When President
Trump was elected, it shocked the deep state. Their plan for the anointed one to be elected, failed. President Trump’s love of this country and its citizens, is what sets him apart from any other politician. Maybe it’s because he isn’t one of them. His America First policies, have been great for this country. And even though the deep state has fought him every day of his presidency, he continues to make sure the country thrives. These past few weeks are different from the last 4 years, in that the deep state has come out of the shadows. Be they marxist democrats or rinos, we now know who they are. I have always believed, divine intervention played a part in President Trump being elected. Things look dark right now, but to that fellow treepers, I say “In God we Trust”
We can’t arrest people for pre-crime. They have to fully open their hands and show their dirty deeds, and the public has to become aware of who is on which side.
The crimes of the Demon Rats have long been visible- they have been committing them with impunity. The only mistake our side made was in thinking that the crooks and thugs would be punished in our lifetime.
Barr and Durham were never going to do anything to their brothers, sisters and partners in crime. Why bite the hand that feeds you?
Count me in.
Thank you, Sundance. I would love to be in the company of those who love and fear God, love and fights for freedom and truth.
The Cost of Following Jesus: NIV
Luke 9:57-62
58:.. Jesus replied, “Foxes have holes and birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has no place to lay his head.”
…
60: Jesus said to him, “Let the dead bury their own dead, but you go and proclaim the kingdom of God.”
…
62: …Jesus replied, “No one who puts his hand to the plow and looks back is fit for service in the kingdom of God.”
My take is: Jesus doesn’t take reservations. There’s no room for doubt. In. Or out.
A book worth reading is “The Cost of Discipleship” by Dietrich Bonhoeffer. His life illustrated that he knew what he was writing about and paid the ultimate price for opposing wickedness in Germany.
Also, the book, Bonhoeffer, by Eric Metaxas.
(2) Being intolerant of hate and division.?
So is hating our enemies, those intent on destroying our nation and way of life, “out”?
God is Love.
My guess is that we all need to embrace that, and work out our short-comings. Anger and hatred are two different emotions.
The fear of the Lord is hatred of evil. Pride and arrogance and the way of evil and perverted speech I hate. (Proverbs 8:13)
Hate evil, and love good, and establish justice in the gate (Amos 5:15)
For those who believe there is a sovereign God, who always does what is right and defines good and evil, there must be love of what is good and hatred of what is evil. Notice how these must be balanced with a place where justice is administered in a city (in ancient Israel in the gate). Our world – not just the US – desperately needs real justice and this can only begin when we have a deep respect for God and his law.

People of the earth are all God’s children. He loves ALL of us….we must remember to pray for our enemies. Hate the sin and not the sinner, while we focus on righting a huge wrong….and remember the third monkey on that ramp to Noah’s Ark….
God is also about accountability.
Accountability is love, especially for the victims.
Feelings of hatred are not effective in seeking justice.
It’s too damaging to the individual to use feelings of hatred.
War and Justice should be sought for love of God and the victims.
WE are the victims.
Now we all know what the “Trail of Tears” was like………………..
no fighting in the war room…
Admin, I say this with all of the respect truly due to you. We can’t get to the truth without wrestling with it, and each other, a bit. As long as it is done with respect and in a spirit of love.
One can acknowledge the need to stop someone from performing wicked deeds without hating them in return.
Hate clouds the mind. It causes you to take action without consideration of all the consequences.
It may feel good to lash out at someone, but if you undermine your whole cause in the process the true Enemy has won.
Likewise, the Enemy wishes to divide us. It is the Left and the powers of Hell that demand “if you do not agree 100% you are my enemy.”
To win we must find common ground. If we agree on anything we are not opponents on those matters.
When we disagree, look first for the common ground; it may be we share the same end goal and just have different ideas on the best ways to achieve it. That means we’re actually allies whose ideas might form two parts of a greater plan that can succeed were alone each plan would fail.
At least, that is my interpretation of what that means.
In theory, that all sounds great. Sundance is talking about keeping order at CTH2. Outside, your not hating the enemy will not stop them from punching you in the face. The enemy is real, they are evil, they are violent. They mock us because the rule of law has been discarded. How do you seek common ground with those that wish to kill you? People in the Middle East get their heads cut off trying. Indeed, our enemies at home are much worse than those, because they wear the same clothes and walk among us. CTH offers a place to share information, learn, share and build comradery in our love for God and Country. I will continue to cherish that, while armed to the teeth and with a willingness to take the enemy to hell.
Have a great day!
Hate clouds the mind.
The Lord Jesus could be angry and not sin. When we are angry, it is very easy to overstep into sin, but there is such a thing as righteous anger.
Our emotions are real, but we need to get a little distance and perspective so our reason can take over again.
Right on! This is a great description of the Cold Anger that fuels Sundance as I understand it.
If that is what you got out of that…well, what can anyone say.
Forgive but do not forget!
Hate what they do, not them personally. They must have consequences for what they have wrought. It would be loving to put them out of their misery.
Said the little guy who slices his opponents in two with a light saber.
@Gen Sensibility
But you noticed Yoda stopped slicing up people toward the end of his life. That’s because he finally took his own words heart.
Message: if you don’t want to get sliced in two, don’t be a hater.
Because you’ll suffer.
When did George Lucas show that Anakin Skywalker had fear?
SAM- right now I am not in a very loving or tolerant mood.
