Keeping with the truth of the Uniparty existence, my son told me about the ” Two Santa Claus ” political system…..I never heard of it. Perhaps Sundance has. It is a belief put out by a now deceased journalist named Jude Wanniski. Many many articles about it call it a “Theory”. The Two Santa Claus political system is true….. It explains how the traitor Republicans have screwed America along with the Marxist Dems…… Uniparty. The corrupt sewer bag politicians started doing this in the 1970s.

I just listened to Jim Jordan and Mo Brooks make their cases for fraud on Maria Bartiromo’s show. She gave them extra time. I do hope when the time comes people who know what the various fraud types were speaks. These two only expressed a small incomplete window of what happened.
I am waiting to see who is on Cruz commission…….we will know then whether a Kabuki event. I hope not. Cruz would not hurt his standing in TX like that so I guess it will depend on who is appointing the 15 members. Any Dems sitting on the Commission will be a waste of seats.

There should be no commission…another way to collect data and hide it. No resolution, no new laws, no one held accountable…sweep it all away. That’s what the US CONgress is so adept at accomplishing, in addition to being the largest money-laundering operation in the world.

The way I understood Cruz ….if the commission found substantial fraud that affected election then the electors of that state would be disqualified. Don’t know if that point state would even have an option to change to Trump electors. We all already know there is substantial fraud (if the right evidence is brought forward) If this plays out then there will be another knock down fight in the House about how many votes are represented …by state or actual # of members.

I don’t understand why a “commission” is necessary. We already have evidence that can be used. Sounds like a stall to me.
can be used how? not in the courts, not in the media, not …. OTOH, a commission can go over it all and sum it up with the authority of the process and authors and publish it. Now that WOULD be useful. It would be a list of things that have happened, exactly how they are done, so precinct volunteers can make rules in advance next time. In a democracy we have to convince the other side, not just know better and ignore them.
Right or wrong I guess a commission would not be as chaotic and there would not be hourly constraints placed on specific evidence presented. But my question is what happens if 8 dems are placed on the commission….they would be just wasting time because a dem would never vote in favor of fraud despite the evidence. Have to see how they decide what comes out of the investigations or how they decide what comes out….Most of all it should be public…..which TV cable outlets will air?
Agree; Just have the VP reject the electors from the contested States and follow the law already set up in the Constitution by having the House vote for the President and Senate vote for the VP; and if for some reason the Dem’s win in Georgia and gain control of the Senate it would be interesting to see if that Senate picks the VP to be Biden or Harris.
Rudy, Sidney and Patrick Bryne have found plenty. They don’t need anymore. The commission is going to get bogged down in procedure, objections, partisanship, disagreement on who can make presentations and nothing will get done, This is just a stall tactic that will usher the Speaker as President. We’ve seen this movie before.

Yes, IMO, he is saying he supports investigating the vote, but that he will rubber stamp the results. Personally, although I’m 100 percent convinced the vote was fraudulent, I don’t think the case has been supported adequately by the suits and courts (the courts have been as corrupt as the vote in many cases).
I never saw the Pence route as realistic, but that is just my opinion.
VP Pence had his flunkie come out to issue a statement for him, that he (Pence) would support another “investigation” by swamp dwellers. This one for ten days – just enough time to quiet the MAGA masses and get them out of DC.

Delay has been their most effective weapon at the moment. But it is not certain that, right now, more delay helps them because more information keeps coming out.

The judges were all too happy to dismiss each case with the ‘no standing’ declaration. So, in effect, no court has seen any of the evidence. Georgia State Senate had two subcommittee hearings where much of the Georgia fraud, especially the State Farm Arena illegal late night counting was perpetrated. Just like all the lawsuits against Soetoro’s eligibility for the presidency, when they have no other recourse they whip out the ‘no standing’ and shut everything down.

Yep. It’s an escape clause for judges and should be held to a much stricter rule. Much too easy to deny legitimate cases from American citizens who have a right to a court hearing their cases and then ruling. Dismissing out of hand for standing should be changed. Not sure who is in charge of doing that, but it should be changed. It’s a bad deal for everyone.
We have to put pressure on the State Legislatures.
In every step along the “process” the establishment/state has rubber-stamped it to push it on down the line.
Because the question is – when the system approves it – what will overturn it? You have to go outside the system and show the system is corrupt.

