I already did. It was an obscure business process regarding mail-in ballots that happened in my contested state. When I submitted my claim I asked them to look into my reported situation in the contested states.
Believe it or not, what I reported is in Sidney’s lawsuit in AZ and in GA, and is enough votes to turn both states around. Rudy mentioned this missed procedure in his hearings before both AZ and GA legislatures.
The missed procedure is this. Mail in ballots need to be returned to the voter office which sent them out originally so the ballots can be ‘registered in the voting system as having been physically received/returned’.
It is only after this procedure is completed, that then can the ballots be opened and submitted into the ballot tabulation machine. The intermediary procedure to record the ballots as having been physically received back to the voting office was missed when the ballots were given to us for tabulating in a different state. We were told by the voting officials to physically ‘override the system’ and tabulate the mail-in ballots without the ballots having been processed in the voting registration system as having been received by the office.
Bottom line, don’t think for a minute people don’t read your voter fraud claim on the other end.
I should also add that our mayor visited our precinct earlier in the day and announced our town would have an 85% voter turnout rate. I was intently curious how he could predict that, and then we experienced the scenario described above.

It is up to the citizens though, to begin taking on their local, and statewide overlords. I have made point of shopping in locally owned mom and pop stores, whether grocery, hardware (surprisingly there are still several in our area) and other, even if a bit more expensive, and where masks are mandatory, which in our State are, I use the clear glasses face shield so that my whole face, with accompanying smiles and purposely pleasant chit chat, can occur. It’s amazing the relief people express seeing a simple smile and encouraging word. Get enough of the people standing up will snowball, especially at this time of the year when people are hungry to openly celebrate the birth of the Christ child.

Jan. 6 – contact your US Senators and US House Reps before this date and tell them to support and do the same as Mo Brooks has indicated he will do in disputing the electors.

My main concern is that on the 6th is that even if the electors are disputed, my understanding is that it takes both the House and Senate to reject them, not just one of them. Would any one be able to clarify if this is the correct understanding of the process?
The House will still be in Democrat hands so why would they reject them. With the number of Rino’s and the GA runoff, the Senate is also questionable.
This would seem to prevent being able to get to the point where the State Delegations (supposedly where Republicans would have the needed votes) would be able to elect the President.
If so does that put us needing the State Legislatures (Dec. 14) rejecting their states results?
The only mandated date in the constitution is January 20.

He lost the ’64 election to another very flawed Democrat. He fell victim to the now familiar tactic of projection, allowing himself to be tarred as a warmonger and a racist when it turned out that LBJ was both of those things.
Goldwater then spent the rest of his years in DC pretty much doing nothing. Like many other RINOS that came after him, I have to wonder who or what got to him.

Sounds wonky but it’s actually really important to understand. A low CT value means someone is loaded with virus. A high value, oppositely, means less of a viral load.

In the last 5 weeks, the home my mother is in has called me twice a week to report the “new cases”. So far it’s over 85% of total staff and residents. Poor woman that calls didn’t know I was keeping count.
I asked her about survivability. If any were still sick, dead, whatver. ZERO. All amazingly recovered. I suggested that there must be something faulty about the test or procedure or administration possibly.
Oh NO> We’re doing and reporting exactly as the State as mandated we do.
I asked her if she had the test done on herself. She said she did and it came back positive, then two days later she tested herself again and came back negative. Last week she decided somehing might be amiss so she sent in two tests done on her on the same day. One negative. One postive.
But she doesn’t want anyone at the home to know about that.
And yet no one at your state’s Department of Health would probably bat an eye if you reported that info to them! It is beyond infuriating and I do not what to do other than to keep broadcasting stories like yours across every social media platform!

From what I understand, since Justice Alito has moved the date to December 9, there is no way the state can certify the election by the “safe harbor” date since there are still ongoing legal challenges. If the way I am reading this is correct, the fact that Justice Alito selected this date is brilliant.

What browser are you using? If you’re using Brave, one other thing I did was “lower my shields” for the site. While on the CTH homepage, click the Lion’s head by the address bar and it will give you the option to allow access to the site. Might be a cookie thing.

is breaking stories showing the Georgia election officials do not have chain of custody for about half a million absentee ballots.
Those 500,000 could have been taken to some back room to be mis-handled in a way to “disappear” the Trump ballots.
We’ve seen the election fraudsters play games in the dark, when they did not know the cameras watched.
One lady I saw talking about the chain of custody issue says in a packet of 110 ballots she observed, the 107 that were counted for SLO-Joe ALL had the exact same ‘marking’ in the oval — all had a slim eclipse with regard to the oval either unmarked or overmarked (sorry I did not hear her explanation of the eclipse other than it was identical through the whole stack).
IOW, a ballot copied at least 106 times.
Susan Voyles, and I believe she meant elipses with the exact same white halo between the inner marking and outer border, which simply cannot happen if filled in by a human with a pen.

