I have been wondering if any legal challenges have been put forth seeking to have Harris disqualified from being VP as she is definitely NOT a natural born citizen? Since she and Sleepy Joe ran on a combined ticket, if she were disqualified, would this disqualify all Biden/Harris votes?

I believe if you read the US Constitution Amendment XII clause 3 you will find that the VP has to be a natural born citizen.

Yes it is, one has to have the same qualifications as the President, in order that one can ascend to the Presidency should the need arise. Constitutionally, BOTH the President and the VP are to be “natural born citizens” as understood at that time.

Neither of Harris’ s parents were US citizens at the time of her birth. They were in the US on (I believe) student visas – i.e. – citizens of another country who just happened to be here. Her mother was from India, her father from Jamaica. Do you believe anchor babies are citizens just because the mother entered the USA illegally (in most cases) and gave birth? I do not.

I agree with Tracy, but my concern is that these elected officials, including state legislatures where GOP controls the chambers, will just roll over unless there is indisputable proof and soon.
They are weak and will always roll over when pressured. Trump is one of the few if only politicians who will fight.
But we have to fight by calling these legislatures.
I just saw a great letter that went out to the PA legislator from a quickly formed group of citizens, with some pretty influential PA residents. I don’t know how to reproduce that pdf here. But it was sent out right away and soon after members of the PA legislature were demanding an audit and that they would not certify until audit completed.
WE need to keep the pressure on that they do the right thing and not bow to pressure from the leftist activists and the MSM (which is itself an advocacy group for the democrats). The 73 million need to be heard. The other side mainly has empty ballots in terms of voters.

Alito’s lawful authority extends only to deciding cases.
I’m guessing that if Alito issued an order like he did that went against liberal wishes, I would have heard from a thousand sources that what he did wasn’t within his authority.

I said “lawful” orders. The Constitution and laws MADE PURSUANT are the only “lawful” authorities Alito has. That goes tor any SCOTUS claim on their website too.
This order did not impede them and would have enabled the SCOTUS to judge a case without dismantling their whole election system. Now that they have willfully disregarded a SCOTUS justice’s order, the door for certain amounts of prejudice is officially open.
That is to say, if the judges issue any further instructions, they will not be able to have faith they will be carried out. This means they will have to actually rule in a way which does not make the state happy such as “decertifying their state” or district or whoever it was directed at.
That the ballots were not segregated and were, instead, mixed in with the other ballots “DATED” on the third but arrived late? Sorry but that’s not what the justice ordered. That’s contempt.
And I’m still bothered by the postal service (FEDERAL) back-dating ballots. Once this is proven, this should be punished in ways SO strong it will never even be considered. These are government records being falsified. And Postal marks are EVIDENCE in cases both criminal and civil all around the country and is heavily relied upon. Do Not Mess With Standards of Evidence! That makes judges and justices VERY uncomfortable as a significant amount of their decisions are often based on post marks as evidence.

A single court ruling giving credence to the evidence will force the media etc. to report and cover it as the scandal it is.
Which is why Trump’s team is working so hard to build a rock solid case. Show evidence that’s so overwhelming, that they’ll have no choice BUT to cover it!
Fortunately, that’s not quite how it works. With these cases pending, those states elections CAN NOT be certified. When that deadline hits, the constitutional remedy is to go to the states’ legislators which are overwhelmingly Republican for some reason. And if, for some reason that doesn’t fly, then it goes to the house of representatives.
That sounds like REALLY bad news but it’s not. It’s one vote per state. California may have a LOT of Democrat representatives but California only gets ONE vote for that state. New York gets one vote. Take another look at how many truly blue states there are. The house may have a slim majority because of the population density of various Democrat states… but that’s now how the Constitution spells it out.
I’ve stated this before:
1. Trump knew this was going to happen because he said it was going to happen. And guess what? It’s happening.
2. Trump is an amazing strategist and planner. He was thinking of running for President long ago but didn’t do it until 2015. Chances are good his planning suggested he might not win. He ran in 2015 because he was more certain and he won.
3. Trump did not concede. It’s not because he’s a stubborn guy. He takes his losses so gracefully most people don’t even see them as losses. Take for example the legislation passed blocking Trump from selecting ANY of the wall designs from that thing he did where many proposals were made by building sample segments of wall. Did he even say much about it? NOPE! Didn’t phase him in the slightest. He just asked border patrol what they wanted and got it started. If Trump thought he couldn’t win, he would have conceded. He did not concede.
4. The best executives do not make decisions when they don’t know the likely outcome. Trump is the best executive.
He can get the states to come clean (not looking good so far) and report correct results. (That would be best for them. They might stay out of jail saying “oh! We found a massive error!!! We fixed it! Trump wins!”) He can get the courts to decertify areas which were handled illegally. (Judges don’t want to decide elections) He can keep the states under contest from certifying before the deadline and allow the remedies within the constitution to play forward. This has the best likelihood of a Trump re-election. I don’t think Trump wants to rely on that option, however, because that requires relying on Republicans… this isn’t the time to rely on them.

There is a lot of number 8 going on. Trump’s team really needs access to the Dominion software logs and servers, and a full process audit hand recount in each of the contested states. Right now, what they have is a whistleblower who has provided evidence that prior elections were stolen and the manual on how the software works, but they don’t have a programmer saying they designed the steal algorithm or that it was used.
They are trying to use public pressure to get a legitimate recount and audit and I hope it is working. I am praying reports that servers were seized in Europe is true and that logs weren’t destroyed, they had over a week to do so.
They have the NSA and military intelligence, so why wouldn’t they have all the data?

