The basic principle is that the President cannot have ‘divided’ loyalties ‘at’ birth; the only office that has this requirement and for good reason.
The concept of a natural born citizen basically comes down to which nation had the highest jurisdiction over you ‘at’ birth, think feudalism as property of the King.
Since everyone needs to be born in some jurisdiction (law of the soil) and everyone has two parents (law of the blood) this in my mind sets up three elements that make up the concept of a natural born citizen, or how one would determine your citizenship ‘at’ birth.
Now the gold standard for the US President is to be a child of two US citizen parents and born on US soil (3 out of 3). No other nation on Earth can claim you at birth under that situation. In the case of John McCain he ‘technically’ wasn’t born on fully sovereign US soil but had two citizen parents (so 2 out 3).
In the case Obama he was ‘officially’ born on US soil to a citizen mother (2 out 3). The reality is likely that he wasn’t born in the US but his actual father was a US citizen “Frank Davis”. So in order for Obama to cover all his lies he needed a fake birth certificate in order to cover for the other lie of who his actual father was. In short Obama is complete fraud, top to bottom but most of us already know that.
Kamal, is the very definition of ‘divided’ loyalties having parents of two different nations yet born on US soil, (1 of 3). So no, she is by definition not a natural born US citizen at birth and thus not Constitutionally eligible to President and thus not eligible to Vice President either. How knows maybe this is also a feature not a bug that Nancy Pelosi could exploit after Joe is force to resign due to his various problems. They still need to steal the election though before this can take place.

I’m in WA state also guys, not happy but not surprised with how this state went last month. I knew what I was getting into when hubby and I moved here last year…I wanted to go to Idaho but he wanted to be close to his parents who are on Whidbey Island and in their 80s (wants to spend time with them while they are still around, which I can’t argue with). I vote red here of course, but I do it knowing I’m the minority, sigh!

The default avatars on the old site are “Wavatars” that are provided by Gravatar (I believe) and are one several options for WP blog admin. I liked mine so much I had to step into the Internet Wayback Machine to go retrieve it… it’s just too dorky to say goodbye.
So I went to google, searched for Lurker360 in the CTH domain, found a link with your comment on the first comment page (individual comment pages are not archived, so comment needs to be on first page), drop that blog post link into Internet Wayback Machine (the blog post itself, not the comment link), go find your comment, right-click on your Wavatar, open image in tab… and that’s what the link above points to. It’s a piece of Internet History, if you think about it. If you click on that link you can save the image then take that over to your Gravatar account and upload it.
In the link I set “s=512” to give you a 512×512 PNG file… by default it uses s=40, I think. The 512×512 doesn’t give you any higher resolution on the face portion (i.e., it’s pixelated), but that dimension corresponds to Gravatar’s “large preview” I think they call it… so that’s what I used.
Finally, once you’ve set up a Gravatar account and assigned an avatar, you don’t have to stay logged into Gravatar (wp.com) when posting comments here:
1.) As long as you use the same email address as your Gravatar account, WP will find your avatar… email is the key, not login session cookies
2.) The name you use in the CTH post can be different than your Gravatar handle
3.) You can “hide” your Gravatar profile, and your avatar will still be retrieved

I ran across an article from Georgia today about the water main break and the burst pipes. It has details I personally had not seen before:

FULTON COUNTY, Ga. (WVLT) – Nearly 40,000 absentee ballots will not be counted for the state of Georgia until at least Wednesday after a water main break, Fulton County officials said.
According to officials, a water main break at State Farm Arena caused a pipe to burst. The burst pipe was discovered around 6 a.m. Counting of the ballots began at 11 a.m.
Officials said no ballots were damaged as a result of the water main break.
The Secretary of State’s Office released the following statement:
“Tonight Fulton County will report results for approximately 86,000 absentee ballots, as well as Election Day and Early Voting results. These represent the vast majority of ballots cast within Fulton County.
As planned, Fulton County will continue to tabulate the remainder of absentee ballots over the next two days. Absentee ballot processing requires that each ballots is opened, signatures verified, and ballots scanned. This is a labor intensive process that takes longer to tabulate than other forms of voting. Fulton County did not anticipate having all absentee ballots processed on Election Day.
Fulton County is committed to ensuring that every vote is counted and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.”

It looks like someone actually tried to do some journalism here, giving ballot totals counted and not counted. Based on this article it says they only had about 40k ballots left to count.
Does anyone know how many ballots were added to the totals after they allegedly “stopped counting” in Fulton County at SFA? It should be less than 40k per this report, as they are saying the bulk have already been processed.

We only have estimated based on what could have fit in the suitcases, last I heard it was roughly 6000 votes per suitcase so with 4 suitcases around 24,000. I don’t know if that number included the fact that the woman in the video is seen scanning the same batch 3 times, though.
I watched the Georgia House hearing today. If you missed it go RSBN to watch. The first few witnesses had jaw-dropping testimony. They were Rudy’s forensic crew.
My takeaway:
Rudy was online and these were his folks. After they testified the House took a break until 2:00pm Eastern. Rudy and team were finished. The afternoon testimony was pretty much what we have seen and heard before in the Georgia Senate Committee..
