If the purpose of this “exercise” of Barr, Wray, Haspel, and SCOTUS has been to “preserve the integrity” of the ABC’s, it must be evident by now, they have failed miserably. Surely they realize that 10’s of millions of Americans no longer “trust” their integrity and may never again. I haven’t heard the Fat Lady, yet. But when we do, who knows? Reap the whirlwind…

This case is being handled by Attorney Matthew Deperno, who obtained a court order allowing forensic examination of the Dominion voting machines for Antram (sp?) County.
Gen Flynn’s guys have finished, but a Restraining Order has been obtained due to NATIONAL SECURITY concerns. No results are allowed to be known to the public.

Yeah, if that’s what the SC is waiting for then we’re okay. I just don’t know what to think anymore though. I guess I should keep reminding myself that it’s been less than 5 days since anyone even heard of this case. And up till then, were WE all demoralized and ready to throw in the towel? For most of us, the answer is NO. So as of this moment, the only difference between Monday morning and Friday evening is that we’re a few days closer to inauguration day, which is the ONLY day that constitutionally matters.
So… after getting over the initial shock of this announcement, I’m just gonna go back to tracking all the other suits and potential events that could still change things over the coming days (even weeks). I’m not happy, but I’m also NOT ready to give up. President Trump’s Sept 2018 Executive Order is the most peaceful scenario I can envision. It maily involves asset forfeiture which isn’t a very kinetic activity.
The violence if any will be Antifa. If they are analyzed as a military force, they are very weak. If social media sites are broken up like Ma Bell was, no biggie. The Lib people that I know are in denial, pretending they aren’t interested in politics. If they were, they would have to accept and embrace the fraud. Since they always believe they are morally superior, they only want the outcome but won’t identify with the fraudulent means.

I don’t believe the Swalwell and Hunter things are connected. Swalwell is a one-off. He’s a low-level player and this is 5 year old news nobody was looking for. Ratcliffe – in a chopped up clip of his Herridge interview, Ratcliffe said his report would be issued probably around January. I hold out roughly zero hope for that report. It has to make it through layers of Obama imbeds who aren’t loyal to the USA. And really what would the report do at this point? The media will just ignore it, like most of the House and state legislatures are ignoring the obvious fraud.
I believe the President’s plan was to win the election. Outside the margin of fraud. Well, China and the dems just created more fraud. His actual margin in PA was probably 200K votes. Georgia was probably about 90K. Arizona – 10K. WI – probably about 30K again. MI – 75K or more. Sundance had been saying all along the President needed to be talking to Catherine Englebrecht from True the Vote. Ronna McDaniel and the RNC did him no favors. I am not surprised about this ruling because the Supreme Court over the past 20 years, with a few exceptions, has avoided making hard decisions. Until President Trump concedes, I am not giving up. So I was just watching Greg kelly’s show and he had the the guy that had the forensics team that went and analyzed those 22 dominion machines last sunday. Kelly asked what happened in antim county about those 6000 votes, because he was told it was human error. The guy said his team determined dominion machines Flipped the votes and he has proof. Then he said something about having the court to allow him permission to release his findings Kelly then went to another guest, and i started yelling at my tv! I will say that there are moments to make a choice and have the courage to do your duty. Barrett, Gorsich, Kavenaugh are moot. They will never amount to anything and the court on which they serve is worthless to the people and the Constitution. It does not matter how long they serve they will never be able to overcome their lack of ability to grapple with this rigged election.

I’m thinking about their logic. Okay, so they don’t want to take the case because it would open a can of worms (implied) regarding one state trying to dictate another state’s election processes. Hence the lack of “standing”. But if any similar cases reach the Court, where the plaintiff clearly DOES have standing — like Trump voters/electors IN ONE OF THE FRAUD STATES — then things could go very differently. Could THAT be what the Supremes are waiting for?
I have no clue why they rejected the lawsuit on “no standing”. I am way beyond disgusted from reading “no standing” as the simple excuse used by courts to avoid hot issues. I am starting to wonder why what constitutes adequate “standing” is seemingly so little known by legal “experts”. Determining “standing” should not be a matter of controversy – it should be in clear black and white.

By previous SCOTUS precedents and history, there are only a few types of state vs state cases considered, like over borders or rights to natural resources. They don’t have original jurisdiction automatically in every conflict between states, especially when the US Constitution reserves the oversight of federal elections to Congress alone. (Article 1, Section 4, Clause 1).

The Supreme Court has original jurisdiction over State versus State disputes.
For example, State Courts of States that border the Colorado River would be biased in any Colorado River water usage lawsuits so it is suppose to be the Supreme Court’s job to handle State versus State disputes.

Any State Legislature can come into session to accomplish its US Constitutional responsibilities, even if its governor or even its state constitution opposes. The GOP-majority state legislators of states with corrupted votes should meet, examine fraud evidence, and select electors.
