I believe the operative words here are “as expeditiously AS POSSIBLE”. So if they find massive fraud on January 21st, it just was “not possible to process all the information”. What then?
Translation: “The DOJ is currently in the process of pretending to look for things with no intention whatsoever of finding them, but desires the public to believe the lies they tell yet again.”
Seems like everyone in the government is united against Trump. It’s obvious to me the election is compromised, but what’s the end game at this moment? The only solution at this point is a military one, and I don’t see any action towards that goal.
The Supreme Court case that’s been filed from PA centers around throwing out all mail-in ballots because they’re unconstitutional. I don’t see the Court doing that. There are other cases that have more likelihood of success, but they’re not there yet.
I’m just really discouraged this morning.
We have been on this wild roller coaster since 2015.

I know that he must have a plan. He’s gotten very good at preventing leaks of his plans, though, and for someone like me who scours the internet for those leaks it’s very frustrating! 😛 LOL
Regarding military action;
First, it is and always must be considered the course of LAST resort. President Trump, the only President in decades to have started no new armed conflicts and brokered major peace treaties understands that better than most.
Second, once you realize how great the use of smoke and mirrors by our enemies has been you’d see that, should the President reach the point of last resort, it would not take a major mobilization to remove the traitors.
Based on the amount of flipping and inflation involved, Joe Biden didn’t receive any more votes than those of the “vote Dem by habit” crowd. That’s not a constituency that will stand and fight to maintain the steal.
The actual traitors number no more than tens of thousands; mostly government bureaucrats fat on the teat of corrupt government largess. Their only actual power lies only in the perceived legitimacy of their office and willingness of the public to obey the authority of that office.
They do not occupy fortifications or wield weapons themselves; they occupy cushy offices in DC and state capitals rely on police and hired security guards to protect them from isolated attacks by crazy people.
How many of those are going to put up a fight if Seal Team 6 descended on the building? How about the Special Forces show up at the same time a million plus loyal Americans have marched up to capitol buildings to rally in support of President Trump?
President Trump has 80+ million loyal supporters who believe their votes were stolen by Deep State fraud. Even 1% of that number dwarfs the handful of traitors only interested in what’s best for themselves.
But as I said before… military action is a LAST resort because there WOULD be collateral damage.
Unlike Bomb’em Barry who dropped an average of three bombs an hour during his terms as President, President Trump always considers the effect his actions will have. If he can find a way to defeat this latest coup attempt without military force, that will always be his first option.
If he cannot, then, if he deems it prudent to act militarily, the action against the traitors will probably be over before we even hear about it.
I just heard Sean Parnell on War Room. He said the media is misrepresenting what he’s asking. Yes, the broadening of mail-in ballots by the legislature because of Covid and the governor and Sec. of State removing safeguards that were in the bill are unconstitutional, but he’s not asking for all the ballots to be thrown out. He’s asking the court to help find a fair remedy.
It doesn’t look that hard to me. Apparently, Penn allowed mail-in ballots for people meeting certain conditions, so certainly their votes should be counted. Also, since the government violated their constitution, people whose mail-in votes can be legally verified and received on time should be counted. Cull out the illegal ones, audit signatures, etc. The General Assembly will have to clean their constitutional mess up afterwards.
The hard part will be the leftist activist State Supreme Court. Wonder if they’re voted in? Do they have some personal concerns? They’re starting to look suspicious.

Starting??? The PA Supreme Court has been hard Left anti Trump from the outset. I wouldn’t trust them to fairly judge a traffic ticket.
The Supreme Court could issue a stay on seating electors from Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan, Arizona & Nevada for an indeterminate period (or a combination of these states – Trump would obviously need at least 3 of them stayed).
Perhaps a week (Dec 21), perhaps 2 weeks (Dec 28), perhaps not seated at all for the purposes of this election (unlikely)…
If a 2 week stay was granted that would give them a bit more time to assess exactly what is going on with all the lawsuits from all of these states…
Just throwing it out there.
Electoral College votes are counted on January 5, so the “stay” couldn’t be forever unless they wanted to create more issues. Throwing them out would obviously create more issues as well.