In fact I am entirely sick of our side playing by
the Marquess of Queensbury rules. In fact
I am now more in agreement with the
great H.L. Mencken who said
“Every normal man must be tempted, at times,
to spit on his hands, hoist
the black flag, and begin slitting throats.”
You can hate the evil actions and disagree with what a person believes without hating the actual person. I can despise my Governor and his outrageous conduct
without hating him as a human. I can judge his actions but only God can judge him.
Love the sinner. Hate the sin
That is an important question. Protestants have a phrase, “hate the sin and love the sinner.”
Here is how I see it. We are all made in the image of God. Everyone of us. They are all deserving of our love.
But it isn’t good for them to take whatever they want. Nor is it right for them to take what isn’t theirs. You can still love someone and resist them. You can love someone and discipline them, too.
I truly hope that we abide by The Treehouse’s rules. Right at the protests around Trump’s inauguration, the tone changed here. Suddenly it became OK to n mock, belittle, and most crucially, dehumanize our opponents.
Personally, I think Trump lost the election at that point (yes, the Treehouse may be that influential). If we, here, loved our enemies all the way through his first term, I don’t think that we would be at this point right now. With Trump as our leader, we would be unstoppable.
I think we were baited into doing our enemies’ work for them. We are taking part of the breaking of our country. I love America. The efforts to destroy it have been ongoing since the American Revolution. I do not want secession.
In the beautiful words of that redneck communist Woody Guthrie,
This land is your land, this land is my land, from California to the New York island, from the redwood forest, to the gulf stream waters, this land was made for you and me.
God made each of us, all 33 million Americans, in His image, to be here at this time.
We are one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
And if there are some people unwilling to work to hold it together, that just means we need to work all the harder.
For some reason I couldn’t ‘like’ your post.. so LIKE ??
When I first heard the news about the Supreme court,I felt like I had been kicked in the gut.
But I then went to God,and asked for peace.
He blessed me with it.
I just have this feeling that this is another of those the sky is falling, and then it doesn’t:-)
It isn’t the end,it is another hurdle, and I know it will be jumped.
Through all of this, since the beginning,it has been this way.
So I wait and see what is next, and continue to tell the truth to anyone that will hear it.
Do I want to lose this battle?Of course not,but in the end God will be my shelter.
As he has always been, all along.
I don’t know if he is bringing us through this, has brought us this far,but it sure feels like it.
Is there a divine hand at play? All of the storms we have weathered,it sure feels that way.
Me too. It was a gut punch. Then I stopped and realized I should not have
put my hope in men to begin with. God is still on His throne. I will trust
Him. This is a spiritual battle. We knew it all along.
I’m at peace too. But mine is the kind you get when you lose all illusions about the country in which you live. EVERY institution in America is corrupt and beyond repair. Yes, there are good and righteous people fighting the good fight; but they are far outnumbered by the thugs and cowards who control the levers of power. I’m done; I’m out. Let it rot.
“In the present case it is a little inaccurate to say
I hate everything. I am strongly in favor
of common sense, common honesty and
common decency. This makes me forever
ineligible to any public office of trust or profit
in the Republic. But I do not repine, for I
am a subject of it only by force of arms.”
HL Mencken
Maybe God needs time to bring more fence sitters on board? The flip side of the coin is that Satan is not satisfied with merely doing evil, he seeks to corrupt more souls and separate them from God, as well.
The thing is, the more evil rot that’s exposed here, the less that people can pretend not to know things. In that sense, they could make a conscious choice to seek favor with Satan. This is why we pray for the redemption of His Lost Sheep.
SCOTUS is now SCOBR (Supreme Court of Banana Republic). Their dismissal of Texas lawsuit gave precedent that it’s open season for any type of election fraud, even if states’ SC are also not following the laws and making up their own laws, no matter if the evidence are overwhelming, no matter how complex the organization, scheme, funding, and operation of the enemies are, and no matter if those who perpetuated the great heist of the election are America’s foreign and domestic enemies…they don’t matter. Constitutional-abiding states cannot complain and has no standing with the over-rated defenders of the Constitution.
#SCOBR
I FEEL THE ABSOLUTE NEED TO POST THIS …because there is alot of confusion going on about AG TX case against the 4 states and what “standing” means. What it actually means IN THIS CASE.
The supreme court DOES STATE state that TX has NO STANDING….IN fact, SCOTUS used a clear interpretation of the constitution regarding this matter.
article III..(I recommend reading it regarding standing requirements and thresholds)..
In a nutshell, the majority (presumably 7-2) opined TX having not demonstrated “a judicially cognizable interest”….therefor has no standing BEFORE SCOTUS! (keep this in memory)
Now, TWO of those that opinioned otherwise, USED CASE LAW, SCOTUS RULING to differ on this plainly incorrect basis to reject. Thomas and Alito referred to this:
In my view, we do not have discretion to deny the filing of a bill of complaint in a case that falls within our original jurisdiction. See Arizona v. California, 589 U. S. ___ (Feb. 24, 2020) (Thomas, J., dissenting). I would therefore grant the motion to file the bill of complaint but would not grant other relief, and I express no view on any other issue.
the last part…”but would not grant other relief”…has been open to loads of speculation about its meaning…read it simply. These two judges on the high court have “jurisdiction” in at least on or more of the states involved in the suit. Therefore they have a DUTY to allow the filing and see the case. It just that simple. And it’s the constitutionally recognized standard with many examples to reflect it.
the real reason why these two would state the “but would not grant other relief, and I express no view on any other issue” is difficult to explain given there is such a brief statement. But remember, SHOULD A FUTURE case even close to this case be brought before the high court, it would be very stupid to have made a presumptive opinion ON THIS CASE either way. Think of it this way: “in ITS PRESENT FORM, we would not grant relief….”…
understand now?
