Let’s say that 49 other states agree that the 50th state is corrupt, corrupt from the precinct level of its largest city up to the state Supreme Court. Yet let’s say that because that state is so populated, its electoral votes will always be the difference between the winner and loser of a Presidential contest.
Does Scotus then believe, “Well, too bad”? The people of the other states and indeed the people of CA outside the offending precinct HAVE NO STANDING in a federal election?

If a group consisting of minorities sued and claimed disenfranchisement of their vote due to fraud, computer software, mail in ballot irregularities, there is not a judge in state or federal court who would dare to dismiss their lawsuit. Lin Wood, Sydney Powell , the republican party, the Trump campaign, should have provided such a group with legal representation to prosecute their lawsuit. I think the outcome of the election would have been entirely different.

You know, MS Patriot, I had a fleeting moment of pure anger rush over me when I read SCOTUS’ decision. A few minutes of prayer and reflection later, I am strangely calm, which, if you ask my family, is not a strong trait of mine. I never doubt God is there, although at times I do question His methods (what can I say? I’m only human). God has us in the palms of His hands, the maker of Heaven and Earth, and I am not giving up.

If you recall, Roberts is the chief justice of the FISA court, being the one to nominate and appoint judges to the FISA court, which is clearly unconstitutional since it completely ignores both the executive and legislative branch when it comes to nominating and appointing judges.
In addition, courts aren’t suppose to be secret yet the FISA court gets to be a secret court with no clear appeal or dispute process.
The fact that Roberts never found it hypocritical that he is in charge of a secret, unconsistional court like the FISA court shows how compromised he is.
An honest Supreme Court justice would have refused to be the boss of the FISA court and leave the court empty without any appointments.

Hey Red States, the commerce clause no longer has a standing. Let your citizens manufacture guns in their garage without needing a special permit to do so. A federal license is no longer needed because you can do whatever you want in your state regardless on how it affects other states. The not so supreme court just ruled that other state have to mind their own business, that other states have no standing in the affairs of other states no matter how much it affects them.

My 2 cents. Even if Texas won the case, the likely outcome would be the legislatures in the 4 states would have to assign electors. There certainly would be no guaranty that they would take the electors from Biden and nominate Trump electors. This was a long shot.
I think the Supreme Court is going to take the 1 case that will provide resolution, one way or the other. I can’t believe they will just keep refusing cases and let the wound continue to fester.

The good news if we never have to hold our nose and vote again. The GOP has always held the court out to their voters as reasons to vote for tools like Romney, Graham, Collins. Well we now know the court no longer matters – so we don’t have to vote.

My husband and I watched, up close and first hand, what they did in overloading small rural towns/counties in Minnesota and North Dakota with Somalians and Boznians. It wasn’t pretty.

For all of those who, like me, believe the report that the SCYTL servers reveal that Trump won 410 to 128, that the sitting President won in a historic landslide, well, frick the Supreme Court.
Once upon a time the Roger Taney court ruled 7-2 that that black people “are not included, and were not intended to be included, under the word ‘citizens’ in the Constitution, and can therefore claim none of the rights and privileges which that instrument provides for and secures to citizens of the United States.”
That was March 6, 1857. Taney’s decision did NOT stand.
Nor will the Roberts court’s decision stand.
The key is and has always been the Lincoln precedent. That is what we ought to be looking at now.
President Trump has the Insurrection Act, and that is all he needs.
But he also has the 14th Amendment, the McCarran Security Act of 1950, and the Communist Control Act of 1954. The last one has not been tested, but hey, let someone bring it to the court.
In the meantime, what Trump needs to do is what I have been advocating for months:
• Use the Insurrection Act against the governors and mayor who have declared “sanctuary cities” and “sanctuary states.” Use the U.S. Marshals Service to arrest them. Appoint military governors/administrators in their place, like Lincoln did.
• Dismiss the legislatures of the states in insurrection and invoke martial law in those states.
• Use martial law and the 1st Amendment to dismantle the covid dictatorships.
• Terminate the national covid emergency by executive order that covers all of the states. End the lockdowns, masking, distancing, and all other communist-inspired rules.
• Clean house immediately at DOJ, FBI, CIA, etc.
• Arrest immediately all members of Congress who identify as “Democrat.” Declare “Democrat Party” to be communist controlled, outlawing it, according to the Communist Control Act.
• Decapitate the Democrat Party by arresting all those suspected of national security violations, i.e., treason and/or sedition and espionage. Remove them to Gitmo. Use military tribunals. Convict and execute.

I have to agree with Tracy Beanz……………Grow a pair. The Supreme Court is not going to save us………….We are the only ones who can save the country. The SC said Texas does not have standing. Well do you know who does………L Linn Wood does and he is on the SC docket. They took his case. He is a resident of Georgia. HE HAS STANDING. We need more like him. I feel President Donald J Trump has standing because he was seriously hurt. Just remember, joe b said today we need a president who can run this country now. I think that the swing state State Legislatures with Republican control of the House and Senate were hoping SCOTUS would take the decision off of their hands. That SCOTUS failed to take up Texas case, doesn’t change the fact that the Republican legislators are going to have to step up. I think we have to make it clear to the State and National RNC leadership that we demand they back PDJT (maybe a day where we all change our party affiliation from Republican to Independent). We have to make sure the State Legislators know that they will not be reelected, we will not give a dime to the RNC, and that they will no longer be able to pretend that there is nothing they can do. 74 Million Trump voters need to flex our political power, and I think GA is a great place to start.
