This is fantastic. I have shared this with many friends and family. He explains for the low tech person like me what he is doing. He has basically set up his own internet system that does not rely on big tech. From his servers to all of the other stuff involved in accessing the internet he owns his technology. He runs a free speech, God loving, parallel to the cesspool called Google, Facebook, Twitter, Microsoft, etc.
Every time any lefty group tried to destroy him through a component of his business model he just went out and made his own. For example, Parler relied on Big Tech for their ability to stay in business. Big Tech destroyed them. If you are a business owner and rely on Google for your app or payment center then they can destroy you because you are a conservative or spoke negatively about transgenders. This brave, smart man created a whole system that they cannot touch other than cutting off our electricity to charge our devices.

Concerning the latest DOJ round up after January 6: This will be the largest number of U.S. citizens in the docket (est. 400) for a single event in the history of the Justice Department. Because of that DOJ has sent an an urgent e-mail to their offices around the country that includes the sentence: “Based on the importance and immediacy of the need, we ask each United States Attorney to consider whether he or she can offer critical assistance to the (office in Washington).”
All the cases will be prosecuted in D.C. Any cases that go to trial will likely face a largely Democratic jury pool — more than 92% of voters in the nation’s capital backed Biden in the 2020 presidential election. I can’t imagine the legal and financial hell that is about to rain down upon these defendants.

Is it true that Federal Court has special rules on who can represent the defense? If anyone knows of a class action type group defense for the 100+ charged with “unlawful entry” – please find me to discuss privately!!
Public defender or court appointed counsel? Hell no.
Counsel just needs to be admitted to the DC Bar, may need to be officially admitted to practice before the US District Court for the District of Columbia, but that’s not difficult to do, just paperwork.
Check with FIRE or Alliance Defending Freedom to serve if they have a referral network of pro bono (free) or low cost attorneys who are willing to represent your friends in criminal and/or civil actions. FIRE definitely already has a pro bono referral network.

Observation: The United States Supreme Court has scheduled the Pennsylvania election case, Sidney’s Michigan election case, and my Georgia election case for its February 19 conference.
There are no coincidences.
Who knows what they will do? We shall see. Be patient.
I do know this: (1) We are still a nation of laws and the buck stops with the United States Supreme Court; (2) Laws on federal elections conducted by a state can ONLY be set by the state legislature (not the Secretary of State in a consent agreement with the Democratic Party, Brad Raffensperger); and (3) the biggie (under existing federal law) – the ONLY votes in a Presidential election that can be lawfully counted are the ballots cast ON Election Day (you cannot open absentee ballots early, Brad – GA state law passed by legislature ONLY allows absentee ballots to be opened ON Election Day).
I have believed in the rule of law for 43 years. I hope that after the final decisions are made in the 3 cases above, my belief will be vindicated.

Please provide the docket numbers of the cases mentioned in your post.
There are at least 5 election related docket numbers in front of the SC. All of them referred to a future SC conference date.
The SC has, repeatedly, been rescheduling election related dockets to future dates. Kicking the can down the road, you might say. So having those you mention scheduled to a future date doesn’t seem to me to mean much. But I’ve been known to be wrong – at times.
For the sake of their reputation, the Supreme Court does not want to appear as a politically inclined body. This is big time requirement in their eyes.
A decision, when it comes on any of the many election related dockets, is going to be (a) Constitutionally necessary and (b) unavoidably political. They know that. Under those circumstances, when they make that decision is very important, i.e., the election controversy needs to have dissipated in the public’s eye. Which is why they are kicking all these docket cans down the road to future conferences. The furor over the election has not sufficiently subsided.
My guess is that a decision is unlikely on any of these dockets until, at least, April.
All of this is IMO.

Bank of America invasion of privacy issue. Maybe alternative here. As we know, the US has a 2 tier “just us” system. As individuals, we need to use a minimum 2 (and maybe 3) tier banking/payment system. Cash for things like maybe a particular “event” held at your local VFW hall. I didn’t buy anything, but paid cash to get in. I wasn’t going to use my card at all. I think I did buy some jelly and paid cash. Regular mundane things (regular grocery, etc) maybe use a big bank card if you maybe travel and need the multi branch flexibility especially if getting cash at ATM. For “special” purchases (even special grocery items, maybe items that indicate independence like seeds and gardening items, fertilizer…..ooo that’s a biggie in this climate), maybe look into small few branch local bank in a red area of a state. I personally have a big mega bank for mundane purchases. I do have a smallish south georgia bank with about a dozen branches. And I need to start using them a bit more for items that could be flagged for curious eyes.

** At 3:25 AM we discovered video from a second camera showing three individuals unloading over 50 boxes of ballots in a hallway inside the TCF Building and just outside the counting room.
** The ballots were then wheeled away on carts into the ballot counting room.
** The van is then seen on video leaving the center about 25 minutes later.
** Then we saw the van returning an hour later, entering the TCF Center again and unloading more boxes of ballots.
** The white van was escorted by a black sports car for both ballot deliveries.
** The white van was allowed through an electronic gate to enter the TCF complex.

The 2020 election is like a maze of dominoes. Once the first domino falls, then all the dominoes fall. So, how to tip over the first domino?
One idea is for Florida and Texas to conduct full forensic audits of the 2020 election. Obviously, President Trump won these states with comfortable margins, so why audit? Because it has been reported that Florida and Texas were also the targets of vote manipulation to help swing these states to Biden, albeit unsuccessful. A deep forensic audit of the election results and ballots in Florida and Texas, and the resulting state-level criminal investigations, would likely reveal a trail to the same bad actors and methods used to perpetrate the fraud in the Battleground States. At the rate things are going in Arizona, we may never see a legitimate forensic audit of Maricopa County, so no time to waste.
Once the Florida and Texas dominoes fall, the repercussions for the Battleground States would be unstoppable at that point, the dam would break open.
Governors Abbott and DeSantis, the fate of the Republic may rest in your hands. The Battleground States will never act on their own without being compelled by outside influences.