We KNOW the election was stolen but TANGIBLE, court-ready evidence has been in short supply. Proving theories through mathematical equations is not the same thing.
If a state has 200k extrs votes cast than there are voters. That would indicate fraud. But it doesnt prove that fraud only helped Biden, although we KNOW that as well.
Our side had to know which votes were cast that were fraudulent and challenge those. And they were mixed in with the other votes cast legitimately. So the opportunity to prove which votes were fraudulent didnt exist.
And people can be pissed and righteously angry about it but that doesnt make a case in court.
AM; partially agree. The problem is that the courts are the one’s who have or can grant access to the level of “proof” you require. But without the court’s authority our side can’t prove up the theft to the degree you seem to require.
This is the conundrum our side faces.
We can’t go beyond mathmatical proof without access to the systems; but the courts control that access.

There were more ways than fraudulent votes cast that the dims used to steal this election. Fractional votes? Why would a vote cast be counted as .3, .5 or point anything? Isn’t the one person, one vote valid for all elections anymore? Votes subtracted from the count of Donald J. Trump on LIVE TV! and added to Joe Biden’s count. Ballot printing machines connected to the internet? For what purpose? Witnesses testified (signed affidavits under oath) the machines were connected to the internet. These are but a few of the ways the election was stolen and the courts just dismiss our concerns with the “You have no standing, case dismissed” crapola. This is why there will be millions in DC on the 6th.

The issue is that the courts need to be willingly to hear the cases. Has there been one case that was heard with evidence presented?

Yesterday, it was 12 R Senators? That isn’t enough and to me this tells me this is allowed because it is the show they put up for us.

Pence was a 6 term congressman from a conservative part of Indiana. He challenged Boehner for the Minority Leader and lost. Then he ran for Governor when Mitch Daniels retired. He opposed several Bush initiatives while a congressman. He tried to return congressional republicans to traditional conservatism in the model of Gingrich 1994 and the contract with America.

I pray you are right. The key is for VP Pence to refuse to count the votes from the contested States regardless of what happens in Senate, until, he receives one Slate certified by the State Legislature. Order to return to order Jan 19th.
When he was governor of Indiana he had close to a super majority in the Indiana house and senate. He could have enacted almost anything for the conservative cause. But of course he did nothing.

For instance, in MI at 11:31:53, Biden got 140,000 votes in 5 seconds.

I disagree. The fraud was implemented on multiple levels. The data dumps weren’t in every state. Some states used CV19 to camouflage their blatantly illegal ballot-box stuffing using the illegal mail-in ballots.
The challenges will be based on states refusing to obey their own laws. Non-legislative minions and corrupt courts rewrote the laws with the specific intent of ballot-box stuffing.
Then we have ample physical evidence out of states like Georgia showing, conclusively, how the other layers of fraud were implemented – counting ballots 3-4-5-10 times; counting boxes of ballots without observers; lying about water leaks to get rid of witnesses; refusing to match signatures; etc. etc.
The American People have had this hidden from them for months. It is important for people to see the scope and scale of the fraud…

I credit the mail-in voting and machine-based counting for this. I think as Democrats get control of states, they immediately start implementing these frauds, and red states suddenly turn blue.

No chain of custody for ballots. Improper ‘adjudication’. Vote machines with the capacity to connect to the internet, change votes by ‘adjudication’ or other flim-flam, and fractional vote capability. Just the capability delegitimized the trustworthiness of the count. Plus the unanswered statistical studies, and refusal to audit signatures and legal voter vs illegal, fictional, non-resident, unregistered, “voters” living in the same office or P.O. Box. Why has the FBI/DOJ refused to investigate and prosecute vote fraud? Why have local officials refused to investigate known vote fraud? (multi-voters, fake voters, multi-scanners, vote-buying, vote bundling, lying as to residency, false adjudication?

Can you imagine the logistics of 5 swing states stopping the count at the same time, the spikes for Biden, the videos and photos of trucks and suitcases and cars and boxes of ballots delivered to precincts, the videos of ballots being scanned over and over again, windows being boarded up, poll watchers being intimidated and told to leave, military ballots all going to Biden, states illegally changing voting laws right before the election, videos of USB’s being used and passed off to poll workers, never to be seen again, and the list goes on. Thousands, tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands of people involved in this level of deception…

What I meant ( and said poorly) is that analyzing the total nationwide date in order to justify fraud and recission of fraudulent electors can be done efficiently by spending what precious time is left on just the anomalous spikes.
For sure, as time permits, go after all the fraudsters.
But for now, as time is short, focus on these data dumps.
I think the data dumps are just one piece of this. The Democrats are going to say (as they have been) that the data dumps were just because the people counting the votes just happened to save 100,000-200,000+ “mail in” ballots that just happened to get counted at 4am. It is impossible for people to understand why this is fraudulent without explaining that those 100,000-200,000+ mail in ballots were illegally produced with the specific intent of using them to deliver a win to Biden.
The ballot dumps cannot be separated from the illegal changes to election laws in these states.
You’re right that the ballot dumps provide a compelling visual explaining the fact that the timing of these dumps was not a coincidence, and that the number of votes was “just enough” to give Biden the win, etc, etc.
But we have to take away the Democats’ planned argument to this by saying that it doesn’t matter if those ballots were saved until 4am to be counted…the ballots themselves were illegal.

