after-effects those men who were in the US military trying to work with those ‘energies’ ended up dealing with.

I read the research on remote viewing in declassified CIA research. It’s clearly effective and they were not arguing if it was possible but they debated the issue of what can be done with it to enhance their usage. I think it was declassified in the 90″s. No telling how much progress they have made since.

Senate won’t pass. However if it were to pass the same states the SCOTUS cowards denied the opportunity to be heard would find a district court to overturn this based on Unconstitutional grounds. Because it’s legislation at the Federal level by Congress they can’t dismiss as premature. Courts want a case to decide that doesn’t affect having to overturn an election. This would be the opportunity for the States to do that. They will bring it without election evidence, merely as an unconstitutional law. (and this is ‘why’ the Senate won’t bother passing it. ) PS: beyond the obvious swamp McConnell support towards Murkowski, support is also in part to keep her Senate vote from passing this abomination.

However, for laws to be legitimate they must first be legitimate in the eyes of those they govern. While some states may choose the route of nullification, the first step to fighting lawlessness is lawlessness. Not obeying dictates and unconstitutional laws will become the norm. Many law enforcement agencies are already understaffed and most law enforcement officers I know admit they are not enforcing things like mask edicts and do not plan on enforcing unconstitutional gun laws. Without enforcement a law is meaningless.

Trump has studied the numbers – he knows this – and is in the process of leading a conservative/populist take over the GOP. The libertarians of the 1970’s made the mistake of leaving the GOP and depriving it of it’s hard-money, Goldwater-minded intellectual base. We shouldn’t make the same mistake! So, become a precinct chair, volunteer with true the vote, or get involved as a campaign volunteer for a MAGA candidate. Remember, 200,000 of 400,000 GOP precinct slots are OPEN. There must be devastation of Biblical proportions. There must be scorched earth, Sherman’s march to the sea, carnage of RINOs losing. **

Dallas Here, COVID/Mask Update:
I live in an area of Dallas which is very liberal. The discussion on social media about the mask mandate by Abbott is interesting. Lines being drawn. People trying to start boycotts of business that don’t require masks. A whole lot of “you don’t believe in science” bs.
Apparently, Tom Thumb (owned by Safeway and also owns Albertson’s) has said they won’t be enforcing mask wearing. And rumor is Bucee’s will not either. Still waiting on what the other big grocery store retailers will say. I think it will break by economic cohort. The higher end grocery chains keeping a mandate in place and the ones that cater to lower economic shoppers dropping it. Think Whole Foods vs. Fiesta or Walmart.
Our newspaper has started a list of restaurants that will continue to require masks. Which is a stupid list because 1) no dining patrons wear masks and 2) a restaurant with a mask mandate policy for workers but is operating at 100% occupancy with no social distancing and elbow to elbow bar customers is more dangerous (if you “trust” the science). No operators have pledged to continue to operate below full capacity; but my neighbors are applauding the owners who are keeping a useless mask policy in place. Speaks to how dumb these neighbors are.
And of course, none of my liberal neighbors want to discuss the super spreader event occuring on our border. Bless them and their “trust the science” thinking.
Side bar: A few want to start a list of anyone on the social media site that supports the Abbott policy, It’s a neighborhood media so everyone knows who is posting what.

Wal-Mart here in Northern Va still has a mask-checker at the door. But I flash my printed copy of VA Exec. Order #63 that has an exemption for ‘breathing problems’ and they wave me in. Same guy at the door the last few weeks and now he recognizes me and just nods.
At the grocery, I don’t wear a mask and the same deal there. But I am usually the ONLY ONE not wearing a mask. Very few customers give me a 2nd look. Sometimes a store employee offers a mask and I politely turn them down and let them know I’ve already talked with the store manager and they recognize the EO exemption.
Two or three times I’ve been accosted by hostile customers at the grocery, however.
How can grocery stores and restaurants “enforce” mask wearing when the Texas gov. said there will be no enforcement? Or can localities override the Governor?
Abbott’s orders allows businesses to make the decision for themselves. They can decide to mandate a mask or not, as well as other operational protocols.
Importantly, Abbott’s order prevent our County Commissioners from mandating masks, no matter what. That’s a big step in the right direction. County Commissioners in Texas are very powerful and our Dallas County Commission is a dictatorial tyrant.
No enforcement, means no penalities – criminal/civil. But private busineses can refuse service. “No shirt, no shoes, no mask, no service”. You will be asked to leave. Question remains about a tresspass charge if you refuse. That could constiute a penalty against someone which is counter to Abbott’s orders going forward.
Word to the wise ……. those “neighborhood media groups” …….. are “karen” magnets …… really liberal magnets….
