Think of ALL the international and US healthcare and public health practices, methods and definitions that have been changed in support of the sham-demic.
The CDC let slip a few weeks back that if the same criteria had been applied to one of the virus outbreaks under Obama, the numbers would have ballooned into the millions.
I agrgue with on of my daughters who is a rather well thought of epidemiologist, on this point. I think the constitutional issues are strong in the Texas case and I am thrilled 17 other states have joined them. If SCOTUS let’s the country down here, it will be a hard landing for many of us, including President Trump. If our trust in the vote is now lost, what do we have? So, I hope SCOTUE has courage here. Sidney has her lawsuits still against Dominion, and I think we must be allowed to examine Dominion machines in Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin , anywhere they are used. i believe scotus will rule that each state has a right to conduct their own internal election processes and are under no obligation to function as a collective. many state level laws, edicts and regulations adversely affect other states.
states are not adjoined procedurally although they are certainly free to commingle their objectives using similar or even identical operational procedures and do so as long as those objectives are mutually beneficial.
Not when bound by the US Constitution
Yes- states have a very wide constitutional latitude in conducting their own elections; However, skirting around their own legislatures to change the state’s election laws is *not* an option. This no-no is clearly delineated in the Constitution itself.
And, the fact that a *Presidential* election does in fact impact the states collectively, and allowing a few states to circumvent the constitution’s clear election requirements is a civil rights violation of the other states, well, this circumstance uniquely *compels* the SCOTUS to hear this particular case. It doesn’t even need to go through any lower courts first.
This is slam-dunk, cut and dried Constitutional law. Either we have a Constitutional Republic, or we don’t.
This ruling would also completely undermine the interstate commerce clause. It would make every state an island with the state dictators (governors) powers expanded beyond what the constitution allows.
If SCOTUS rules that way, then states would be able to conduct “Day of Election Only” voting with strict voter ID rules. The…”each state has a right to conduct their own internal election processes and are under no obligation to function as a collective” would permit this. I really don’t see them opening that door at this time. It would make the call for a National Voter ID much stronger.

i killed 13 kittens once with the wrong dose of ivermectin. It is used as a wormer for pets and livestock. In Cattle it is a liquid pour-on for the removal of parasites. So many times I have splashed it on my hands or arms and fretted due to warnings on the label. Figured at least I was parasite free.?
I just don’t understand the push for a vaccine by President Trump. I literally avoid any of his speeches/pressers regarding it. I guess he’s so far down the path that he can’t reverse course. But he SHOULD reverse course. Just think….take Ivermectin and you will not get Covid! I feel like crying for what mankind has suffered over this year. And I guarantee that I’ll do my best to get Ivermectin in the hands of my 90 year old aunt!
It’s to fight the propaganda. Pres Trump has been working on relaxing regulations all summer to get ANY solution during his first term. The FDA delayed its internal press releases on the vaccine until after the election, so they are compromised. Pfizer is doing it’s best to deny they had help. The media wants the “final approval” to be during Biden’s term, so history only remembers Trump as failing on COVID.
Nowhere does Trump say a vaccine will be required. So, compare this to the bump stock debate a couple years ago. Trump needs to close out the distractions of COVID to get focus on the economy, but we are again finding resistance from embedded Democrats in his administration.
The government may not “require” or “mandate” it, but you can bet that before a year is out a government “Vaccine ID” card will be required by many businesses and employers.
Thats how how they’ll get us , and it will either come from rogue liberal businesses under a Trump presidency, or from state governors under a Biden regime. Airlines and sports venues are already requiring it. Do you really think other large liberal businesses will be far behind?

I have been disturbed by many of his decisions surrounding COVID. The root of them being his picks on advisors. Always thought Dr. Carson should have lead the task force.
Speaking of Dr. Carson, I saw neither hide nor hair of him during the campaign. He seems to be kept hidden away, which I don’t understand because he is very popular. He should have been speaking at rallies.
One of the best features on the old platform, a feature I liked a lot, was to be able to roll over the likes and see who had liked the post.
I remember reading Dr. Carson had been diagnosed with covid. Before that he had been at several campaign events, after that, actually since that, haven’t heard how he’s fared.

Oldschool thought a lot about the vaccine, hydroxy, and how PT has handled it. It all makes me uncomfortable as well. I really believe he is looking at the long game….trying to stay in Office and the horrors we will face if he is out. All of it affects his Family as well. I believe he is playing a well thought out game that has to work around the COVID idiocy and lies. Remember just his mention of Hydroxy took this medication out of circulation for millions who would have benefited. I believe he weights everything he says as to cause the least amount of harm while trying to get us back to normal. I believe that this election issue will have to be solved by some severe action such as the Insurrection Act. Consequently this is when he will go in and override Governors and open the economy up. Don’t know what his personal belief is on the vaccines but he has made it available to those who want to take it. this is also key to opening up the economy that people feel they are protected… whether true or not. These battles have been waged on a psychological front as well. Its a path back to a soaring economy. JMO…

You can get ivermectin at any tractor supply. store $7.00 +-. I use it on my dogs for heart worm treatment. It usually comes in a paste with graduated amounts on the tube by weight. It is used for livestock so must be careful of the amount. For people I have no idea what the amount would be. I read the article and it said a pill, but not how much was in each pill.
I sure hope people don’t start medicating themselves with this Ivermectin without their doctor’s knowledge – remembering the woman who gave her husband fish tank cleaner and blamed her killing him via this action on the President’s remarks.

