What Is Saving Faith?

“What saith the Scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted to him for righteousness” (Rom.4:3).
The Apostle Paul uses the above quotation from Genesis 15:6 to prove that “to him that worketh not, but believeth on Him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness” (Rom.4:5).
It is wonderful that God does not require — indeed, does not permit — human works for salvation, but only faith. But the question is: What is faith? What kind of believing saves?
There is no indication in Scripture that “the gospel of the grace of God” or “the preaching of the cross” was proclaimed to Abraham. We must go back to the passage which Paul quotes to see what Abraham believed. Genesis 15:5 says:
“And [God] took [Abraham] forth abroad, and said, Look now toward heaven, and tell [count] the stars, if thou be able to number [count] them: and He said unto him, So shall thy seed be.”
It is this simple, wonderful promise about the multiplication of Abraham’s seed which is followed with the words: “And he believed in the Lord; and He counted [reckoned] it to him for righteousness” (Ver.6). We do not mean to imply that this was the first expression of Abraham’s faith, for in Hebrews 11:8 we read:
“By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went.”
This took place considerably before the Genesis 15 incident and we are specifically told that through his faith he “obtained a good report” (Heb.11:2).
From all this it is clear that Abraham believed what God told him and was counted righteous — as we now know, through a redemption still to be wrought by Christ. We, now, must believe what God tells us — and this is nothing less than the account of the all-sufficient finished work of Christ, wrought in our behalf, on Calvary’s cross.

God did not address the call to Isaiah; Isaiah overheard God saying, “Who will go for us?” The call of God is not for the special few, it is for everyone. I like this, and I agree. I’ve often thought of the visitation of Mary, with her cousin Elizabeth. Both women were in a state to listen, to hear, to act on what God had to say to them. They were able to receive the message from God when it came because their lives were being lived in such a way that a profound intervention from God was possible. Most of us are not in that state. Most of us don’t really want to be.
And yet, when God calls some of the prophets in the Bible have proven resistant to being chosen. My first thought was Ezekial who did not listen to God’s call for over a week and even Moses protested many times. We are all human but God helps us along.

This i see because of the times we are currently in. People are listening for our Lords voice, a job to be called out. I heard many people at these rallies say “keep your money give me freedom.” Freedom is God, it’s one of his attributes. People, not all, across the world are crying out for our Lord.
The presence of our Lord is here and all this confusion and deception is meant to disrupt our spirit. For our own peace and to prepare we need to get closer to God. Pray, read Gods word, meditate on his promises.

Since the election I have come to realize the Republican politician can be every bit as; compromised, crooked, corrupt and criminal as a Democrat politician. I no longer have use for the Republican Party as I would for the Democrat party.
I dropped my Republican party affiliation a year ago and registered as “No Party Affiliation”. It was a huge relief and had the extra added benefit of not having to receive those lousy Karl Rove inspired direct mail advertisements.
Regarding the Rep vs Dem, elephant-donkey false paradigm, that is falling apart faster than a cheap suit in the rain. Interestingly, people who are low of mind and spirit really don’t win and normally can’t even band together to mount an opposition or a power group UNLESS they are faced with a group of people who are higher of mind and spirit. THEN they are able to form a coalition. Otherwise they just end up shivving each other. And that’s where we want them to be. Don’t give them a target to oppose. Once the Republicans fall apart, so will the Democrats.
Also, don’t be too fearful of a “one world government”. The parties involved in this are so debased, so low in spirit, that they will shiv each other, especially when some of them realize they are getting dealt out. They can cause a LOT of damage, but in the end, they fall apart due to the nature of who and what they are. They actually can never really agree amongst themselves. Just be aware that the media is there to give the IMPRESSION (not the reality) that they are winning.