Now how does this work as a positive…?
MUCH SHIT has been echoed around here and other places about the defeat of AG Paxtons efforts…fruitless…stupid
you folks need to WAKE UP..this is war…you don’t just walk into MORDOR.
think!!!
PRAY!
ACT!
How soon could the next briefs be filed?
Time is short.
20 January 2021 my friend….remember that.
all these other dates only seem important if you are reading tea leaves tinctured by the press and political meat heads.
20 January.
and if I will be so bold, I believe we are going to see THAT date and sail right past it.
we are in this fight because it is a righteous cause.
I would HAVE THE EXACT SAME POSITION NO MATTER WHO THE PRESIDENT IS EITHER.
we need to understand WHAT IS TRULY AT STAKE HERE.
this is a death sword to the republic. It cannot be allowed to exist.
rule of law…all the way down. period. no exceptions.
and especially not for presidential elections!!!!
pray strong
fight smart
I get the sense that what you tried to tell us is really important. But after reading several time, I still dont understand.
Would you mind restating this again, simplified a bit more for us JD-wannabes?
Thanks.
I regret in my rush to make a point, I may have lost my otherwise keen sense of wordsmithing.
if you don’t understand the humor in this reply, just ask around.
my strong point is not making perfect prose.
but i get there.
love you
God Bless
Need to know what you are saying more exactly. For example, the GA legislators, brief 24 on docket, are you saying they need to take their brief and file to Supreme Court a case of Original Jurisdiction?
for cases involving unlawful extensions of state legislative deadlines….state SC…and when rejected, as they will likely be…USSC for relief (these cases must be brought BY State Legislatures! standing made clear
Paxton’s case and USSC response (particularly Alito and Thomas) provides blue ribbon complete set of disputes in a tight order and with a clear path to satisfy standing.
notwithstanding there are MANY other suits still in alive, and also some in queue based on plan b, c, and c (predicting state SC will reject them or rule infavorably).
ultimately, as I have said and predicted early on, the majority of these significant election altering cases will end up at USSC.
the paxton action will go down in history as one of the most intelligent tactics in US legal history. I know it sounds weird to suggest this, but often the impact of rejection and the opening and opportunities a “failure” provides is enormously powerful.
so to was this move.
queen’s sacrifice…10 moves.
you heard it here first
we are still in this fight.
do your part!
I had a similar suspicion when I first heard about this. I think the mistake Texas made was bringing a suit too broad in its scope. But maybe they had to do it that way to get the result they wanted.
Attorney Lin Wood announced on Friday that his case was “finally docketed” at the US Supreme Court.
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/12/lin-wood-announces-georgia-case-finally-docketed-us-supreme-court/
Texas was not only seeking to file the complaint, they were also asking for injunctive relief; Thomas and Alito’s dissent clearly stated that Texas had and has standing, but that they (the Justices) were not inclined to grant the injunction, probably because from the Court’s deliberations to arrive at a decision, they did not see a likelihood of success on the merits–and that is a huge signal that there must have been some heated discussion on this.
I think the failure to cite the Guarantee Clause and weave the argument around it was the “head shot” to the petition to the Court because you can weave a strong argument for standing pointing out that the offending States took actions that impaired Texas’ unfettered right to a republican form of government. But I agree with Thomas and Alito in their simple argument that boils down to the Court had to take the case because no other court had jurisdiction over the matter, constitutionally.
DER IN PENDING CASE 155, ORIG. TEXAS V. PENNSYLVANIA, ET AL. The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot.
“motion for leave to file a bill of complaint “
what am I missing?
serious question…
read it again…reply please if you still come to same conclusions about interpretation.
when you say, “also asking” is quite moot. Sure that was the goal, but this case never went that distance…I like that you explained the other legal arguments, and I DO BELIEVE these legitimate disputes WILL ultimately be heard.
they were not in this case. the case was dismissed purely on the reasoning of a lack of standing.
you want to know how I feel about it?
I agree!
but THAT was NOT the purpose of this leave of court request either!
stay tuned.
we aren’t playing chess anymore
Thanks very much for schooling us regitiger.
In addition, I believe that since we are under a National Emergency Order #13848, (Hope #is correct), POTUS has innumerable powers at his discretion, past and present. DNI Ratcliffe will be making an assessment of foreign interference on Dec. 18. I have read and watched videos of numerous observations of our military movement in and around our country, Chinese training in Canada, high level of activity in and around Nellis AF Base, Gen Miller has notified CIA Dir. Haspell, they will NO LONGER being receiving military back-up etc., etc.
POTUS has to show the American People what the reality of this fraudulent election is. The longer this expose’ goes on, the more likely the majority of Americans (and people around the world), will see what dangerous times we are living in and how close we are to losing our freedoms and liberty.
My point is POTUS has many other options and this happened to be one card used at this time because it was there to use.
At the very least the detractors cannot accuse the Trump SCOTUS appointments as being political.
Thanks for this clear-headed response, Regitiger. Stay the course. Keep working ever more fervently because of love and hope — and because we know the enemy intends to take these away from us. Our murder is charted quite clearly in their evil minds.
