A draft letter to your Secretary of State:
“Dear ________________:
Although I am certain my ballot was counted as I intended it to count, the allegations of fraud in so many other states has caused me to doubt the integrity of the voting process.
Although I can see from [web site] that my vote was received and counted, I am respectfully requesting proof that my ballot was counted as intended. [If this is not the case, insert your own text…]
I would be relieved to match the results you send me against the copy I kept of my ballot. Please let me know if you require more than this letter to accommodate my request. Thank you.”
Or words to that effect. No, I do not expect a response from the WA Secretary of State. The purpose is for MILLIONS of voters to flood their respective SOSs with this type of letter. EMAIL it, don’t use the USPS. Let’s see what sort of replies we get. It’s another way of telling them WE KNOW. It’s another way of forcing accountability. My 28 year old daughter (who four years ago thought well of Bernie and since has established a great career and a new home) put it so eloquently last night: “I don’t give two flying #*#* what anyone says about President Trump’s win as long as he is sitting in the oval office come January. I don’t care if they have to recount every vote, make their plea to every court in the nation. I know he won, and now we need to prove it”.

I was just going to comment on Virginia as well. The President was doing very well there and then suddenly it totally flipped. I know that the later votes that came in from NoVA were predominately Biden votes and that did make a huge difference but I do wonder how well the President really did in the rest of the state…
I live in ultra-blue Washington and I am even questioning the numbers from my own state because we had a good guy running against our crazy Leftist Governor and he was doing pretty well in the polls and drawing huge crowds across the state but then was absolutely trounced in the actual vote count. I am wondering if there were totals “adjusted” even in Blue states in order to make it look like Biden was doing really well everywhere so that his campaign could then hide the fraud in closer states by claiming that he clearly had a majority of votes across the country. They had to completely shut down the Red Wave!
Votes everywhere were manufactured to get Biden to his overall vote total. Think about this way they can steal hundreds of thousands, millions maybe of votes in RED states as long as the Republican candidate wins – because nobody will care that much.
I agree! In order to pull off a “win” in states that were close, there also had to be a larger number of votes in all states so that it didn’t look suspicious, IMHO.
I worked the polls election day in Mass. As we were counting the ballots after the polls closed from the voting machine and reconciling them to the actual machine count, I grabbed just a stack of ballots to start counting. This was in a town that is lower-middle class, heavily Latino and 30 miles from Boston. Because the ballots needed to be face-front to count, I was in total shock how many Trump votes there were. I absolutely could not believe it. From an unscientific sample, and just eyeballing the ballots, it was easily 40% on the low side and likely more. Honest to God.
Trump ended up winning 35% of the vote in the state. Whether this was an accurate count, or they shaved off some votes, who knows. I know this doesn’t mean anything, but the Trump vote I personally saw was impressive and totally unexpected.
This has me questioning voter fraud in general going back many decades because Americans are generally conservative in nature and not liberal as we have seen in this election cycle.

But Huckabee the father showed up on Fox and Friends early Nov. 4 morning praising how wonderful the election was, saying huge voter participation and voters’ wisdom in keeping a Republican controlled Senate. My favorite word in all of this is the word, “found”…..as in ballots. Like someone put them behind a pile of boxes in a warehouse. Every single box of ballots should be numbered with a bar code. Put in a one key only locked closet. The closet should have chain of custody with signatures of all entry and exit and what was done. Hell, mcds rest rooms have sign offs of when last checked and cleaned. No boxes go in anyone’s personal car. Each sign off for removal is noted exactly what was done.

Jay was on his show at noon yesterday outlining all that is happening, and they were asking people to contact them if they saw or experienced any fraud or irregularities, because their attorneys were following up and investigating all of it.

You will notice that the Democrats have not been jumping and screaming about Joe Hidin winning the election. It is because of the fact that the blatant fraud in MI and WI is easily to be seen and understood by everyone. There is no real explanation of why these ballot dumps occurred during a stop in the vote count and how they ALL went to Hidin. There is no mathematical way you can have this occur other than fraud. This fraud needs to be investigated and those who perpetuated this crime needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

On election night, after six states stopped counting in unison, and then the President got up and spoke, they should have enjoined to stop the counting right there. All ballots that were in the stations should have been locked up for possible later counting. The stations themselves should have been locked up.

Here in Britain we have a Returning Officer who is responsible for overseeing the counting and then publicly declares the winners and looser.
Why are people not made to vote on the day and the voting booths closed at a time which was published before hand.
Over here any candidate who is only -say- 100 votes behind the winner can demand a recount.
The candidates are allowed in to the counting centres to observe the counting.
If you cannot vote in person on the day you may apply for a postal ballot – but only for specific reasons like sickness or absence from home due to work.

It’s based on statistical probabilities. We supposedly know how many votes were cast, how many are left to be counted. When the lead is more than the outstanding, it can be “called” but isn’t official until the state certifies the result.

No, and if they are allowed is dependent upon the state. Imagine the EU, but with 50 participants that get to make their own rules about how to run the election and you might get a better idea.