I have always wondered why they never want to retire, many are multi-millionaires. My guess now is China or perhaps other countries have invested so much into some over the years that they don’t quite have the replacements they need for them yet. This was never meant to be a long term career.

I wonder if other “individuals” other than Pres. Trump could file an Intervention brief? Like for instance someone who knows that their vote was not counted in one of the states listed? Or a loved one who knows their deceased relative did vote etc? I wonder what the impact on the supreme court would be if thousands of such people filed together?
An analogy:
Imagine a Sunday where there are 16 NFL football games scheduled. 14 games are played based on the rules established by the NFL rules committee. 2 games, however, the head coaches (executive) and the referees (judiciary) agree to extend the game to 2 hours and to only allow 9 players to play on defense.
At the end of the day– the 2 games played under the rules agreed upon by the coaches and referees generated record shattering results with new NFL records for points scored in a game, and one running back set an NFL record with 500 yards rushing and a QB passed for 900 yard–Hall of Fame worthy performances.
Who was damaged? (players who compete for contracts based on end of year statistics, the league, previous record holders, fans?)

How does the league prevent future games from being played by arbitrary rules agreed upon by coaches and referees? (does this situation demand deterrence?)
What is the purpose of the rules committee?
Finally, what if it is found that the coaches and referees were, say paid by TV networks and player agents to adjust the rules for a more marketable product?
The situation is absurd on its’ face and would never be allowed to stand by any sports league.
Yet we are being asked to accept election results based on rule changes not made by rules committees that generated equally historic records (90% turnout in WI?!)–

Plus sports arenas are supposed to full of cheering fans. The cardboard cut-outs are disgusting and piped in crowd noise is no substitute for real fans.
Went cold turkey for the first time in >40 years of watching sports. It was a nice distraction from the political events and harsh reality of living in this prison planet. Even harder if you are a person who enjoyed playing team sports recreationally, as I used to. Can’t even play basketball at the church indoor court due to Covid-19.

Nicely done and puts it in terms sports fans can understand,. It would be unfair and dishonest to allow those 2 teams to count the games where the rules were changed by the participants and no other teams had the same advantage. Pretty simple to see that and the solutions are too. Either they forfeit their games or they play the games over under the real rules.
The unfair 2020 election breaking the rules other states followed should be null and void or we should have a do over, in those contested states at least. It seems so simple to those who want their vote to count and who want a fair vote for all of us. Votes won unfairly or under suspect rules need to be thrown out. It’s a no brainer to most of us but the interpretation and tweaking of the laws and courts seem to be otherwise. So far anyway.

Maybe it’s a lack of coffee so far this morning or maybe I read but didn’t retain the avatar info in the linked article, but I truly don’t see it. I think some people are missing the point of the Texas suit. As the originating court, all the evidence has to be submitted and heard there. The defense will have little time or prior knowledge to build from.
Also, the main suit is that all the other states followed their legal constitutional laws to conduct their elections and those four states needed to do the same. It is about all states being held to the same standards as set forth in the constitution and their respective legislatures.

I’m aware of ivermectin’s potential in treating cancer. Seems it is an anti-angiogenesis factor. That is, it prevents tumors from growing new blood vessels that feed the tumor.

It is precisely because, as the CDC confesses, the Virus has never been proven that it prescribes PCR testing—instead of the blood serum testing that it should and would be employing had it determined the existence of the Virus through the scientific method according to which viruses are determined.
And the PCR test is intended to detect RNA that “the experts” assume is embodied by the Virus that they concede they have never isolated!
The significance of this can’t be overstated. It requires “millions and millions” of a virus—it requires, that is to say, quantification—to determine whether a person is sick, or will become sick. Yet, as Karry Mullis unequivocally stated, his PCR test precludes quantification.
And, of course, not long ago, even that dastardly right-wing publication known as The New York Times revealed that the PCR test has a false-positive rate as high as 90%! This is due to the fact that it is almost always administered according to the CDC’s recommendation that it be run through an excessively large number of cycles that, as none other than the sainted Dr. Fauci himself acknowledged, is guaranteed to deliver a false-positive result (“dead nucleotides”).
The bottom line is this:
Even if, counterfactually, the Virus had been found, the PCR test would still have proved worthless in determining whether anyone was sick, and almost as worthless, given the (undoubtedly politicized) manner in which it’s been administered, in proving the rate of infection.
The Government-Media-Industrial complex’s breathless sensationalizing of the most recent explosion of “case numbers” is surely designed to pump even more fear into the already terror-stricken hearts of the millions of Americans whose lives over which power-hungry politicians and their propagandist apologists in the Fake News industry have assumed control during the course of this past year. We often hear the left say things like “listen to the science”. Of course they mean to only listen when it supports their point of view, because if I said, doe instance, how many genders does science tell us there is, well then science doesn’t mater. There is a larger point i wanted to make, however. In many cases, when the left cites science, and I’m even talking our leftist scientists, they are not citing actual ‘science’ but a scientific ‘concensus’ which is not scientific at all. The big on is global warming, or man made climate change, or whatever they call it now. The scientific method has not been proven, rather there is a concensus among scientists that it exists. Well, if even one scientist has a different conclusion, it is not settled science, and in the case of climate change is agenda driven, and more probably politically motivated.

In order to decline the vaccine one cannot just say no I won’t take it. That might get you out on some kind of list…so if you tell the provider that you don’t decline it but you can’t take MRC-5, you can opt out!

Technically, this is true—–Dominion is NOT to blame. The blame rests on the person who set the software to flip the votes. Dominion merely set up the system to allow this fraud.