When “We the People” chose our Great American President Donald J Trump “twice” we issued a cease & desist order to the swamp and the swamp rats therein. Every since our VSGDJT came down the escalator with our beautiful and gracious First Lady, the swamp has been in attack mode, as if their crooked lives depended on it, they would be correct.
They weren’t attacking just President Trump but you and I. I’m not talking about the ne’er-do-well’s stinking up the blue hives, but productive, proud, Americans who cling to their guns and bibles. The America that rose up and fought from Lexington to Yorktown, The Battle of New Orleans, Antietam to Gettysburg, San Juan Hill, The Battle of Belleau Wood, Normandy to Iwo Jima, Chosin Reservoir, La Drang Valley to Tet, and the Terror Wars to this day.
Now we’re being challenged again. This time from a small handful of self-entitled anti-American elites who have decided that a blatant steal of the presidential election was a good idea. It’s as dumb as it is dangerous. What was President Trump’s great sin, he promised to Make America Great Again. Think of that. And even more baffling to the swamp rats, he actually kept his promises.
We’ll the swamp rats are cornered and are prepared to step into the abyss and for what? To Make America Disappear or the acronym MAD. It’s long past time to understand this dynamic and dispel with the swamps throw away terms like “conspiracy theory”. This is used to cloak their actions as they have sold our great Republic to the highest bidder, or as Sundance likes to say “There are trillions at stake.”
Our enemy is not our fellow American, but a handful of slimy self-serving elites who over several decades have intentionally destroyed our commonality as Americans. They have us fighting with each other when in truth we all have a common enemy, the swamp. We must shatter the Divide & Conquer technique callously deployed by these evil swamp rats. Now we know in truth, there is no real difference between the two parties, R & D. Now and forever known as the Uniparty. We Know!
If President Trump conceded tomorrow I wouldn’t blame him, but that’s not the character of this great man. He stepped forward and proudly waved Old Glory and Free America responded, we love this man and elected him twice. By every measure what he has endured is as heroic as anything I’ve ever witnessed or read about. He needed this like a hole in the head, but he stepped forward anyway. His love of the United States of America and Americans compelled him. Wow!
Now we are in the next and last phase of the running coup and again this great man, who again is standing in the breach. We owe it to him and the USA to also stand in the breach as this struggle continues against evil personified. The enemy MSM is running 24/7 with their fait accompli narrative, DON”T WATCH! This ends when we let it. Now more than ever, our VSGDJT needs his massive Deplorable Army, need to hold the line and we will win, even if they are successful installing B-B-B-Biden. What did they win? A country only works with the consent of the governed, if we remove our consent, again, what did they win? More like a dog who likes to chase cars, until he catches one.
This will be recorded as one of the darkest moments in the history of this country, we are indeed in a “time for choosing”. I choose America! And regardless of what happens with this utterly corrupt election, we will still have a country to save, even more so. Our enemies have fully exposed themselves. We Know!…without any ambiguity where the swamp rats allegiance lies with K-Street and their bank accounts. Follow the money, always. We Know!

Great comment, Stan! I do think, though, that you undersell the extent to which leftist ideology has despoiled the “commonality as Americans” you mention. When your perfectly normal seeming neighbor believes fervently in her heart that “gender is a social construct” and that there now 21 different genders and rising, there is no commonality to find. When he or she believes that all white males are raaaaaacist oppressors and privileged, no matter what their upbringings and socioeconomic conditions, there is no commonality to find. Etc., etc.

Agreed. Our divisions have been intentionally exacerbated for decades. For me the inflection point was heralded in by Jesse “justice brother” Jackson began using the hyphenated “African-American”. This was during President Reagan and the left understood The Shining City on a Hill was still there. That Americans would rally to the flag and this must be destroyed, at all costs. Thus the Balkanization of America began earnest.
The exception, for a nano second after 9-11 we rallied under Old Glory as Americans. It’s a shame we have to have a disaster to bring us together. This must change.

Article this morning in the AJC says the GBI has been retained by the SOC office to investigate voter fraud allegations. The first few people the GBI should interview are the midnight vote counters and their “smoking suitcases from hell”.

