Watched the whole interview. Very well worth the time. The head of the Oathkeepers is a very level headed guy and the views he states are strictly constitutional.
Got educated as to what “Martial Law” is, that it is not constitutional, nor are military tribunals. It is to be used only during battleground situations, much like Eisenhower in Germany or McArthur in the Pacific, and where the civilian courts are unable to convene. Goes into Habeas Corpus. He believes it to be a “Q” psyop to the great disillusionment of many.
The Insurrection Act is what should be happening now. It should have happened already, prior to the election. It is legal, constitutional and very much needed with what is happening/happened.
Many other great points, the one stressed is that this has to happen NOW, before Biden can be inaugurated. The President holds all the power now as the Commander in Chief and top law enforcement executive. Time is short and President Trump is running out the clock out on himself, something he should not be doing.
Looong pause when asked if he thought the President had what it takes to invoke the Insurrection Act. Almost painfully admitting that yes, he thought the had the courage to do so. That PDJT needs to look at what the history will be if not.
Another point brought up by Oathkeeper head, “Go to DC this weekend, if not, your state capital or any other gathering available. Sweat now or Bleed later.” Take a stand, it is now or never.

I just had a bad covid experience at McDonald’s so this means a lot and made me laugh. Frankly, I needed the laugh.
I ran to the drive through to avoid masks. I live in WNY, in a small town in a red county. They told me my bankcard couldn’t be run unless I came inside. Sorry for my inconvenience blah, blah, blah.
So I ran in and forgot to put on my mask. When I ordered the woman wearing a mask being the plexi shield told me I must wear a mask.
I pulled it out of my purse and put it on. I said, “this isn’t how viruses work btw.” She said, “what?”and leaned around the plexiglass to hear me. I repeated what I said. I placed my order.
Then a guy behind me chimed in that this is indeed how viruses work. He then informed me I wasn’t a virologist. I’m not. So I asked if he was a virologist.. He was not. But he assured me “follows the science.”
I’m not even sure what that means but they all say it. So I said, well then you must be familiar with the Danish study recently that said, masks dont work. He threw his head back and laughed and told me I should get off Facebook. I don’t Facebook. I flipped him off. His eyebrows shot up and we were silent
Then I sat down at a chair in the lobby. I was shaking. I was ticked off. He left after his order came up. And then I heard the lady who waited on me say,, “and now she’s sitting at one of the tables she isn’t supposed to. ” I looked down and sure enough there was a sign saying not to sit at this table. No one else was sitting. Everyone was standing. All the tables had stickers on them.
It feels like Alice in wonderland sometimes and not in a good way.
I was waiting on a young couple the other day (we were all maskless but had the plexiglass between us) and the young woman said, “it’s so nice to see someone smiling back at me.” I said, “me too!”

Was wearing a disposable mask in a grocery store. Felt a sneeze coming on. Turned away from people and facied an empty aisle. Placed my hand over my mask/mouth/nose to muffle the sound. Sneezed. Nobody noticed. Except me. My hand was wet.
Masks are useless except to contain bacteria for you to breathe back into your body. Masks are about mind control.
Almost everyone I know who regularly masks is now dealing with a sinus infection from breathing their own bacteria back in. Disgusting!

My feelings is THEY have been barraging us, with ever more rediculous narratives, with steadily increasing frequency, and it IS “psy-ops”; we expend time and energy saying “NO, thats NOT science!”
And THAT is part of the purpose, wearing us down, by burying us in this huge mound of bullshirt; to where we can’t move, can’t breathe, even.
The public shaming of us, whereas encouraging THEM, is all part of making us FEEL like, and even act like a suppressed minority; we AREN’T.

Me, I were glasses which allows for a nice anchor spot on my nose where a fit a #4 coffee cone filter over my mouth and nose when I must wear a mask into certain establishments. I haven’t done it yet but I want to dye them yellow and add some dark brown markings to better resemble a duck’s beak. Also, they cost 2 cents each so I throw them away as I walk out of the store.

A friend and I were recently were eating in an outdoor extension of a restaurant when out of the corner of my eye I saw a rat. So of course we decided to leave as fast as possible and had to go through the indoor portion. I said to the bartender “there’s a rat outside” and then we were confronted by a waiter who was horrified we didn’t have our masks on yet. I said “do you know you have a rat?” . It’s not like we were thinking about our masks when we saw the rat…but to the waiter our masks were apparently more important.
These people have pea-sized brains.

I am also so sorry you had to deal with their bullying. I am beyond sick of all of this. I just spent $40 on a supposedly no-fog clear mask because I have to fly in about a week to see my folks at Christmas and I am so damned sick of no one seeing me smile. But I won’t be allowed on the plane without an f’ing mask, so I’m trying to beat them at their own game by following their dumb rules but NOT hiding my face.