Statistician Reveals How Pennsylvania Democrats Used Fake Voter Registration “Birthdays” to Commit Voter Fraud
Identifying Voter Fraud through Suspicious Birthday Distributions in Pennsylvania Voter Registration Data, and the Effect on the 2020 Pennsylvania Presidential Election
Short Summary:
“We construct a new metric of potential voter fraud using suspicious distributions of birthdays in Pennsylvania voter registration data. The basic idea is that people picking fake birthdays will make predictable non-random choices, like picking round numbers for days of the month, and not knowing what true birth month distributions look like.
“Under this metric, a number of counties in Pennsylvania have extremely unlikely distributions of voter birthdays. Seven counties representing almost 1.4 million votes total (Northumberland, Delaware, Montgomery, Lawrence, Dauphin, LeHigh, and Luzerne) have suspicious birthdays above the 99.5th percentile of plausible distributions, even when using conservative assumptions about what these distributions should look like.
“These suspicious birthdays also matter significantly for election outcomes. While there are suspicious counties that vote Republican overall, in general more suspicious birthdays in a county are strongly associated with a larger Biden vote share, and a higher Biden vote share relative to all Democrat presidential candidates since 2000. More suspicious birthdays are also associated with a higher vote share for Jorgensen relative to Trump (consistent with a fraud scheme aiming to get Biden high but not “too high”, while simultaneously giving as few votes to Trump as possible).
“Finally, we quantify the magnitude of how this potential fraud may have impacted the election. Even a small reduction in the amount of suspicious birthdays (to the 98th percentile of the conservative distribution) would be predicted to have resulted in Trump winning the state by 71,500 votes. This suggests that whatever is driving the anomalous patterns in birthdays is sufficiently important to affect the statewide election result.”

Do we know if a commenter will get an email alert when a “reply” to his/her comment happens, as it was in the old place?
I know as per Sundance several features of the old host site didn’t transfer to the new host site, like the “bell” notification feature where all the “like’s” and replies were aggregated. But I also used to get email notifications in my inbox when my comments received a “like.”

I agree, I miss the like feature, simply because it allowed us to express opinion without over crowding the comment section. For the notification by e mail, I had to sign up with Word Press. I guess it was one of their features.

It’s ridiculous how Barr didn’t want to release Durham report so as not to effect the election, but has no problem making statements that there is no significant voter fraud that has effected the election. This statement in and of itself has great potential to effect the election because he’s signaling the judges that may rule on fraud in this election.
I agree. It was not the time for Barr to make that remark. I read somewhere that the Barr-Wray-Durham group is like the Bermuda Triangle – nothing ever comes out…thought it was pretty funny in a sad way..

Like Sydney Powell suggests, the entire DOJ needs to be emptied, fumigated, and rebuilt with new people. What Barr is doing is no different than what Comey did for Clinton – they quickly clear their allies of wrongdoing, and drag their feet holding anybody to account.
The Government Party long ago lost the ability to police itself. Barr is proof.

Barr told the AP that U.S. attorneys and FBI agents have been working to follow up specific complaints and information they’ve received, but “to date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have effected a different outcome in the election.”
Barr said earlier that people were confusing the use of the federal criminal justice system with allegations that should be made in civil lawsuits. He said a remedy for many complaints would be a top-down audit by state or local officials, not the U.S. Justice Department.
“There’s a growing tendency to use the criminal justice system as sort of a default fix-all,” he said, but first there must be a basis to believe there is a crime to investigate.
“Most claims of fraud are very particularized to a particular set of circumstances or actors or conduct. … And those have been run down; they are being run down,” Barr said. “Some have been broad and potentially cover a few thousand votes. They have been followed up on.”
