I think we have to put this report into the fraud bin containing circumstantial evidence. So, not only did Trump win married voters. Not only did he win the highest % of minority voters since 1960. He also won college educated suburban women…the group from which he supposedly was “hemorrhaging support”. And, the massive GOP Election Day turnout which is actually verifiable unlike mail-in ballots which are just about 100% unverifiable since there are no witnesses to fact that the voter actually filled in their own ballot in secret without being paid, under duress, or having their vote stolen.
All the evidence right now is pointing towards a huge case of election fraud. You can’t win all those groups and lose the election. It’s not plausible.

This is one of those reports to share on social media and ask “How did Biden win if he lost one of the allegedly most Trump-alienated groups in America while also scoring the lowest % of minority voters since 1960 for a Democrat?”
Answer: Biden did not win. This is not hard.
All we gotta do now is figure out exactly how they did it and provide the evidence for it. Not conjecture, not speculation, not YouTube videos…concrete proof that votes were manufactured and vote totals were changed to benefit Biden through software coding and information attacks.
They need to find votes that can absolutely positively be identified and tossed out.
25,000 nursing home patients got ballots the same day? – Can’t be tossed out. First, you can’t find them and 2nd, you can’t prove they were absolutely illegitimate.
Mail-in ballots without signature? If they’ve been processed, can’t find them and they’re already in the voting pile.
A dead voter. That can be proved, but if the ballot cannot be found, there’s nothing that can be done becuase we don’t know who he voted for. We can guess, but we can’t prove.
Ballots with only Biden marked? A judge will keep those. Who is to say they are fraudulent? Can you read the voter’s mind?
Voting software that shows thousands of votes with a time-stamp that flips to Biden? That should be thrown out unless noan adequate explanation to a judge. This is where the big numbers are rather than trying to find some questionable ballots in a stack that will yield not much.
Agreed, and I’ve been saying the same. The issue in PA is the hundreds of thousands of ballots that seem to have arrived well after the statutory 8pm deadline which the SCOTUS ordered to be sequestered. If those get tossed (they went something like 90:10 Biden), Trump wins PA in a cakewalk.
Local GOP candidates within the counties in MI should be requesting verification of their vote totals from the election boards similar to what happened in that one county.
At least we could rule that one out. But right now, radio silence on that. Quite frankly, if that happened in one county in MI, it should be court-ordered that every vote machine in every county in America be visually verified against the paper tapes.
Powerline is a disappointment; they have conceded that Trump lost and Biden will be the next president.

I don’t care much about their politics because it doesn’t change the fact that their analysis is addition truth data that the election was fraudulent. This is where the PA Legislature is going with the idea of an election audit not a recount. An audit will turn up all the problems on the voter rolls, dead people voting, people who moved away from PA still voting, etc.

So where are we in terms of the 2020 Presidential election?
For starters, the races in multiple states (Georgia, Pennsylvania, Nevada, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Arizona) are close enough to require mandatory recounts (within a margin of 0.5%).
On top of this, the Trump administration will be filing lawsuits in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Nevada, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Arizona alleging fraud, illegitimate votes being counted, and GOP officials being barred from witnessing the ballots being tallied.
Whether or not the Trump administration is right about this remains to be seen.
However, the fact lawsuits are being filed means the election will move into the courts. If the courts decide that the evidence the Trump administration presents is compelling, they can require a formal vote audit.
If, during the vote audit, actual fraud is discovered, the court can rule that those votes are no longer valid, the formal vote counts can change, and it is possible that a given state ends up declaring a different winner.
Even if fraud is not discovered by the audits, but there is a particular problem with vote cards (the wrong type of ink was used, the hole punch didn’t go all the way through the ballot as was the case in Florida in 2000, etc.), the courts can deem those problematic votes as illegitimate.
This again can mean the formal vote counts can change, and it is possible that a given state ends up declaring a different winner.
Mind you, that’s if the courts resolve the issue to everyone’s liking on the first go round.
If either party or candidate is dissatisfied with a lower court’s ruling, they can appeal the ruling, which can result in the lawsuit moving up to a higher court, eventually reaching the Supreme Court, which serves as the ultimate arbiter of election law in the U.S.
This was the case with the 2000 election, when the Supreme Court ruled that vote cards from Florida that didn’t have clean hole punches were NOT valid, which gave the state to George W. Bush and resulted in Al Gore conceding the election on December 13th.
None of the above items are conspiracy theory or wishful thinking. These are the actual facts of how Presidential elections are decided in the U.S.
The media doesn’t decide elections. And technically, Joe Biden is NOT the President elect, no matter how much certain people might want him to be.

Remember, he wouldn’t be formally declared the President Elect until December 14th 2020, and that’s under normal circumstances.

