This is a question. If the hand count in GA confirmed the original machine count (more or less) then how was it that the same ballots were re-scanned many times? Seems like it should be way off.
It isn’t that I doubt something is wrong – just not sure how we prove it in such a short time? There were apparently underage voters, voters who had moved, felons voting, illegals voting, votes with no signature verification, pristine ballots, – is this enough actual proof to get something meaningful changed?
There is so much baloney out there and seems to me some of it on our side as well. So far there are even apparently credible claims that there was no raid in Frankfurt. I feel like we’re hanging on a thread – even though I’m sure this is stolen.
Phony ballots were produced later to catch up with and match the phony machine count. The Trump vote was so huge that they couldn’t keep up in real time.

the machine creat digital images. that are DESTROTED and they REPRINT paper ballots (LATER) to be counted.
so the machine can get Trump votes, and completed edit and DISCARD THEM and print out biden votes as a replacement.

The paper ballots are filled out by the voter and then scanned into the machine.
I’m guessing that if they needed 100 Biden votes, they might take 10 ballots and scan them 10 times each. Then take a total of 100 ballots from their stache and place them in the voted pile.
The attack on the ballot integrity has many points; dead people voted, out of state non-eligible voted, some voted twice and so on. Envelops were not kept to lend credence to the chain of custody. Most of us recall the recycling trucks in Georgia that were shredding something. Sidney Powell says she has a bag of shredded Georgia ballots in her office. There are reports that fake ballots may have been inserted into the system to bolster counts.
At the very least, signatures need to be verified to support the claim that they are all legal ballots.
I agree that there has been some hope porn and potentially even disinformation fed into our side. That is why facts and transparency are key.

After that the ballot goes to a ‘tabulator’ like a copy machine… and just like a commercial copy machine counts the number of copies you print..the tabulated counts the votes…
Here is the problem.. like a copy machine if you put your original copy back in it makes to copy tally go up.. in other words.. the ballots are being fed back into the tabulator machine
they can be counted again.. because the ballot does not go into a secure container… but can be grabbed and scanned again… it’s a design feature..
The trick is to smuggle in ballots unseen and count them.. ballots and votes equal.. but the voters in the approved voter list as having voted is less then ballots cast… this is how you get 120 percent voter turn out.
As far as getting things changed… the present voter system is corrupt by design..
Dominion software puts all the power into the hands that controll the machines.. election supervisors.. corrupt them and you can make a winner out of joe Biden.. no politician wants an election left to chance if he can help it.. it will be hard for true reform.. all dc is crooked. We Need national voter ID.

Hans, in addition to what you said, the Dominion-trained supervisors are also “Adjudicators”, meaning they can score a ballot with extraneous marks on it to reflect the intent of the voter.
Dominion has a fix for that. If you turn up the gain on the scanner, you can make as many extraneous marks as you want. The “Adjudicator” simply looks at them and presses the screen for which candidate he would like to allocate the vote too. No worries about reconciling the number of ballots
I remember ptrump stating that signature verification would prove he won. I believe that might be why they do not want that to happen.
In Michigan, the ‘vote counters’ claim that the Dominion vote-counting software is a “trade secret” that cannot be examined or known by the voting public.

In addition, to pile on to the case you cite, Cohens vs Virginia 1821 is a classic landmark case with the decision written by John Marshall. It established that the Constitution is Supreme in matters of Federal Law.
Since the date for the election of Electors is specified in the Constitution, it can’t be modified by any law or legal ruling by a State legislature or court.

The two things we have of value to contribute to political candidates are 1) our votes and 2) $ donations. Since the value of our votes are now in question, maybe we need to send a very strong message to the Republican Party at both the state and the federal level that not only will they never see another vote from us in the future, they can forget about the $ AND we want our money back! What if we all asked for our money back? Maybe even request stop payments en mass on prior donations via credit cards. Maybe they’ll get more courageous when they realize that they are messing with the gravy train – they stop doing our bidding, they become ‘dead’ to us.
