Very doubtful. If this were the case, leaks of it would be as a flood over the ‘net.

President Trump can’t declassify – the people holding the records are the intelligence agencies, DOJ and the FBI. No one there will follow his order. The dirty secret is they would not have followed his order two years ago. President Trump has never had any control over the executive agencies. They let him have Treasury and Commerce and didn’t care about HUD, VA, Interior, or Education.
Ag was run as it always has been so no big. And the State Department was cleaned up a little but was like a Bush State Department.
DoD he had some authority as CIC but every Defense secretary lied to him and stalled him as they’ve admitted.
Add to that McConnell picked his important cabinet heads and did not allow hundreds of appointees to even go through approval in the Senate.
They tied his hands for two plus years with Russiagate and Mueller and the GOP purposely lost the House in the 2018 midterms.
I don’t know what people think he can do now with 10 days, no support in the agencies, Congress about to impeach him again. His Cabinet abandoning him and Pence actively trying to remove him and acting as CIC with a corrupt DoD and Pelosi.

My Prediction FWIW, is Trump brings in the military by Tuesday January 12. Pelosi is going to impeach him tomorrow and hold a sham trial on Tuesday. Pence will be waiting in the wings to be President until January 20. His reward will be Ambassador to Israel. Also, the Defense Act that Congress passed despite Trump’s veto contains limits on the Insurrection Act that kicks in this week. If no action by Trump the Patriots will lose control of the military and Biden will come after Trump supporters. I believe Trump realizes he and his family could very well end up like Czar Nicholas. We need prayers .
The last thing they want is a trial where Trump can drop bombs.

The President of the United States is effectively a lame duck from Day One, and they know and Congress knows it.
The framers knew that the willful application of impeachment power (without judicial review, mind you!) would be sufficient to prevent a president from evolving into a monarch. As we’ve seen in recent days, you can order up an impeachment trial as easily as requesting room service. It must also be emphasized that impeachment trials can be summary judgement, meaning the Senate trial can proceed immediately to a vote without giving the President a single chance to speak.
Those that claim Washington spoke eloquently about the dangers of a monarch must factor in that Washington did not have the benefit of actually observing precisely how willful and arbitrarily applied the impeachment power could be.
If Congress knows that a superb President of the United States may very well outlast them, and that there would be hell to pay for such arbitrary impeachment antics, this constitutional prerogative would more likely be used for strictly ‘actual high crimes and misdemeanors.’
In general, the effects of not being a lame duck from Day One would extend to so many other issues involving the President, and much to the betterment of the United States.

There is, of course, one important proviso, i.e. those circumstances in which citizens are completely marginalized by their governments to such an extent that their rights to freedom and pursuit of happiness (property ownership etc) no longer exist, or have no possible, effective chance of ever existing henceforth. In such cases, our current right to keep and bear arms would necessarily turn into the use of those firearms for the vindication of rights illegally abridged by constitutional usurpers.
We don’t need to emphasize anything. This is called free speech and no one can dictate it to us. It is not us who twist and bend it, it is them. Do not play their games.

All I can think of when reading your post is Ashli Babbitt. Part of me thinks, “Well, that wasn’t a good idea for all those patriots to go inside the Capitol. I don’t think I would have gone in because I would not push past the police…”
But in my heart of hearts I know that I have no idea what I would have done that day. Maybe this action was necessary. We just don’t know. And we don’t know when the next time of choosing will come. I imagine that the time will come soon when we have to choose a potentially dangerous situation in order to fight for our freedom.

My assumption is that the similarities of what we are seeing being put in place in The USA today to those early days in Germany is because its architect is using the same playbook for when he thrived as a young lad under that structure so

Only my own opinion, but I doubt that PDJT would run for office again. Personally i think he would be far more effective in setting up a MAGA organization in the next 2 years and then backing and mentoring an ambitious and personable younger man or women with MAGA potential to contest the Repub primaries ready for 2024.

Nope. He was the best President in modern history. He’s human and not perfect. He never once said anything to cause violence. The sheer numbers of peaceful people versus the tiny number of nuts and plants proves that point. President Trump won because millions of us think he has the best message and our votes overwhelmed the fraud in 2016. The 2020 fraud required China’s help, along with the traitorous entities of our enemy bureaucracy. Republicans would do well to clean house, but it’s obvious they have learned nothing. I still believe we should shut this nation down by simply staying home and bringing a halt to any commerce that’s not small and local or essential. Demand a free and fair election. The government is not on our side. Not one part of it. Voting harder will solve nothing. Those hoping for a military intervention are fooling themselves. The top brass is compromised and the Patriots are in a no win position.