We fear God, revere and worship Him. Psalm 33:8 and Proverbs 3:7. In regards to fearing Satan, in Luke 22:36, Jesus said to his disciples that they were to sell their mantle and buy a sword if they did not have one. Why would He instruct them in such a way if there was nothing to be feared of the world? Also Ephesians 6:11 we are encouraged as children of God to put on the whole armor of God! This prepares us for spiritual battle. I pray every morning that God will give me wisdom and discernment for the day, to know that which is evil and that which is good. I hope this helps…

But the presidential election was not legitimate and the vast majority of Republicans refused to fight to make things right and that is just as critical.. Earlier today, REDPILED Media released an exclusive report identifying Ashli Babbitt’s killer as US Capitol Special Agent David Bailey — the same man who let US Rep. Steve Scalise get shot nearly to death in 2017.
Now, REDPILLED Media has uncovered evidence confirming our previous reporting through self-incriminating Facebook posts, and revealing Agent Bailey as a Brazilian immigrant who has pledged his allegiance to the deadly Black Lives Matter movement — even going so far as vowing to murder Trump supporters.

Thanks for the research! That site is drenched in bias and hyperbole, but based on the bracelet he was wearing David Bailey does appear to be the right guy. Recognized the bracelet from the video of the shooting. Not definitive proof but not much to go on. Looks like Bailey was also one of 2 on security at the shooting of Steve Scalise. In the ensuing gun fight the attacker was winged twice but Bailey’s shot to the chest of the attacker is likely the one that proved fatal. Redpilled media characterizing that as “let US Rep. Steve Scalise get shot nearly to death in 2017″ is blatantly wrong, imo. That history may be part of why the Powers That Be did not trot him out as a noble defender.
I saw nothing to indicate he wanted to murder Trump supporters. Supporting BLM is not smart at all to me, but it does not mean the guy is necessarily evil. So surprise surprise, the truth is complex. Why he shot Ashli Babbit remains a mystery, wonder if any media will drill down on that.

For those that don’t know about history. Here is a condensed version:
Humans originally existed as members of small bands of nomadic hunters/gatherers. They lived on deer in the mountains during the summer and would go to the coast and live on fish and lobster in the winter.
The two most important events in all of history were the invention of beer and the invention of the wheel. The wheel was invented to get man to the beer. These were the foundation of modern civilization and together were the catalyst for the splitting of humanity into two distinct subgroups:
Liberals and Conservatives.
Once beer was discovered, it required grain and that was the beginning of agriculture. Neither the glass bottle nor aluminum can were invented yet, so while our early humans were sitting around waiting for them to be invented, they just stayed close to the brewery. That’s how villages were formed.
Some men spent their days tracking and killing animals to B-B-Q at night while they were drinking beer. This was the beginning of what is known as the Conservative movement.
Other men who were weaker and less skilled at hunting learned to live off the conservatives by showing up for the nightly B-B-Q’s and doing the sewing, fetching, and hair dressing. This was the beginning of the Liberal movement.
Some of these liberal men eventually evolved into women. The rest became known as girlie-men. Some noteworthy liberal achievements include the domestication of cats, the invention of group therapy, group hugs, and the concept of Democratic voting to decide how to divide the meat and beer that conservatives provided. Over the years conservatives came to be symbolized by the largest, most powerful land animal on earth, the elephant. Liberals are symbolized by the jackass.
Modern liberals like imported beer (with lime added), but most prefer white wine or imported bottled water. They eat raw fish but like their beef well done. Sushi, tofu, and French food are standard liberal fare. Another interesting evolutionary side note: most of their women have higher testosterone levels than their men. Most social workers, personal injury attorneys, journalists, dreamers in Hollywood and group therapists are liberals. Liberals invented the designated hitter rule because it wasn’t fair to make the pitcher also bat.
Conservatives drink domestic beer, mostly Bud. They eat red meat and still provide for their women. Conservatives are big-game hunters, rodeo cowboys, lumberjacks, construction workers, firemen, medical doctors, police officers, corporate executives, athletes, members of the military, airline pilots and generally anyone who works productively. Conservatives who own companies hire other conservatives who want to work for a living.
Liberals produce little or nothing. They like to govern the producers and decide what to do with the production. Liberals believe Europeans are more enlightened than Americans. That is why most of the liberals remained in Europe when conservatives were coming to America. They crept in after the Wild West was tamed and created a business of trying to get something for nothing.