They will not win. If someone can find the map on the internet that shows “their territory”, it might help us know our power. The U.S. is red across the entire expanse. We saw the real votes.
They have a few blue city centers; we have the whole of the U.S. We must keep ending their control over the levers of power. This has been President’s course since at least 2016.
Did I feel kicked in the gut by the Supremes? Sort of. However, they did “kinda” what I expected this first time through. Look at where (and under whose “leadership”) the new judges came of age. It is all swamp.
Can they extract themselves if the right argument is presented?
Can they believe that they and their families are safe enough for them to choose the Constitutional Republic route?
Never forget how many brave Americans have died (were murdered or suicided) or suffered terribly (professional standing, careers lost, income lost) over the last 20 (at least) years for attempting to expose the evil, in whatever field. (I have followed those professional murders in the “climate change – evil AGW” arena. They are legion!)
Everyone should be terrified as we soldier on. And after we have looked that terror straight in the face and find our center of bravery and faith, we continue acting.
We stay the course. No one, whether traitorously claiming American citizenship or working against us from another country, is going to take our American Republic away.
We will survive. Listen to and support President Trump. He is the leader with the answers and the levers of power to see us through this. Find every kindred spirit everywhere.
Work on how we keep contact with each other and President Trump. Thank you Sundance for leading the way. Let us know what you need.
Rudys interpretation of “not grant relief” was that they were referring to advance or preliminary relief.
Knowing words are important, I’m not sure why the two constitutional judges on the court failed to include the word preliminary in front of the word relief.
(2) Being intolerant of hate and division. Can the use of ‘division’ be clarified – so we all can be on the same page of understanding.. And or does (2) conflict with (5) The accurate dissemination of truth; without fear or apology, because ultimately the Truth Has No Agenda.
and for clarification in (2) ‘hate’ in religious context – one can understand the the general meaning – But one can hate evil and those that are the purveyors of evil.
These questions are for clarification purposes – are not sarcasm and or demeaning in anyway.
And lastly – you can choose to provide clarification or not – It is your site – just attempting to understand what you are telling us readers/commenters are the rules we should apply when commenting –
Agree. And how is “hate” interpreted? Many definitions of “hate speech” are inimical to free speech.
I answer this more thoroughly above, but the gist is…
Hate clouds the mind and causes rash, sometimes self-destructive actions. One can acknowledge the need to stop wicked acts and deliver just punishment for crimes without hating the person performing those acts.
Likewise, the Enemy seeks to divide us so as to conquer us. They want you to think “if you do not agree with everything 100% you are an enemy.”
If you think that way you miss out on allies who agree with you on important issues and might disagree with you on others only in the best methods to achieve the same goal.
Unity where we can find common ground is how we successfully stand against tyranny.
Anger – Rage is a Primary Emotional Program we are all born with – for our protection and survival. As we develop the capacity to withstand the feeelngs and to think about them, we are much more prepared for action in our own behalf. A mind clouded with rage and revenge is not much of an ally.
There is NO SUCH THING as “hate speech”.
Until Conservatives recognize that, our Nation will always be in eminent danger from the Chinese Communists and other bad actors.
People, regardless of your personal “feelings” about Antifa and BLM (I personally loathe both), they have as much right to speak their “truth” as you do. The violence? Different subject. But one question does come to mind on that — why is it that in a Nation with “freedom of speech”, these groups seem to believe the ONLY way to speak their “truth” is through violence ? We tend to dismiss that fact as their tactic to create division to bring about change, but – again – WHY is that their chosen tactic ?
What is it we are missing? We are missing the fact that there is no such thing as hate speech.
Exactly. The USA happens to be a Constitutional Republic and our freedom to speak truth to power precludes labels such as “hate.”
How can anyone else prescribe an emotion to another’s freedom to express an opposing view? Our First Amendment makes no such distinction.
Furthermore, to view others thoughts through a prism of race, sex, religion, etc.. is to be guilty of exactly what we accuse the other person of doing. And that is discrimination.
If I want to start a blog in 2020 that advances a conservative agenda, since WordPress is not good for that…which blog company is the best to work with to set up a new webpage so that I can minimize the chance of having info suppression issues later?
roll your own….and host it with cloudflare.
assign moderators and post guidelines making it perfectly clear that only UNLAWFUL comments will be censored.
be wary of ‘free” web template services. in the fine print, many of these companies require you to release ownership and/or the capture of private data and ad injection ad nasuem. It’s how they monetize the product “for free”.
so it is really best to either learn how to master a website and roll your own, or hire a pro and then make sure you own the domain yourself and all other api’s attached to it.
for the commenting technology, I would recommend you confer with sundance team. I think they have done a very good job with their selection. There are just a few bugs to work out, but this comment product in 2.0 is superior in many ways to the former.
It’s a very good idea to partner with some folks who have good solid experiences in webmaster and design as well the legal and philosophical models that are in line with your own values and what you want to achieve.
it’s all about content, and also keeping your users happy…and that seems to be privacy concerns. So make those three things top priority. Nothing says respect more than duplication. Sundance has done a marvelous job at achieving all three.
Thank you for the well thought out response. I guess my situation is I am somewhat poor with income under 80k in California and no homeownership. Yes I do want to leave soon, but I am tied here for my work.
So I can’t really hire someone for 1k plus as I have no idea if the blog would be generating any income.
