A well regulated militia? Could President Trump issue an executive order that all registered gun owners are now a well regulated militia? Of course he would need to put somebody in charge of that and I think the NRA would be a great pic.
My devious mind is also wondering that if a circuit court judge can stop a presidential order can a Supreme Court Judge demand an audit to all swing state elections?
