I dont want to be a debbie downer but its going to take more than sending mail of support to right the wrongs going on. I dont know how it would be organized but we are going to need thousands of people involved in civil disobedience to get things rolling. Once one push back is successful more people will join in.
Yes, it’s true that it’s going to take a lot to correct the wrongs and other than a few marches, there’s not much organization right now.
And the reason for that is that white militia groups scare big tough lawyers with badges and no moral center.

You either live with it and try to change it or you move.
What we are facing at the national level is just a bigger and more tyrannical version of the locals. We don’t have as much leeway on moving though, because there isn’t anywhere else to go that would be better at this point.

I’m afraid we should have been better organized. There is great value in bottom-up, “organic,” protests of outrage, but when time is short and strategy counts, we needed some organization to be at the right places, in the right numbers, etc.
We also needed people with bullhorns at every venue and in NYC at the networks because the only way this is not a movement that has grown from what it is to one that encompasses the demands of 2/3rds of the people is because we have allowed the media to ignore it and allowed them to not cover and not demand the evidence.

McConnell and the RINOs are deathly afraid of a vote on contested electors. “Don’t want to appear anti-Trump” – which they are. As the thousand cuts continue over potentially the next 4 years, anyone who votes with China will have torpedoed their “career” in the Senate. I wonder if the Democrats will have someone object, just to destroy the ruling Republican class of the Senate.
The Democrats won’t risk losing a party line vote. The House will vote for president by state and Republicans control 26 states. Pennsylvania is the only state with equal number of Democrat and Republican representatives; Michigan has one Libertarian (who hates Trump).
The Democrats would need to flip a couple of NeverTrump Republicans (looking at you, Liz Chenny) to win the necessary states.

In SB County, we have been protesting, showing up at County Council meetings, calling and writing letters to open up. The County has formally requested Gov. Gruesome open our County up. Solvang is staying open. Stop being Republicans and start being Constitutionalists. It is a Republic if you can keep it. Get off your butts and show up. Trust me, the Democrats are not able to win if we keep getting in their faces.

We need 3-4 million signatures to get the recall on a ballot. But you only need 1.5 million signatures, right? Technically, yes. However our SoS, Alex Padilla, has changed the rules for collecting signatures making it nigh impossible to get the totals needed to get on the ballot.

Write out street, avenue, road, etc – or signatures are tossed.
The only number to keep your eye on is how many signatures have been accepted. Not the total amount. This is why the last two recall efforts failed. One was a false flag – seriously, it was setup by a shady organization that had leftist ties. They just gave up before the deadline. Taking all the signatures that would have gone to the other effort. Combining the accepted signature totals for both efforts would have put the recall on the November ballot. sigh.
I’m a native Californian. Still live here. I don’t have any faith this effort will get the signatures it needs. That’s what it’s like living under super majority control. If Trump doesn’t get back to the WH, this is will happen to our country.
They need to get way, way more than the qualifying and necessary signatures for recall because the process to say enough signatures are invalid is well under way I’m sure. With my NYS govt. they gave ironclad protections in the state constitution and legislation over the years to make sure the people cannot upset the apple cart for the elected Dems, esp. the governor. Andy was given even more tyrannical power just last year by his minions in the Albany statehouse.

Before Conservatives or Republicans can take back California, you guys have to repeal 2010 California Proposition 14.
Without first repealing California Proposition 14, the Proposition that created California’s current “jungle primary system”, it will be impossible for Republicans to become Governor of California or a Congressional Senator of California.
Proposition 14 is a California ballot proposition that appeared on the ballot during the June 2010 state elections.
It was a constitutional amendment that effectively transformed California’s non-Presidential elections from first-past-the-post to a nonpartisan blanket primary (similar to a two-round system).
This had the unforeseen consequence of effectively eliminating third party candidates from the final ballots.
The proposition was legislatively referred to voters by the State Legislature and approved by 54% of the voters.
Proposition 14 consolidated all primary elections for a particular office into an election with one ballot that would be identical to all voters, regardless of their party preferences.
The two candidates with the most votes in the primary election would then be the only candidates who would run in the general election, regardless of their party affiliation.
In the 2016 general election, the U.S. Senate race in California featured two Democrats running against each other, and seven congressional districts with two Democrats running against each other: the 17th, 29th, 32nd, 34th, 37th, 44th, and 46th. Sheriff Joe Arpaio was at the peak of his popularity at the time & even hosted his own Talk Show on one of the local AM stations! He had a reputation as being “America’s Toughest Sheriff” on illegals & his rules for the inmates of the Tent Cities (Temporary Outdoor Jails) were known far & wide!
I was arrested on a misdemeanor trespassing charge (squealing tires in the parking of a convenience store) & fined $100 or a week in Tent City! Since I was a couple thousand miles from home & heard all the complaining from the illegals about the terrible conditions (like having to wear pink underwear & eat green baloney sandwiches), I jumped at the chance to experience Tent City for myself!
AND, guess what! I was treated with nothing but respect by the guards, ate boiled eggs & baloney sandwiches & fresh fruit & I thought that the pink clothing was a great idea!
I feel really bad for what the Democrats did to Joe Arpaio, BUT when Trump exposes the traitors, I’m sure that Mr. Arpaio will be able to enjoy his retirement. Maybe Trump will get him to “Command the Firing Squad” at one of the many pending executions!

