Yes I’m a conservative and a critic of this new administration but I still think it’s important to acknowledge historic events when they happen. Today a glass ceiling has been shattered. Joe Biden is the first man with full blown dementia to be inaugurated president.

You can’t hold it against President Trump, because I don’t think even he understood how hard the establishment would fight him, but different personnel choices could have made this an entirely different presidency. Sessions is example #1.

Why in the world would plans they wished to remain secret, of necessity, be given openly at the funeral, with the camera on them, for all the world to see and talk about?
Maybe it was an invitation to a Bush family member’s house sometime after the funeral. Or knowing W’s odd sense of human, maybe it contained a joke or a story about his father that related to each of them.
Very popular his entire life, and able to win people over with reason and charm. He didn’t realize that this doesn’t work when they’re being blackmailed and/or have their fortunes at stake — and otherwise really just don’e giveash.
Trump was used to the private sector, where people have to put up or shut up, if they fail to perform or are dishonest there is usually some recourse, like firing, suing or replacing with someone else who wants the job. Federal Government is a whole different animal where everything is acceptable, no one is accountable, waste of money is preferable and no one is fired.
Like Reagan, the establishment forced a VP on them that hinder full blown implementation of what the people wanted.
Pence made personnel recommendations that was against Trump and the people, those picks were to ensure his agenda was not fully recognized. Some things got don’t, but not the full brunt of what could’ve each appointment was a “wingman”.

My wife and I were just having a discussion about those people on the other side.
It’s now been proven beyond reasonable doubt that they simply cannot function without having some “enemy” to be angry at 24/7. They are incapable of ever being at ease and content with life. There always has to be some sort of outrage or made-up opponent to thoroughly destroy, no matter what the cost to the country, their families, and themselves.
We suspect social media is helping to fuel this. They’ve become addicted to their outrage machines.

My husband said the same thing. All of their failed relationships, work issues, bad credit, flat tires, dandruff—–everything has been blamed on Trump for 4+ years. No way in hell will they look inward to examine their poor decisions, bad habits or lack of initiative. That’s way too much work. Too uncomfortable. Someone/something has to take the place of Trump (supporters?). They’re miserable people. Their brains are rotten. Their hearts are dead. Even today you’d think they’d be celebrating all over the place but I don’t see much.

I volunteered at the local RINO headquarters beginning right before early voting began. It was a very nice group of people, the Chairman is very nice, enjoyed listening to all the stories from folks that fled their blue states. Right now the office is closed because the Chair tested positive. We reopen Friday. I just cannot fathom going back in there to help with local and state elections. Obviously, nothing is working because our (red) city leadership already has been infiltrated by Blue Demons. Most are blind to the Ted Cruz treachery. No one can name one person to replace Abbott or Cornyn. I can only imagine the county leadership will soon go blue, too. Why are repugnicants such block heads?

In case anyone missed it: Wal-Mart has stopped selling guns in almost every store (there are some in Alaska, still). They were in a quandary over what to do with their “lists” of purchases/purchasers so, instead of destroying, they decided to go ahead and send them to the gub’mint. So, anyone who purchase a gun from Wal-Mart, that firearm is now registered.

I shouldn’t have gone on to FB today, but was curious. I have a number of women friends who are lefties. I’m not political on FB, because of work, but I keep them because they are such a gauge to me of what is going on.
The feeling I got was they didn’t vote for Joe, but against Trump… but there is real sentiment that they voted for Harris because they want a Woman president and they see that day fairly soon in the future. Harris is their revenge on not getting Hillary elected.
Of course Palin wasn’t an OK woman candidate because she was conservative.
If the world survives another 50 years (highly unlikely) sociologists will study the “daddy issues” of liberal women and their voting patterns.
Forgive me when I say this as I am not anti woman at all. I have many really smart, successful great women that are friends of mine who I respect deeply and know and work with.
However after many years in the workplace with them, many of them, in all levels of management, I can name some issues about SOME not ALL women that seems to undermine them in their ability to work with others, to judge situations objectively and become effective good managers. They can be overly sensitive, overly dramatic and wickedly vengeful especially to other women. Men not so much these particular characteristics. Men, some men, I have worked with, have other characteristics and flawed management issues they reveal, but they are different ones than women show.
But some women, who seem particularly suited to the left mentality, tend to gravitate to those traits. I think it’s why they are much more to the liberal side of things where feelings and drama count more than rational facts. Maybe they feel inferior to the men around them in some way. I don’t really know. It’s just my personal observations about what makes them instinctively react to other people’s feelings by having their own feelings magnified too, especially when being in situations of stress and decision making instead of being able to see the truth and the facts of the situation first. It could be why it is so difficult to convince them other wise about being on the liberal side of issues and get them to see the real facts.
Again, please do not bash me for expressing an observation related to the liberal mind and women being a bigger percentage of the liberal side. They are the backbone of society, super smart and life givers, so I am ever grateful for them and respect them completely.
As a side note, it is my son who is the raging liberal in our household. My daughter is the conservative, although quietly so. I cannot even discuss anything about our political differences with my son. It just is not possible to have a civil discussion on that subject so we avoid it to keep some peace.
Of course women are different! And I mean real women, not the fake dressed up clown women. Real men and real women need to make a comeback. Both have traits that are genetically meant to complement each other for the benefit of human kind. True families are the key to our future.
One of the biggest problems with women, and it is part of their DNA which holds them back, is that they let their emotions control many of their actions and decisions which clouds their objectivity. Men do this to a much, much lesser degree which is what makes men oftentimes easier and more pleasant to work with.
As a female attorney back in the day, I can say from my firsthand experience that your observations are spot on…loved working alongside the men…the women not so much.
Have raised our daughter to work hard and never play the victim…and to use every tool in the box to succeed, even her female wiles? but absolutely no drama, gossiping or crying on another’s shoulders….
My favorite allusion is to think of work as she once thought of playing in the sandbox as a little girl with her boy friends…you both want the truck…get the truck…same as in business…
But then that is my experience and my perspective….
I dont want a female President for the sake of just having a female President…would have to a really bright strong charismatic woman who is able to be a fearless adherent and protector of our Constitutional Republic…Harris fails my litmus test…..but then anyone whom Obama endorses is suspect….