This was … I think on Friday of last week? Anyway, I have no idea if the tee vee local news reported the same blithering idiot but I’d guess yeah, they probably did. Anyway…there’s a state website, updated EVERY SINGLE DAY, which shows just exactly how many tests have been done, how many positives there have been, total deaths, etc. One of the really COOL things that website reveals is … how many hospital beds are currently available, how many ventilators, etc.
Point of me sharing this, beyond the FACT that the newspaper hyped, crazy eyed witch was DEMONSTRABLY LYING, is this: check your state’s covid reporting website. You may find the real data that proves their idiot spokesdemons are just that: spokesdemons who are LYING.

I am in OR and we too have told that we must limit social gatherings at homes to 6 or two families. We will be visiting my family during Thanksgiving and there will be 15-20 people there. I am sure we will be arrested. I am so done with this “virus”.

Just talked to a young woman, 25-30 has a business degree and works in hospitality in a ski town. Co-worker of hers tested positive a month ago so the whole place had to shut down for two weeks and get tested every other day for a week. They won’t open the hotel/restaurant until Thanksgiving usually as well as this year but all kinds of rules for ski industry coming.
Co-worker had symptoms of loss of smell, taste, mild-flu for 5 days then done. No hospitalization, no prescriptions, just stay home for two weeks. Then test/retest for all of them.
No one else ever tested positive. Small town, isolated, but had a huge influx of summer
visitors.
Now I can finally say, I know someone who knows someone who had the China Flu.
And they didn’t die or even get hospitalized! Scary virus! lol
Well, now you know two. I had it. I survived it…………probably because I didn’t go to the hospital then. That was back in Dec./Jan time frame. I am overweight, out of shape, and 74 yrs old. And, I am not dead.
I went to U of W Hospital in Seattle to get tested because I wasn’t feeling well. I was negative but asked them what the treatment would be if I had been positive. Nurse told me that it would be to go home and take Tylenol. That was it!!!

The closest person to me to get Covid, so far, is my first cousin who is more like a big brother. He is 82, and lives in Gary, Indiana. I saw him last month.
I was devastated to hear he was diagnosed with Covid last Monday after waking up with the sniffles. He called his doctor to report the positive test, and was told to continue taking his usual Zinc, Vitamin C, and Vitamin D.
I have been on pins and needles, waiting for that Cytokine Storm. But no… he is absolutely fine and has been almost asymptomatic.
Tell them to come back with a warrant if they come to your door.
Here in British Columbia too. My mates in the country of my birth Scotland are maybe in an even worse situation.

They have worked so well (s/), that as of today we are locked down almost to March levels–no dining (pickup only), no salons, no gyms, no retail except “essential businesses” at limited capacity, masks indoors and outdoors, etc.
One of the things that makes NM special is the prevalence of mom and pop businesses. Not sure how many of those that were able to survive the first go’round can do so again.

My PA Senator Judy Ward’s statement on her new Covid bill
Amid all of the chaos of Election Day, Governor Wolf announced that he had vetoed commonsense legislation I sponsored that would have eliminated discrepancies and improved transparency and reporting of COVID-19 deaths. It is extremely frustrating that Governor Wolf has cast aside yet another bill that would have required his Administration to give Pennsylvanians the transparent state government they deserve.
It should not be even remotely controversial to ensure coroners can meet their responsibilities under the law to investigate deaths within their jurisdiction. Coroners throughout the state have voiced their concerns about the Department of Health’s reporting issues and have thrown their support behind this bill. Instead of working with them and listening to their advice on how to improve COVID-19 reporting, the system will continue to operate without full transparency.
The governor’s veto message claimed that my bill would have delayed reporting and jeopardized public health and safety. This idea is completely absurd; in fact, it would do the exact opposite of what the governor claims. Instead of having multiple sets of conflicting numbers, the bill would have provided a significant level of transparency and cooperation without placing any significant new burdens on any health care provider or any level of government.
Governor Wolf has been criticized throughout the COVID-19 pandemic for refusing to give the public access to basic information about how their government operates. He had a chance with this bill to show that he is willing to work with local officials to at least ensure local public health information is accurate. It is disappointing that he once again failed the people of Pennsylvania.

The voting machines used in the US in the current election and in prior elections have the ability to store votes not as integers but as fractions. This allows these machines to weigh votes for candidates and change elections based on this weighting.
There is NO REASON why this feature should be included on a voting machine.

The results for Virginia votes are not in whole integers (e.g. 1, 2, 3…). All of the entries have fractional amounts. This makes no sense since ballots do not come in fractions in the US. Each vote equals one vote.
At 12:26 and 12:30am an entry in the amount of 308,341.59 from Biden and 80,357.05 from Trump was posted and reversed.
Nearly every entry made into the system for the Presidential election had the same proportion of votes of Biden to Trump. There is nothing random about this.
After 11pm on Election Day nearly 70% of the votes recorded in Virginia went to Biden.

There is a difference between WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG. The later is a place to download free content management software to install on your own hosting while the former provides that same software on their hosting. CTH is on the .COM using their hosting. This site can readily and easily be moved to use the WordPress platform on its own hosted service.
I pinged sundance via the reagan email connecting him with the company we use for our hosting and also sharing my contact if someone wants to reach out.
This is an easy move and can be made to providers that are not complete communists (yet).