Thoughts on January 6:
(1) If no Presidential candidate gets 270, the Constitution vests the decision in the House, voting by States, provided a majority can be obtained. See 12th Amendment.
(2) The Constitution gives Congress collectively the power to set the date on which the Electors Vote, as well as the date of the Joint Session in which the votes are counted. Congress has set those dates as December 14 and January 6, respectively.
(3) Other than the foregoing dates, the bulk of the Electoral College Act is unconstitutional. Presidential selection is a constitutional matter, and Congress lacks the power to do things like set “safe harbor” dates, or “procedures” for challenges to electors.
(4) The Senate has NO role in Presidential selection once the January 6 Joint Session convenes. Necessarily implicit in the House’s exclusive power to decide the Presidency if no one gets 270, is the power to decide which of competing sets of electors count in assessing whether anyone has 270.
(5) The House Republicans need to stake out this constitutional ground NOW. The Senate plays no role in challenges to Presidential electors.

I’m hoping there will be a DNI report on Friday with evidence of election fraud (foreign and domestic), allowing us to get multi-state forensics done.
In reality, all we need are the machines from the following counties: Clark in NV, Maricopa in AZ (sounds like this might be happening soon), Fulton, Dane and Milwaukee in WI, Wayne in MI and whatever the counties are around Pittsburgh and Philly.
Evidence of fraud and the tossing of hundreds of thousands of illegal ballots then flips Trump to well over 300 in the EC. Proof of massive fraud would ultimately mean decertification.
I won’t pretend to know if that would mean actual votes tossed, court challenges, a return visit to SCOTUS, or Congressional chaos on January 6th, but the more chances the better.
If we can get one state to show massive fraud through Dominion machines it could start an avalanche.
Momentum is a powerful thing and admittedly we don’t have that right now. Maricopa county or a report from the DNI could really help the cause.
Because we have so many cowards and traitors in Congress, I’m not sure even if everything you list is exposed that come Jan 6 the Senate doesn’t still vote for Biden electors.

The bottom line is that even if you think contesting electors at a Joint Session of Congress is a good thing, it’s not going to happen here because both chambers would have to concur. There is zero chance the Democrat-controlled House would vote to disallow Biden-Harris electors.
So the nomination of alternative electors, and the vow to contest the electors on January 6, is a dead end. It’s a dead end that could have serious consequences if it causes Democrats to win both Senate runoff elections in Georgia on January 5. That would put the Senate (along with the House) in Democrat hands with a Democrat president, and a power-hungry Obama-third term (at best) crew in charge.
It also distracts from a necessary organization of a resistence to the radical Democrat agenda, a resistence that needs to be organized now.

FireEye seems to be a cyber security company that was being hacked, and they analyzed it, and reported it. They say it was completely by chance that they saw it and looked into it.
I think what they’re saying is that the hack came in through software included in the installer package to install SolarWinds main server software sometime in March of 2020. Then it waited two weeks to do anything. Pretty sophisticated hack.
By supply chain I don’t know if they mean the fact that the hacked software got into the installer, or that many companies depend on SolarWinds and just kind of assume it’s secure, so could harm a lot of real supply chains.
As I understand, the malware deployed with an update to the Solar Wind software. Who deployed the update, solar winds directly, or a contracted IT provider pushing it to customers?