Nor do I have any code writing skills, html etc. I would definitely talk to Sundance’s team, but I worry they are too busy to help someone so unimportant as me. I had hoped to just crowdsource an idea for a platform here, which your comment certainly helps with. I will try and do some research to see if there are any comment platforms I could integrate that dwell heavy on privacy.
Sundance I”m in. I have enough life experience to realize that when one is at the very bottom, the only way to proceed is up!
God is in control. Keep praying for our Republic, our President, and our Rebel Alliance. We have many talents and need to remain watchful.
Have faith in God only.
Solves all worries.
I read many of the briefs in the TX case. At first I thought it was brilliant that TX’s case did NOT depend on evidence of the actual fraud, but only on undisputed facts. TX was asking SCOTUS to invalidate elections in 4 states based on those states failing to follow the procedures set forth in their laws in the context of the Electors Clause of the US Constitution. TX also argued Equal Protection and Due Process, but I felt those arguments were much weaker than the Electors Clause arguments. Either way, it was all about LAW, and the law not being properly followed… it was NOT AT ALL about the horrific FACTS that actually occurred (but are falsely “disputed” by the enemy).
After being bummed about SCOTUS’s decision for the past 7 hours or so and reading lots of comments here and elsewhere, it occurs to me that perhaps SCOTUS is telling us they will be more responsive to a case where they are presented with hundreds of affidavits of the actual FACTS proving the fraud. There is VASTLY more law on how fraud invalidates/voids whatever is based upon it (i.e. THOUSANDS of cases spanning 200 years), than there is about the Electors Clause conferring plenary authority to state legislatures to make the rules for appoint presidential electors (about 2 cases).
This give me reason to be optimistic about the MANY other cases in the pipeline headed toward SCOTUS, and with that I believe I will sleep well! God Bless our Republic!!! Amen
I don’t believe that is what scotus is saying at all. The majority was bent on one single issue and summed it up in rapid fire:
“The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot.”
they ruled on standing. They did not even both examining any of the other arguments. This would not be the first time scotus has used this reasoning.
but be not bothered by this action. It does not end anything. In fact, it sets the stage for next steps.
a. AG PAXTON has compiled a compendium of valid claims of dispute.
b. bear in mind prior to this filing very few conservative state legislators and representatives in congress were signaling their willingness to get behind any legal case to these 4 states.
c. the merits of the disputes are now on display and in clear repeatable durable order
d. we have since seen 17 states and multiple state AG’s and the overwhelming majority of conservative members of congress openly express interest to support this effort. And this has also taken place in the 4 states in question! Again, prior to this filing there was just a whisper of interest expressed. So it has created AN IMPACT that has been acknowledged.
e. by the quality of the argument (regardless that scotus chooses to not take it), makes it a bona fide template…a blue ribbon cut and paste argument that can be used over and over again in various forms or in total by any of these states in their own behalf and throw it back to their own state supreme courts for ruling. We expect that to hit a deadend. We can predict the same state supreme courts will not take the cases. So then it becomes a matter of TRUE STANDING FOR THESE STATES TO KICK IT RIGHT BACK TO THE HIGH COURT (SCOTUS) where it will become very difficult to ignore the claims, at the very least they will have to accept the case..the standing will be resolved, provided the state members make the argument.
in short AG Paxton action here seen by many as some kind of defeat is quite useful. It’s now provided a legal means to seek redress WITH STANDING now made possible by states who can carry the disputes WITH A BLUE PRINT CUT AND PASTE for legal arguments…that can even be refined for precision if they so choose. which I am certain they will as they have NOW been delivered the assistance of over 17 states interests (and all of those legal expertise and resources AND MONEY) to gather this blue ribbon template and run with it.
it’s going to be a very busy weekend.
stay tuned.
we are still in this fight
RegiTiger,
Thanks for sharing your valuable insights!
Agree that with Texas we came away with much more than we had going in,
and that getting the supporting “troops” into formation was a huge value.
The left claims that: Ha-Ha- “Trump’s guys keep losing every case”.
What the left (and many on the right) cannot seem to understand
is that “losing” is by design to get cases into the SC.
They miss the fact that those “losers” always get up and keep fighting,
and that the speed with which their obama judges keep “throwing these cases out” is actually very helpful. They are expeditiously throwing the cases UP the chain for us.
The delay of going through the motions also allows continued research, investigation,
and refinement of the cases as they go.
Reitiger,
Thank you. You have given me much hope and a great deal to ponder.
regitiger…Well reasoned and thoughtful analysis. While most are responding with emotion, you are doing a deep dive and parsing the SC very words. Let us hope that others who are bringing all these actions are as understanding of this pathway before them as you have pointed out.
By the way, would you mind giving me (at least) an indication in how to pronounce your name?
I’ve had the same question about regitiger’s nom. I’ve just been going with “awwrrr- tiger”
Does this mean only the 4 states Texas filed against would resubmit to their state Supreme courts? I’m confused as to who would be using the “templates”, in particular, why would a state where the outcome has not been challenged be filing a complaint?
Pardon my ignorance.
Thanks Regitiger.
This is becoming exhausting. Your sage analysis is relieving, and helped me recover my optimism.
Keep the Faith.
Regitiger: Thank you for your thoughtful reply my post. I agree 100% with your many positive, hopeful insights.
In response to your first sentence, “I don’t believe that is what scotus is saying at all.”, perhaps you did not fully understand what I wrote. Yes, they denied the motion on the issue of STANDING… but that issue is itself complex, and I was looking at what lies beneath it. They expressly stated, “Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections.” Well… THAT is a heavily loaded statement that, in turn, rests on the ENTIRETY of TX’s Complaint.