It’s okay to point out that some traits are more common among females than males. It’s a reality that we are physically different and that physical difference is the result of evolutionary pressures and are different in our sex hormones which serve a useful but different purpose, and our brains, while different structurally in small ways, are still different; so too are the neurochemicals in their expression.
There was in our ancestral past (and even in the modern era) extreme pressure on a female to attract a male who could AND would provision for her and their offspring.
Sexual competition was great among men, with the most powerful man getting the most women and sexual competition among women was great in areas where males were not abundant (say, because a war/battles, famine had thinned the ranks of males.) We can see the selected traits that still are expressed today in how both the male of the species and the female compete for sexual success and economic success(provisioning).
Lacking the physical traits to intimidate others, women developed other traits to succeed and today, in some of them, we see this in their treatment of other women who are seen as either sexual or economic competitors.

I suspect that an exhausted President Trump, after being betrayed by so many judges and justices he fought for, and by the Republicans, including in Congress and in the state legislatures, only three of which if they had any integrity, could have prevented this travesty… basically threw in the towel. Well, I have some strong views about all the chaff and smoke that went around the internet the past 2 months. But, I will say this: It’s not that they’ve said there was no fraud. What they’re saying is that we are unable to produce the evidence that they have blocked using courts and corrupt state elections officials.
What I do think is that the issues surrounding the voting machines explains why red states have been turning blue for the last 10-20 years or so. As elections become easier to scam through mail in voting and untrustworthy electronic voting machines, red counties and red states have been turning blue. In fact, what the strategy has been is to target the “deep red” counties like Orange County in CA or El Paso and Douglas counties in Colorado. Those magically start trending less red and more blue and bam, the whole state turns blue forever and they rarely flip back.
Going into future elections, we have to find a way to combat the fraud. I’m not sure how we do this because the machines are designed to make fraud possible to accomplish and impossible to detect. My gut tells me we are going to have to take over elections at the precinct and county levels to get “our people” in there and install video cameras and other monitoring systems. I think every “red” county in America needs to be pushing their local elections officials to perform FULL MANUAL RECOUNTS with FULL SIGNATURE VERIFICATION from now on. And we need to motivate our own people to get in there and do the hard work to verify that our “red” counties are not having votes flipped or pilfered.
We’re not going to get that obnoxious
SOSSOB up in Michigan to do this. But, we can push for it at the county levels to stop the bleeding.We have to start where we are strongest and our people are the most loyal to the country.

I have so much trouble reading the comments even with glasses. I see other using the bold, but I have also seen admonishments from commenters suggesting not to.
On my desktop, I just go to settings and increase zoom to 125%, and on my phone or tablet, I physically spread the page larger with my fingers.
I am using a laptop so I don’t know if that works the same. I will try it. I can read it on my phone by doing what you suggest. I cannot make the font larger when typing. It really is not an easy read either way I generally use a lap top for posting. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

I just had an eureka moment. I have been doing a lot of reading trying to understand what is going on and why. I couldn’t understand why social media companies were banning conservatives. On the surface, it is a really stupid business move.
I think I figured it out.
Right-wing populism is a danger to the Republican party, to the Democrat party, and to GLOBALISM. They have to stomp it out before it gets any stronger. That explains why they stole the election, why we can’t discuss stealing the election, why Trump has to become a non-person, and why we have to be banned from social media to prevent us from further contaminating the American people.
It also explains why Fauci and company refused to explore any Covid-19 treatments, why we had lock-downs that didn’t work, why they were willing to destroy small businesses, and why social media banned discussing any treatments for Covid-19 not supported by WHO or CDC. Just think if Ivermectin had been approved for emergency use 4 months ago. Trump would have been a hero. They were willing to trade the lives of our elderly for getting Trump out of office.
Even though it may not seem like it, we have them on the run. Keep recruiting people to our side, especially the business owners being crushed by Covid-19 lock-downs.

For HCQ to be effective, treatment must be started when symptoms appear, not when the patient has to go to the emergency room. The media drummed that it wasn’t effective either because of Fauci getting a cut from one of the drug companies working on a vaccine, or the media disallowed an early statement by PDJT.
That’s conventional wisdom and I don’t think that was the reason. Trump had to be discredited and destroyed.