Example: in my district (District 1) in the Northeast Heights, Deb Haaland was the Dem incumbent, running against Michelle Garcia Holmes (R). In real life, Haaland looks like a long-time drug addict, the only statement I ever heard her make in Congress was about how much she wants to fight for the native American people, she sent out almost no mailers, no one in my neighborhood has ever even met her, and our district has very few native Americans. Whereas Michelle is a normal person and represents a lot of the demographic of our district, and there were many yard signs supporting her compared to none that I saw for Haaland. How did Haaland win??? Dominion software.
PS the race was for US House. Also I have checked the voter database for four recently-deceased relatives and our three adult children who now live in other states, and they have all been removed. My voting record and that of my spouse accurately state that we voted when, where and in the manner that we actually voted. It’s the Dominion software changing many of our votes, I’m convinced.
Every one of you should be checking your online voter records and those of your deceased loved ones and family members who have moved away. Now is the time to report all that stuff to the US Attorney for your state and to the PDJT folks. Encourage your friends to do the same. Thank you.

True but those ballots are were only a fraction of the puzzle to impact counts and make it all “appear” as legitimate with respect to count, post marks, dates, changing bar codes, et al. That requires software and systemic control.

Yesterday Rudy Gulliani said that Canada was involved in this Election Fraud through Dominion Voting Systems, as it was listed as a Canadian Company on Feinstein/Bloom voter fraud scam !

Since the first announcement of “glitches by bitches” I have tried to find specific detail what that means. Nothing! Somebody please explain how a candidates vote count can go down?
Rumor, and I stress rumor, is that when the democrat plot of manipulating numbers was doomed to fail because of massive Trump numbers, someone, or the software, had to delete some Trump votes so that the added in Biden votes wouldn’t show up as more votes than registered voters. I have a hard time believing that any election software wouldn’t have a warning error or notice to officials that a number went down. It is unheard of without a really good explanation.
OK, so an explanation for numbers going down might be, “oops, hit the wrong button”, or “improperly tallied votes due to double vote(mail and in person)” or “scanner problem corrected by manual inspection” or “software just changed it and we don’t know why” or ????? All of these excuses only cause more questions. Why and how did they hit wrong button? What do you mean “improperly tallied votes”? You’re saying your system allowed double voting? What was the reason for the scanner problem? And on and on. The media should also be asking these questions but every report simply says “glitch” with no support. Do they even ask?
Same questions apply to how can 2 separate states both have large ballot dumps in middle of the night. Coincidence? Hardly. Also, how is it that states stop counting, all at about the same time? Coincidence? Absolutely not. I want the person in each state that called for the stop to be questioned separately from the others and forced to explain in detail, immediately.
There is no good explanation for any of this, even innocent errors, that doesn’t make election officials look bad or cause an investigation they don’t want, or seriously compromise the election integrity.

If all it takes to register to vote is a drivers license, and states give drivers license to non-citizens (legal and illegal), then what is to prevent non-citizens from voting?
A simple cross-check of voter to voter registration obviously won’t work against invalid voter registration lists.

Reading the President’s tweets, it appears to me that he has a plan. (He and his legal team). I’m interested to see how this plays out.
I’m also surprised that Lindsey Graham has come out in strong support of President Trump. I recall him being best buds with McCain but I believe the Kavanaugh show trial opened his eyes.
This is not over yet. As much as the MSM wants it to be (fox included).
Lindsey Graham is a snake and a fair-weather friend. If he’s coming out in strong support of President Trump, that means he has a very good reason to think Trump will win. Otherwise he’d throw PTrump under the bus so fast all we’d see is a blur.
Despite a (probable) divided Congress President Trump should focus on these items for his second term, which require NO support whatsoever from the House and Senate:
1. Rooting out the massive corruption at all levels of government — and overhauling or disbanding corrupt agencies as required
2. Finishing the building of the wall
3. Continue the removal of harmful regulations
4. Reducing the size or government
That is all.

For those of you who don’t frequent the boards at Reddit, 4chan, etc… you are missing pieces of the puzzle. The_Donald was a subreddit that was kicked off Reddit a couple(?) years ago (all part of the plan to muzzle us from talking) and they started a new website called TheDonald.win. If you look at the 2 “threads” that match this mornings PJDT tweets that were in CAPS, what do you see? (WARNING, besides some foul language at times – a bunch of young men there.) Why would they feel that way? What have you been told is a right-wing conspiracy? Especially by Savannah Gutherie at the Town Hall. Why did she try so hard to get PDJT to denounce it? DO SOME RESEARCH and you will be so much happier and can enjoy what’s unfolding!