In the past 36 hours, the GOP Senate unanimously passed a bill to expand access for foreign workers, rejected Trump’s call to eliminate Sec 230, and had a GA senator up for re-election boast that Biden and McConnell will be deal-makers.
What does that tell you?
It tells me they believe massive vote fraud committed by Democrats in a Presidential election is ok with them and that they believe (hoping) President Trump will fail in his efforts to overturn a corrupt, illegal, stolen election! Godspeed President Trump!

If Trump wants to support this farce, it’s his business. But it seems that Trump has been way too trusting, and way too kind, toward the many, many members of the GOP who have been openly stabbing him and all of his supporters in the back since day 1. If he had been calling out these traitors, including McConnell, from the beginning, rather than continually trying to win them over and appease them, maybe things would have never deteriorated to this seeming point of no return. It’s hard to say. But it is definitely clear in hindsight that his strategy of appeasement has not worked.

Having left the Republican Party and re-registered as Independent after Obama won, I too agree with thezman on his assessment of the current plight.
We’ve been dealing with a 2-headed snake establishment that compromises every politician. That isn’t hard to do since politicians all inherently have misdeeds. So what we have had since 1960 is an illusion of having a multi-party democracy. As despicable and dirty as the Democ rat party is, a lot of good fellow citizens I know don’t have the stomach to believe in the RNC/GOP.
The populist MAGA movement forced the RNC/GOP to swallow and tolerate Trump for a term. They counted on Trump to implode. As far as the US Senate is concerned, Mitch M mainly wanted to leverage Trump to reset the SCOTUS and once that was done Trump basically is discardable to him.
IMHO a deal was made between the two parties’ brokers to conditionally sacrifice Trump as the price to let the GOP have a slim majority control of the Senate. (David Purdue spilled when he opined recently that Biden and Mitch will get a lot more done than Trump, Mitch and Nancy.). Hence the GOP has behaved like it has since Nov 4. Their deal is almost completed.

A lot of discussion lately about whether we all go form our own political party, complete with cool names (I dig “Deplorable Party”, myself) or try to overtake the GOP.
The only way to take over the GOP is to make it financially unprofitable for the grifters, parasites, and scam artists of the GOP and Conservative Inc. That means the money has to be cut off to them. How do you cut off money to a political party? You make it a useless investment for big investors, and small investors need to just spend their money taking care of their family. There is no point in bribing Republicans when they don’t have a voting base that gives them power.
When Trump won, we saw some of this in Conservative Inc. The Weekly Standard actually folded up shop. It’s editor slinked back over to the Left where he belonged. The paid cucks at National Review at this point live off of whatever the Lefty-donor-class pays them to write. They don’t support those 6+ figure incomes or homes in gated communities in Alexandria based on reader subscriptions. Why do you think they wither so easily? Yet, I still see Republicans and Conservatives linking to NR columns. Old habits die hard, and because of that, unlike Weekly Standard, NR lumbers along like a hollowed-out zombie.
I have not read a National Review column, not one, since 2016. They still exist because people keep going to them.
Just like the Republican Party.
If the President prevails in at the Supreme Court next week, and the results in PA are reversed by tossing the illegal votes, AND the Supreme Court then sends orders to MI, WI, GA, and AZ to do the same, the Republicans will win GA in a rout. If the President loses next week, those GA Senate seats are toast (and let’s be honest here, they Democrats have already printed more votes than they need).
It’s time for us to stop lying to ourselves. It’s the worst mistake a person can make. I tell my students all the time, “You can lie to me, I expect that. But I’m not going to let you lie to yourself.” The kids are always shocked by that because nobody ever tells them this. They get happy talk and candy. Nobody ever tells them, “I know you’re lying to me. I simply refuse to participate in your little scam.”
The time is coming when we must refuse to participate. We’re not quite there yet. But let’s not lie to ourselves and each other.

What is eye catching in following the election theft ‘news’ e.g. OANN, Newsmax and Warroom, the witnesses in the hearings etc is how many young people are speaking out. I think that our demographic here at CTH is probably a bit older
and possibly retired – that does not mean that what what we see and hear and KNOW is exclusive to us.

While I’m here I will say that Wyoming’s governor, whom many of us knew not to vote for, is indeed worse than imagined. He is currently pretending to have the covid “plague”. He tested repeatedly of course until he got that trace remnant of a particle of any of a thousand corona virus phlegms to get his 14 days out of our view (or else his “deadly” germy-ness is just another lie from the desk of his nefarious health-care Mistress of Doom).