The data team that presented evidence in the GA hearing last week were excellent. They showed data anomalies that were irrefutable in several states not just GA. More attention should be paid to this evidence imo. It just adds a very clear and competent layer showing how much vote fraud there was in swing states. Good stuff.

Barr resigned because he was a do-nothing appointee, and all the people surrounding him in DOJ were do-nothing political appointees as well. If Barr foresaw a win for the President he would have stayed to make sure his friends were protected. He never cared about anything aside from covering for governmental corruption, he saw a crew on the horizon who would do the same so he left.

What you speak of, attitudes and treatment of the CO, is a national problem. The only time they, politicians, play nice is when they want your vote. To secure the vote, they add benefits to the pension plans etc but increase the hostile behavior after they ‘win’…and either cause heart attacks or other stress related illness…yet they won’t vote any other way, than democrat.
Back when I started my corrections career in the early 80’s, the AIDs epidemic was raging, especially in the prison population. We were fortunate to have caring, compassionate nurses who took care of those staff and inmates who were exposed.
They provided staff with the latest info on mitigation, prevention, info on the AIDs cocktail for those who had a serious exposure, sterilized our mechanical restraints used on inmates after transport. They were real troopers.
Corrections staff stress. The constant verbal abuse, occasional violence or fear of same from inmates emboldened by Cuomo’s Department administrators; plus the harassment and disdain heaped on front line staff from the Cuomo administration itself is criminal.
There’s a reason the average life expectancy of CO’s is 58. Stress is the main reason.

Excellent article and worth the reading. Whatever our President and his team were to do, it couldn’t wait until the 6th. THIS is their plan: have VP Pence claim require a 12 day delay on the electors vote, specifically to enable state legislatures in contested states to review all evidence. I presume this would also include the 10 day audit period that Cruz is proposing.
It sets the table for the state legislators to DO THE RIGHT THING by decertification of previous electors and certifying the ones for Trump PRIOR to the official meeting by Congress to validate the election. THAT IS A GREAT PLAN. Pushes the onus back on the state, with time to lay out the massive, ugly evidence in each one while they are (hopefully) doing a paper audit that also matches signatures, verifies counterfeit ballots and tosses them out, and corrects machine manipulation counts.
Anytime pundits, politicians or members of the media try to say this effort on the 6th will undermine the democratic process in this country, just remind them that sunlight is always the best disinfectant. Then ask them why they are so afraid of a little sunlight.

Over 400 people from the Intelligence Community (IC), military, law enforcement, and the judiciary have formed a loose network to investigate irregularities in the 2020 election.
Robert Caron, one of the organizers of this network, began his intelligence career with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). He later worked for the Special Situation Group, a task force established by President George H.W. Bush that includes strategic planning, technologies, and foreign and domestic investigations.
He told The Epoch Times that he was recruited to the network in 2014, during which time many in the intelligence community (IC) were seeing an increase in improper operations. Many IC officers were withholding information from their leaders, and their leaders were withholding information from the public. Caron mentioned that in 2014, Lt. General Michael Flynn called out then-President Barack Obama for “not acting properly on intelligence.”
In the same year, Obama fired Flynn over management issues. On Aug. 7, 2014, Flynn left his post as the Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and ended his 33 years of an army career. After President Donald Trump pardoned Flynn last month, Flynn said in an interview with The New York Post that he was framed via the Russia-collusion investigation partly because Obama was afraid of Flynn’s ability to expose his corruption.
“President Obama was not acting properly on intelligence that he received concerning Benghazi,” Caron said, referring to an attack of U.S. government facilities in Benghazi, Libya, that resulted in the deaths of several U.S. officials. He said he believes it was then that a lot of people from the intelligence community got together and started recruiting people to join the network.
After numerous reports of irregularities in the 2020 election, the investigation network expanded. Many have focused on investigating the election, according to Caron, who said most are volunteering, while some are getting paid for the inquiry. He said that as far as he knows, the size of the network is “way over 400” and that each member of the network sees obvious election fraud based on their own observations.
Caron said that the network includes former intelligence officers, analysts, operatives, military, law enforcement, and judiciary from the FBI, CIA, Military Intelligence, DIA, and National Security Agency (NSA), among others, as well as many former intelligence officers in other countries.
“The fraud was so massive and so blatant, despite what the mainstream media said, that we need to get this information out to the public,” said Caron. “That’s why more and more people from the intelligence community and law enforcement are coming out, which is unheard of.”
Caron shared an example of information control by the mainstream media that he witnessed in McAllen, Texas, when Trump visited the border wall there in January 2019.
He said he saw two groups on both sides of the street. A group of about 100 was on one side, and a much larger group was on the other side. “A lot of people, because of what was told in the mainstream media, thought that all the people in the big crowd were the ones against the president. But no, they were the ones that were for the president.”
He said he asked them what they thought and learned that the border wall made their families feel safer, and was told that without the wall, various Mexican criminal organizations would cross the border and force their children to sell drugs.
One of the IC network’s current investigations focuses on foreign interference during the Nov. 3 election, with the Chinese Communist Party being a significant player.
What do we think about supposedly 400 ex-intelligence people volunteering in the find the fraud/expose the fraud/stop the steal effort? It is really hard not to be concerned about anything to do with large number of ex-intelligence.
It’s concerning, because some of the 50,000+ intelligence operatives and law enforcement currently in the federal government should have been investigating.