Had TX filed (say) in the Los Angeles County California Superior Court, then the standing issue would have been cut and dry… TX has NO standing in that court to sue 4 other states. But US Constitution provides at III.2.1-2, “The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution… to Controversies between two or more States… In all Cases… in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction.” THAT grants TX the standing it needs. To deny standing, the SCOTUS had to look deeper into the substance of the Complaint, and IMO it was on THAT basis that they concluded lack of any “judicially cognizable interest in the MANNER in which another State conducts its elections.” (Emphasis added.)
To clarify, my post attempted to shed some light the “manner” issue. TX argued solely on the law and undisputed facts about the “manner” in which 4 stated did their elections, and SCOTUS denied on the “manner” question. TX did NOT argue the “disputed” facts about the FRAUD that actually happened, and that goes wayyy beyond the “manner” on which SCOTUS denied the motion.

Question – (assuming the claims of vote-flipping has been proven in their investigations)
Will revelation of the audit from the ballot machines that was recently completed, along with any additional documentation that the Sidney Powell team is working on, be items that can be added to any re-submittal to the Supreme Court by Texas, as a means to enhance standing?
thanks regitiger … it’s a lot to digest, but from one very upset Patriot, you’ve given hope. For that, I am very appreciative. I’ll watch for your comments.. and probably many of us Treepers. Appreciate your posts.
But it seems the court system has been setup to preclude the review/introduction of evidence. Instead using procedural barriers to avoid having to actually see the evidence.
You didn’t file before the election because we wouldn’t allow it because no harm had been done yet.
You can’t get a hearing after the election because you waited too long, lack standing, etc.
I will NOT live on my knees!
I filed this in District Court against Cuomo on Wednesday. I caught him. The proof was in the executive orders.
https://houseofstone76.com
The memo of law shows why the FBI/DOJ let the democrats get away with mass senicide.
I look forward reading your case – wow!
Great work, and Gods speed. Bob Stone
I’ve started reading the highlights. Cuomo is a mass-murdering psychopath who must be stopped.
Sundance, I agree and appreciate your stated CTH commitments.
If I might be so bold as to suggest codifying a few that are foundational here:
(6) Continued learning, and striving constructively for greater understanding.
(7) Welcome sincere discussion, debate, differing opinions, and perspectives.
(8) Uphold in spirit and action the wisdom of the founders to preserve our Republic.
Thoughts regarding the Texas case:
This case would have opened many other potential
issues, opening a sort of Pandora’s box if you will.
For example, if Texas’ SC suit had been heard and won; then
any state that had voter ID requirements could make the
assertion that other states without voter ID were diluting
their constituents’ votes, and thus, needed to check ID’s also.
It’s a slippery slope that opens a state to state cancel-
culture type opportunity. The ramifications could be vast.
Many had high hopes for this case, but it was out-of-the-blue,
and overshadowed the ongoing hard work being done by the
stalwart patriots who have been slogging through the difficult
legal pathways to the supreme court’s docket.
Those painstakingly investigated, and constructed cases remain
in their respective points along the process, and need the moral
support and prayers of all patriots to eventually succeed.
The republic has not fallen, nor have our multitude of solid
legal approaches all been smote in one feel swoop.
The republic and we will live to fight another day.
While this process has been agonizing, it has been effective in
flushing out those who have treasonous intentions.
This knowledge is crucial to meting out justice at some point.
In other words, the justices showed wisdom and made the right choice (even if it n isn’t what we wanted)
in view of the Supremes fail, here is “our” path: Tomorrow we fight on!
Sebastian Gorka DrG
@SebGorka
If you’ve given up tonight, I ask you:
Do you think @realDonaldTrump
became Commander-in-Chief by giving up?
Was our Republic formed by men who gave up in the face of “insurmountable” odds?
So, take a deep breathe.
Read the Bible tonight.
Pray to God.
Tomorrow we fight on.
My Dad’s initials were HKM. He was a lawyer and then a Judge and reading all this legalese, it kind of jarred me to see his moniker. The SCOTUS did not fail — they ruled on the issue of standing and not on the merits of the case. There is a bigger plan at work. In order to change the path this country is on, even more people must awaken to the corruption. I know it seems impossible to those of us who get it; however, there are still so many people who are going along merrily thinking that everything is ok.
You’ve triggered an off-topic point, that is nevertheless very important to acknowledge:
The Insane Left and Insane Elite have subverted our entire society, and are treating all Americans like newly arrived immigrants from poverty-stricken couintries.
“Sit down and shut up and let us tell you how to live here, in this strange and wonderful new climate…First, buy all the insurance you can, they’re all such good guys with great products…”
When I say the fix is in, I REALLY mean it…all the way down. Look at what you’re being
told on every commercial, on the Weather Channel, on the “News”…
***I am playing with the lines and paragraphs in this comment. I need to see what
I can do to clean it up. So, sorry, don’t be alarmed…this too shall pass…
My take ~ I must pray because I love the Lord and He tells us to lean on Him ALWAYS. I do believe He also gives us scripture to guide us and Ephesians 5:11 … “Have nothing to do with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather expose them.” seems fitting for the mud the LEFT has drug patriots through since November 3rd. And quite frankly, I also must be around ‘fighters’ who are relentless like this lady and God bless her ~

Those are very pretty words,
There in the mission statement.
