From personal experience I find that many PhD. holders only use the title professionally in writing and in conferences and amongst peers. Those that use it constantly in everyday life often have ego and insecurity issues.
I myself have bachelor, masters and doctorate degrees and have rarely referenced myself with those terms in ordinary life.
But I assure you earning higher degrees requires intense work, discipline and desire over many years. And constantly meeting high standards.
I have family members who are medical doctors and lawyers as well. Some people are naturally drawn to a particular field and have a talent for that discipline.

Third, given how many State Legislators stood as Patriots, I wouldn’t write off ‘all’ Republicans, just about 1/3 at the State level. National is likely worse due to corruption of DC, but you get the point. Equally important is that zero Democrats have shown themselves as Patriots in many decades. The last Patriot Democrat was likely JFK, and he was murdered. No, the title is not to state that the vaccine is a fraud. Nor does it state that the vaccine will kill you. She would have been 38 tomorrow. She left behind a teenage son who was born prematurely. And a husband that loves her dearly.
She inherited her father’s illnesses, from both his parents. So she and her dad had the double whammy. She went into the hospital with a kidney infection and found out her heart was failing. I believe the medication they put her on caused a seizure and then her heart failed.

The Pfizer one has certain components that are cultured on fetal cell lines taken from aborted babies. The Pfizer Covid vax has messenger RNA and is the first vax to use this. It is very powerful, long term effects on the body’s natural immunity is unknown.
There are animal tests that did not fare well with RNA (but not tested with the vax) with many of the animals dying. The Pfizer vax has not been animal tested.