This election was so blatantly dishonest that the whole world know it was stolen. Anyone saying the opposite is either a democrat, a turncoat, or a moron. Further it is obvious that the turncoat republicans fighting against transparency are influenced by money or blackmail.
Though the FBI is missing, the President has other investigative resources. In an election so fraught with fraud his investigators certainly have additional evidence beyond the massive amounts already exposed. Soon he will drop the hammer.
Though the SC court is missing, and many of our senators are compromised, we still have the legislators, most of whom do not appear tainted by DC payola. We need to contact our legislators, particularly those in the contested states. It is very likely that they will be the final arbitrators on how we live, either as free men or slaves to a corrupt system.
Our forefathers and foremothers all had times when they stood up for the American way of life. It is our turn to do the same. If not for yourselves, do it for future generations.
After President Trump wins, we need to address the systemic breakdown of our institutions that brought us to this point. We need to reorganize the agencies that ignored the fraud. We need to expose those behind the coup(s). We need to address the lack of free speech in our media and schools. In the middle of night on a weekend an ICE Flight deporting a dangerous illegal immigrant convicted of multiple felons who exhausted his immigration appeals and received a final order of deportation from an immigration judge. Flying South over Central America a federal judge in Boston appointed by Obama issues an order to ICE to immediately turn the flight around and return to the United States and upon landing release the illegal immigrant from detention on no bail in spite of the immigrant’s failure to appear for an immigration proceeding in years. The illegal immigrant not only had “STANDING” to sue but his case was heard in the middle of the night on a weekend and he won. Compare that response by a federal court judge to the response the President of the United States received in the exact same venue…NO STANDING!

My confidence in President Trump being declared the winner of the 2020 election grows stronger by the day. The current exposure of corruption on a daily basis builds like a tsunami. One thing I thought of about all the happenings: the President knows how corrupt the FBI/DOJ is and how compromised CJ Robert’s is, do we really think he planned on relying on those two entities to save the day?
Remember, Bill Barr is a lawyer and is well versed in choosing his words “wisely”. He stated (paraphrasing) that he hadn’t SEEN any evidence indicating widespread voter fraud. The evidence that’s beyond what’s in the public domain has not be given to the FBI/DOJ and has not been introduced in any court case.
What has been filed to date is sufficient to go forward with a case and get into discovery. Every court has used lack of “standing” to avoid the issue. You don’t put all your evidence in a case at the pleading stage, you don’t want the defendant to destroy evidence. You plead everything you know you can prove and set forth just enough in the allegations to survive the Motion to Dismiss.
I believe the real evidence that is not in the public domain will be used to “win” at the Congressional level. These people will not want it put into the public domain, they will allow just enough to be shown to invalidate the election with a few lower level people being “punished”.
Remember it’s political, you can accept we won’t know everything and have a second term for President Trump or they will get away with the fraud and we’ll have Joe Biden. Be OK with not knowing everything, like I’ve said a lot recently: regardless of the outcome for the GA runoff and the Presidential race we need to start January 7, 2021 finding, supporting, campaigning for and electing true patriots from the local level up (big turnout and support in EVERY election, period)

Am convinced that a hidden hero will run down the ramp, slide into the ring, climb the turnbuckles, execute a flying leap of political faith, and knocking the heel off the embattled hero before the ref’s hand hits the mat on the count of three.