I repectfully disagree. Blaming the current crisis on Presidential behaviour is far too simplistic and easy. When an election is brazenly stolen in real time, and all legal routes to redress blocked, what remedies exist beside meek subservience? In the circumstances, President Trump could equally be said to have handled the situation with remarkable restraint and fortitude.
I’d like to encourage everyone to think about the best direction for our movement to take. Moving further right, imo, means we never have a majority. Are there principles we hold dear that cross social and political boundaries where we can build a majority party? Is there enough in common between right-wing populists and left-wing populists that we can join forces?
Please understand this is a question, not a statement. Is abortion best addressed as a political issue or a social and religious issue? Does making it more difficult for a woman to get an abortion actually decrease the number of abortions? I agree that the federal government should not pay for abortions, because it can’t be justified Constitutionally. If we accept the argument the federal government should not be involved with abortions, then it is a state responsibility. If it is a state responsibility, is there a benefit of it being a plank in a national political party platform
I ask this for several reasons. I think decreasing the number of abortions is better addressed by religion and culture, rather than by law. I don’t think voting for a politician because they are pro-life necessarily gets us good politicians. And finally, I think there are many people who would join us but won’t because of the abortion issue. Does keeping them from joining us in any way reduce the number of abortions?

I realize this is an emotional issue. I am trying to get to the facts of the issue. We don’t like Democrats using the law or the courts to control us. Most of us think the federal government has over-reached and more power should move back to the states. That’s the context I am asking this question from.
I personally think abortions should be rare, but I don’t believe that federal law is the way to do it. I think improving adoption policy and making adoption easier might be a better way. I also think religion needs to do a much better job than it has done. The federal government can never be a substitute for religion and morality and we shouldn’t want it to be. That’s what the left does.

Rush, In your “moving further right” comment you immediately reminded me of Romney, Rubio, Graham, all those RINOs who for years said that if Republicans ever wanted to win again they would have to bend and compromise on the open borders/amnesty question. They were ALL for open borders but dissembled when they saw President Trump’s popularity.
Candidate Trump came along and said America is for Americans, we have a right to enforce our borders, we are a sovereign nation, we have a right to determine who may come into our country and whether it benefits us.

I used to be ambivalent on the issues of abortion, prostitution, moral vices, as it didn’t seem “American” to criminalize choices like that. But The Netherlands very early decriminalized drugs, prostitution, and you wouldn’t want to raise your kids there, these things, being normalized, have a destructive influence on the whole society.
Before “safe, legal, and rare” abortions became the norm we as a society did not have ubiquitous random sex, there was still some attempt to teach self-control, self-discipline, the benefits of patience, of legitimacy, two parent households, which over time developed into families, neighborhoods, businesses, communities. Statistically speaking, a girl is most likely to be harmed by mom’s boyfriend or consequent partner; she is most likely to be protected by her natural dad.
Also, most of us didn’t comprehend what a useful tool abortion has been to those who are engaged in sex trafficking.
I just don’t think people realize how much our communal moral choices do to uplift or destroy the fabric of our country.

Again, my original post was about how can we attract more people to our movement? My point about right-wing was simply that if we push too far to the right, we get smaller and smaller in size. What are the principles we stand for as a national party trying to win as many offices as we can in every state and city in the country? Or are we going to be just a subset of the Republican Party?

Alan Dershowitz said on Maria Bartiromo that there will be no impeachment trial. The trial would not be able to start until Trump had left office. Dershowitz said impeachment only applies to a sitting president not a former president. So as usual the Dems are overplaying their hand.

Most are aware of EO 13848 PT extended back in Sept but not as many are familiar with EO 13818 which PT extended on Dec 17.
Both allow PT to seize assets the first for anyone involved with election interference that is also connected to a foreign entity.
13818 is focused on and I quote, Blocking the property of persons involved in serious human rights abuses AND CORRUPTION.
It is the word corruption that caught my attention as it is not defined in the executive order so IMO much of what we are seeing of late could absolutely be considered corruption.

I submit (and have been preaching this for years now) President Trump might be more effective now “outside the tent pissing in.”
With his financial resources (maybe time to liquidate some of the hotels) he could gain control of one of the major entertainment networks and make a 180-degree course correction. I’m not talking about just bringing a balance to the news side but programming as well.
Over the next four years a Trump Media Group could shine enough light on Biden/Harris et al (China Incorporated) to expose enough of the corruption/influence peddling/manipulation to swing 2024 back to, at least, the center.
I believe his continuing in office would be ineffective because the Uniparty has destroyed any semblance of political action he would require to operate.