Without a link, I’m not sure. But gird your loins. We are going to have to appeal our way past the corrupt gauntlet of Obama judges. You can’t panic every time one of them slaps us down over the next month. The lawsuits will go all the way to the SCOTUS, whatever is necessary to get the EV for a Trump win. Lower level rulings will be appealed.
I suspect they will try to run out the clock at the lower courts. I don’t have a clue on how to prevent that, but hopefully our lawyers do. Maybe leapfrog past them if they are not timely?
Mimbler, you cannot appeal to a higher court until the lower court has ruled. I don’t know if that is different for matters of national security? Perhaps a constitutional attorney will chime in.
I do know this – and I’m betting President Trump’s lawyers do, too – part of their suits need to include prayers for preliminary and then permanent injunctions from certifying the election in the states where suits are being filed.
I am assuming if they request injunctions and the court grants them a temp injunction, until the litigation is resolved in the courts there, no certification can occur. Again, I could be wrong because of the nature of the litigation and courts involved.
However, if you or I went to court and filed a Petition to get an injunction against someone from doing something that could cause irreparable harm, we would request a temp and then permanent injunction and, if the temp injunction, pending the litigation, is awarded, they cannot do the thing they’re enjoined from – in this case certifying the election. Therefore, dragging it out past December 14th wouldn’t really behoove them.
I don’t know about the states in which the suits are being filed, but in Louisiana there is 5 – 10 day maximum length of a temporary injunction, in which time a hearing must be had and evidence presented. If the Judge rules that there is enough evidence to warrant a permanent injunction pending the trial of the matter, he may extend the temporary injunction. It’s not open-ended, though, and generally the person requesting the injunction is required to post a bond in case they lose at the trial of the matter and the temp injunction causes irreparable harm to the person enjoined.
Obviously, this doesn’t apply to an election, so I’m guessing the laws the President’s attorneys are dealing with are very specific and not something people practicing law would necessarily know unless they specialize in that area (which my firm most certainly doesn’t.)
My understanding is that if a state tosses a lawsuit, they can then go to the US Supreme Court. Someone correct me if I am wrong.
I believe it has to go this route – state courts (district, appeals, supreme). Once the state supreme court upholds the lower court rulings then it can appealed to the SCOTUS. That’s assuming these suits are being filed in state court and not federal court. I believe they are, though, since the likely Defendants are the SOS, Elections Commissioner, head of the state Democratic Party, possibly state legislators and private person (such as poll worker, etc.)

I have a friend who, I knew, works in a pharmaceutical company that was developing a COVID vaccine. I did not know until today that she actually works at Pfizer.
So she sees herself as an American. However, she is second or third gen immigrant from China, and everyone in her community still considers themselves Chinese. Guess where they all work? And guess what they’ve all been working on?
So if you’re considering taking that vaccine, know that Chinese nationals have had a large hand in developing it.
There’s something off about this Pfizer announcement. It will be interesting to see what the real story ends up being…
I trust my friend to not have illicit intentions, but she’s also pretty low-level. I connected the dots today when she said the president of the Chinese community was arranging a celebration in honor of the release of the vaccine, and Pfizer had just announced yesterday that theirs was done.
As far as she’s concerned, the vaccine is legit. But – and I don’t want to betray her confidence – she has certain “issues” with other members of the Chinese community. And they all work for Pfizer, and they’re all working on this vaccine. And most of them consider themselves Chinese before they’re American.
My neighbor is 1st generation Chinese working at Pfizer. Her father is a big whig in the CCP.

Probably the best development to happen in the last week has been the revelation that the Georgia runoff could cede the Senate to the Democrats and result in a blue wave.
I sensed that McConnell would have been happy leaving Trump to hang. But he won’t tolerate the packing of the Supreme Court. And the fact that the runoff could be and other races have possibly been lost to the Dems due to Demofraud, has forced him to reconsider his leaving Trump to hang.
That Senate runoff race has forced the GOP into supporting Trump.
I think it’s very clear that the totalitarian left will accelerate their tyranny if they get away with this – a growing share of the population ruled by a minority with no prospect of a free or fair election, and a security state that intimidates all opposition to serve its political masters.
I never considered that particular angle but it is certainly plausible given the level of corruption the DeceptiCons DON’T want exposed versus their preference for moderately conservative (but controllable) justices.

I was surprised to learn that I am registered to vote in my home state (Michigan) under my maiden name.. I have not lived there for 20 years and never voted in the state. It does not appear that there was an absentee request to my name but its extremely odd especially since I have moved to 3 other states since then. I would love to see the voter roll in Michigan!
Report it! They can run voter registration queries to see how many registered voters there are against the same individual. This is very important because actual votes can be deducted from Biden to give Pres Trump a win!