I went into a GetGo in Indiana and as soon as I walked in the lady yelled at me to put a mask on. Now this lady was at the other end of the shop, there was another cashier between me and her, and they were all masked up and behind plexiglass too. She was a little older but still with that really fake dyed red hair (like Kool-Aid red, not the orangey-red hair color that actually exists in nature). It’s usually a bad sign when a middle-aged chick has a hair color like that.
So I told her I didn’t have a mask, she pushed a box of masks over to me, and I said “I’m not wearing a mask. You’re behind plexiglass.” She started talking pretty loudly again and I asked, “So you don’t want my business?” and “Are you telling me to leave?” and pointed out one more time that they were masked up and behind plexiglass. She said I had to wear a mask. There was a rage in her face which I could still discern through her mask.
I headed for the door because I had made my point and I wanted to remain calm. I got to the door right before another customer who had just checked out with the other cashier. This guy was a younger guy, in good shape with a clean and short hair cut, wearing what I could only describe as an “American” shirt and a camouflage mask. My point being that this guy really gave off a military or law enforcement vibe and I think others would have assumed the same about him. So, being polite, I opened the door for the guy and he stared at me and said, “You go first.” Not in a friendly way. It seemed like he thought I might go back after Red Sonya and he wanted to make sure I left. Then my favorite cashier yelled out, “HAVE A NICE DAY!”
Speaking of law enforcement, funnily enough the week before I had gone into a Speedway and there was a female cop hanging out there, talking to the cashier, and nobody said anything to me about wearing a mask. This time at GetGo was the first time in my maskless months that anyone ever piped off.
Just tell those that say “I believe in Science” that Political Science is not science.
They want me to wear a mask? I’m thinking of turning it up to 22. Might buy a black ski mask, write “COVID” on it (or not) and do my shopping that way. At least then I’m giving a sarcastic FU to the Maskaholics and a genuine FU to the 24/7 Surveillance State.

I recently wrote this letter outlining my experience to the ‘contact us’ link on the website of a small local sporting goods chain. I think these businesses need to hear from their costomers:
“A week or so ago I entered your Bozeman store. I was immediately confronted by two cashiers telling me that I need to wear a mask. I said “no I don’t” and the cashiers insisted that if I want to shop there that I certainly had to. I told your snotty cashiers that “since you don’t want my business then have it your way” and turned around and left. I proceeded over to Murdochs [local ranch store] and bought a +400 dollar rifle there instead, all while maskless. I don’t get harassed by other businesses. I have bought thousands of dollars of merchandise at your store for over 35 years. I won’t be back any time soon.

I agree. We have hardly any “real news” papers from which to choose. IMHO Epoch Times provides a very legitimate unbiased (or minimally conservative-biased) report on most stories that they cover. I wish more folks would pay their *very nominal* subscription cost to help support it. The newspaper get delivered weekly and has a lot of interesting articles. The paper subscription includes unrestricted access to the website for daily stories. My formerly Democrat but currently pro-Trump sister who lives in a very blue city in a blue state loves it.
Some of us can’t commit to even that. It sounds like nothing, but at times when there’s literally no income, every dollar counts. I’m grateful beyond words to Sundance for keeping the Treehouse free, especially in the face of such overwhelming expenses.

Here’s a little secret I learned on here. If you add a dot after the com, i.e., epochtimes.com., and then refresh, the page will show entirely. If I read them every day, I would pay for the subscription, but I only peruse the occasional article, and only from links.

The Uniparty needs to preserve the status quo in order to maintain its illusion. The status quo depends on voters who think the elections are free and fair, and that the GOP represents an actual alternative. That particular illusion is nearly destroyed. The only thing that saves those seats is SCOTUS delivering a win for Trump that includes the GA State Legislature voting to give all its electors to the President. That’s probably the only thing that saves them.
I said it last weekend about the President’s rally in GA: It was the first televised death of a major American political party as the voters there screamed “Fight for Trump!” at the top of their lungs basically booing Perdue and Loeffler off the stage. They do not understand MAGA. They do not understand Trump.
GA is the first big test if MAGA voters can walk away from the GOP entirely. The first step in getting out of an abusive relationship is admitting you’re in one. Step 2: pack your bags and leave and never come back.

Yeah, every election in Michigan, I follow the election returns on the SoS website. They report by county, and it’s just a hobby of mine to check in starting midday or so and watch the numbers. This election, nothing was being reported by Noon, and the site was still blank after Midnight.
You knew something was up, by Noon on election day. Those counties definitely report the continuous results, election after election, but this time the SoS was squelching the website reporting at the state level.