Take away the faith-based aspects though,
and I’m not sure exactly what to make of them.
It reads like something that could have been
written by Facebook or Twitter. All in the implementation.
I’m not quite sure what to make of it.
re: SCOTUS-
Most of us have had that call, that terrible call.
A dear loved one has just passed before their time,
and we’re left raw and in pain.
But have you ever had the call that there’s been a terrible accident,
and your loved one isn’t dead yet, but is not expected to survive?
That’s how I’m feeling, all the pain, but without the certainty.
I’m exhausted. I just need to go lie down for a while.
Have faith and peace in the boldness and planning of DJT and his Team. This Texas case was not part of the team plan. Watch…be curious…be not afraid.
…Yes, take a double dose of faith, as much as you need.
And remember, when you’re feeling lowest, that you haven’t personally been called yet…you’ve just been informed. It gets better when you don’t try to take on the burdens of all and sundry, in your mind. Develop a dry humor (very dry, even dark, and insensitive to “social” considerations, along the lines of “we don’t need no stink-ing ____”…hee-hee), and make it your go-to reaction.
I’m probably contributing to the delinquency of a minor in saying that. Oh well…you’re not 10 years old, are you? Cause if you are, you shouldn’t even be here, past your bedtime, listening to all the half-witted grownups spouting off (and drinking Lord knows what)…
But the faith thing is true…you should know that…
Is this microphone still on?…WHAT!?

I am all in. Truth has no agenda.and needs to be released

Thank you, Sundance!!
There are two types of demons: the one demands payment from you and will, in return, and with honesty, give you something you want, which, however, will also place a rope around your wrist. The rope will not be very tight, and you like what you received so much, that you will tolerate the rope.
This will be repeated until you are completely bound and strangled.
The other type of demon gives you presents, and asks for nothing in return! This will seem wonderful, even better than the deal from the first type of demon, and you will accept it because of that fact.
But the result will be the same: you will be so blinded by the presents that you will fail to notice the chains wrapping around and around your body…until it is too late.
Modern governments – Modern Life in general – contain both types of demons, along with all the usual ones who will simply chain you without trickery, because they are not afraid to use violence, and you are too weak and cowardly to resist, or too unaware to see that you should have been prepared for their violence.
It has not been sufficiently appreciated that our governments – local, state, federal (which is too much government right there!) – seem to have a majority of Nietzschean atheists willing to commit any act to stay in power and to increase their hold over us. From those petty officials willing to arrest people for not having a mask over their nose to top bureaucrats and officials in statehouses to the Congress, the Supreme Court, and to the Pentagon and Foggy Bottom, all willing to slap ropes and chains around us with only the slightest rationalization, they are the Demons of Midnight, Morning, Noon, and Sunset, of whom we have been too tolerant, and whom we must now consider to be mortal enemies, not just political opponents, but mortal enemies with soothing voices and pleasant, nodding, apologetic faces nevertheless stealing our souls.
Excellent summary. Too few realize that each “compromise” that enables moving forward with The Left is partial surrender, and another chain.
Yes, any compromise with Evil is not a compromise: it is a surrender.
This was the great lesson of the martyr Franz Jaegerstaetter, a simple Austrian farmer who refused to have anything to do with the Nazis. He refused to be drafted and refused to serve even in a non-combat capacity.
If more had displayed his courage, Hitler and the Nazis would never have survived. The same is true for all the little Stalins and Maos of today.
(An excellent and beautiful movie A Hidden Life tells the the story of Franz Jaegerstaetter: 5 stars all the way!)
Thank you for your posts.
I look forward to watching “A Hidden Life”. We learn so much from history (or we should).
Plus, there is nothing on TV worth watching anymore.
I am glad of one thing; the decline happened on a Friday, giving the weekend for regroup, reset, refile, etc.
Mr Trump …sack Barr install Grenell…seize the initiative…the SC has abandoned America
The crowing by the Dems that Texas lost the case, gleefully covered by the MSM, ensured that millions more people were exposed to what is going on.
Whilst a short term setback it could be a long term benefit.
It will have to be done the hard way, that’s all. President Trump will prevail, the Good Lord willing. I stand with him and with the assembly of good people here.
When dems are in charge, even if it is only in small areas of government, every
thing gets screwed up. Then they begin begging or insisting Repub states
bail them out. And, that is going to happen….soon.
God Bless America. Onward! Thank you Sundance and crew.
All in…to those who know, and follow THE WAY, reside with us here.
REV 3: 7-13
7 “And to the angel of the church in *(America) write: ‘The words of the holy one, the true one, who has the key of David, who opens and no one will shut, who shuts and no one opens.
8 “‘I know your works. Behold, I have set before you an open door, which no one is able to shut. I know that you have but little power, and yet you have kept my word and have not denied my name. 9 Behold, I will make those of the synagogue of Satan who say that they are *(my chosen people) and are not, but lie—behold, I will make them come and bow down before your feet, and they will learn that I have loved you. 10 Because you have kept my word about patient endurance, I will keep you from the hour of trial that is coming on the whole world, to try those who dwell on the earth. 11 I am coming soon. Hold fast what you have, so that no one may seize your crown. 12 The one who conquers, I will make him a pillar in the temple of my God. Never shall he go out of it, and I will write on him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem, which comes down from my God out of heaven, and my own new name. 13 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.’
We are walking in historic times…walk circumspectly.
*(edited substitutions are mine)
Amen.
I’m onboard! Count me in! May God have mercy on us!
Here is a list of those in the House Republican caucus who stand with President Trump. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-9041197/Named-106-House-Republicans-demanding-Joe-Bidens-victory-voided.html The representative of Alabama district 4, Robert Aderholt, is not on the list. Neither has Alabama senior Senator Richard Shelby voiced any support for the President or any outrage at the fraudulent travesty taking place before his eyes. Shelby was a life-long Democrat until 1994.
Thank you. Happy to see my congressman’s name there, as I knew it would be. Quite reliable.
I wish I could say the same about my senators.
All in. Hey #2 had to be said and would benefit from bold type. There has been a nastiness on here that, I’m sure, comes from frustration. and disgust but. it furthers nothing and is offensive in some cases. We are all here to learn and all are equal, however we all have different strengths. Like the poster down a few posts, or up ?, trying to explain the SC legal stuff. That was kind and appreciated but being condescending or rude when someone asks a question is not what we are here for. If you want that go to thedonald.win. Get a few F’s out and come back. Just my two cents.
All is not lost, have faith. Pray. Truth has no Agenda.
It’s time…..bring the pain.
Ditto. Just Ditto.
Thank you All, from Sundace and team to all the voices of this great community.
As I sat here in the dark at 5:30 am very discouraged I started reading the comments and felt much better.
Hope and determination have reemerged. I again stood up, dusted myself off and am ready for today and all the tomorrow’s.
It’s good to be home.
Phil Kline yesterday at the Wisconsin Finance Committee hearing.
This was about the best argument I’ve seen in all the hearings about election fraud to date.
Mr. Kline was succinct and although speaking without notes, was concise and hit all the right points.
Kudos to you, Mr.Kline!

EXCELLENT. Will share this far and wide.
There seems to be a lot of hate and division since last night. I think I will just stay away for a day or 2 and see if it stops.
I think we need to ask at what point in the social contract, the Declaration and the Constitution, . . . are dissolved. The Democrats do not get to take away all our rights and leave us with all our obligations. Where is the line? When it is crossed, presumably next month or so, what do we do?
Sundance, I am happy to see you back!
You know what good thing came out of the Supreme court’s decision?
We now know the true nature of Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barret. We don’t have to wonder anymore. Their masks are off.
I do, and I hope you do, have the political will to form a Convention of States or make a constitutional amendment to term limit Supreme Court justices to terms of say 14 years so they won’t look “political.” Hey, forget political, we only ask that they do their jobs! Like Bill Barr, when did he do his job?
But first, the battle at hand.
They are PRE Cold War children and don’t understand. They cannot see what is coming. God help us! God protect and bless justices Thomas and Alito – the two remaining pillars of common sense and knowledge.
Mission accepted…thank you!
Currently, The truth has no place in America.
FWIW: Idk if this helps… but I read recently that the SCOTUS effort would inevitably fail.
However, this was necessary to exhaust all standard legal recourses so that mil justice (being a separate legal system) could then be justified & implemented.
Granted, that sounds a lot like a “trust the plan,” & requires blind faith this will magically get fixed by others. Something I do NOT subscribe to, & actually resent having kept so much of We The People complacent these past few years.
I’d much prefer seeing citizen arrests & We The People holding court… maybe with stocks, tar, feathers, & other stuff! Just sayin’ ?
Looks like I’m out, I really hate them bastards
cryptic- yes. Meaningful – not so much. In compliance with commenting standards – not so much.
This isn’t facebook and we don’t do riddles???
Robert, By hating them instead of just their actions, you are giving in to their mission of destroying us. All of us here are stronger and better than that. I pray that God will give you guidance.
I am going to read into this as I am most things these days. The “Rebel Alliance” SD speaks of, being loosely defined, then followed by that photo of PDJT seems to lead me to a place where I believe, SD and the Trump Team are working together for Our Freedom and to Close on this win. I’m all in!!
Well done.
A great mission, I’m glad to be a part of it.
In re (5):
As long as you have a moment, any moment, in which you can speak the Truth, however hostile the audience: try to do so quietly, calmly and eloquently.
Never underestimate how powerful this can be. Even if you do not win the discussion or battle of the moment, if you are heard, the truth will linger and resonate and echo around in the minds of all who heard it. This is how followers slowly turn against a False Leader. And the False Leaders know it — which is why they are so desperate to stop the Truth from being heard.
I’ve always lived by 2 simple rules when it comes to news: (1) ANY news organization is capable of fake news; (2) more news is always better than less. I’ve recently included a third rule but if the first two are followed closely, then its not required. My 3rd rule is: No single entity is the arbiter of what is fact/truth.
I’m humbled to have found y’all and be part of this family. God bless America and our President Donald J. Trump
Very evil manifestation s and huge blessings now show up daily in/around the temple. Abcesses are lanced & dead tissue discarted by wise conduct/words. Christian action changes our will; prayer changes our heart, study changes our minds.
Love of our Constitution / Fraud&anarchy = Healing / separation for every State of the Republic.
Some are headed for wholeness, others for fraudulent anarchy/sedition/personal and collective vice Yet we all can still heal in the immediate future.if we care to take that route.
SD, your WORDS & actions heal relationships at this very dangerous time,
I love you & DJT for your courage and loving attitude !!! Thanks for keeping us-all functional, The attitude of many foreign leaders shows that GOD still favors Americs as a world leader. !