Traditionally that is the way that works here, however this year since they knew they needed massive amounts of fraudulent ballots, they did “mail in ballots” to every registered voter in certain states. Something in the neighborhood of 90 million if I remember correctly were mailed out.
1. The media gets the vote counts and can determine approximately who is winning by seeing where the votes are trending with registered voters (by examining prior elections, demographics, etc.) The don’t officially call an election, but just tell the public, this is where it’s going to land, so that we usually know by the end of the night. This race was too close (?) for that.
2. We are a federalist system, so we believe each state has the right to make it’s own election rules as long as they don’t interfere with the Constitution and a fair election process. It’s good but sucks at the same time, depending on the demographic of the state.
Ignore what the media “calls”.
What is official is what the state attorney general (I think) “certifies”. As in, after all the votes are counted the information is sent to the state AG and then the state AG says “yes, this is our official count”.
Anything before then is just reporting by the media according to numbers announced from the state. The numbers are usually officially announced by the state AG or their office and is typically an indication of what will be certified.
Study the 2000 election in Florida for an indication of how challenges, recounts and court cases work to challenge the official tally.
Frankly as an American I don;t understand how the networks can
call a state as soon as it closes and no votes have even been counted.

Thanks! That reminded me that our veterans need their opportunity to vote and absentee ballots accomplish that. It’s also about semantics–as many have said, absentee ballots are not the same as mail-in.
People should vote on Election Day, period. It’s not a months long season, it’s a snapshot of a point in time. EVERYBODY AT THE SAME TIME.
We used absentee balloting in Florida in 2000 because we moved to another area on October 23rd. We wanted to make sure our vote counted, and we would have been in between precincts.
We have a lot of elderly folks in our state (nursing homes) who cannot vote in person. I like to vote on election day (and always have except for 2000) but there do need to be exceptions for valid reasons.
We have to have a mechanism for absentee ballots, otherwise the military serving overseas will be disenfranchised. If absentee is extended to military then you are antisemitic if it is not extended to Jews living abroad. Islamophobic to not allow Muslims on their pilgrimage, business people working abroad, etc.
What we need is transparency and laws. The laws are mostly there, most states say ballots have to be in by 7pm or what have you on election day. How many thousands of military ballots have been thrown out election after election for that reason? Transparency and accountability is needed. Strict laws that each supervisor of elections logs each absentee ballot as it comes in. Not count it, just record it is there and some identification like ballot number or something.
Then if 150,000 ballots show up too bad they were not logged, they do not count. Ditto for exact records of who votes, precinct 203 had 4,922 voters today. Precinct 203 should have 4,922 ballots NOT 10, 342. Make violations criminal AND enforce them no matter who commits fraud.
It is up to all of us in each of our states to push for these laws. I’m also for voter ID and for cleaning up voter rolls. Why is someone still registered that was born in 1823?
All of these actions need to take place on a state level, we are a republic. On a national level election day could be declared a federal holiday so everyone has a chance to vote. Even at that, police, fire, doctors, lots of people work on national holidays.
Universal mail was the most criminal attack on our election process. Universal Mail was unnecessary as EVERY citizen can request a absentee/ mail in ballot. Any state Governor that went around their State Legislator did so in a Unconstitutional manner. Toss those out!
Nevada changed the rules in the middle of the game, using covid-fear, the Governor called a second ‘special session’ of the legislature which then passed a law to create mailing ballots to everyone plus removed state constitutional protections against ballot harvesting, making ballot harvesting legal.
At that moment is when Laxalt et.al should have brought a lawsuit to court by not only the Republican party but also the Libertarian, Independent American, and non-partisan voters recognized in the state, instead, they only brought a timid suit on behalf of the Republican Party which was quickly dismissed. I knew then the fix was in.
Too late to complain now Laxalt. This voter’s no longer impressed by after-the-fact speeches.

VA was also stolen, IMO. This was indicated “in play” early on election day by the VA GOP due to historically low turnout in Northern VA.
Trump was winning it out of the gate, and for almost the entire race, with a six-figure lead. Then, in the last 60 precincts, a mysterious 200,000+ vote drop for Biden flipped it.
This story needs a lot more traction, as VAs electoral votes — and a VA win — would be a kill shot to Biden’s election farce plans.
It would have been a huge psychological blow to the DNC and the West Coast in particular — and the ongoing Congressional races there — had it been indicated in play as it should have been. Instead, FNC immediately called it for Biden to suppress that effect. Maliciously so.
The media was calling Va. For Biden 1 minute after polls closed.
When the ballot only addresses one candidate, that of the POTUS, and all other political candidates are not marked…it suggests the opposition wasn’t interested in manipulating the other political races. Definitely calls for investigation in every state in which ballots like this surfaced – particularly from mail-in-ballots

Call your states AG. Maybe if a group of states get together and sue we can help stop this. We, in Tennessee, have voter ID laws. This is an election that will affect all of us, so why should the citizens of Tennessee sit back and allow these shenanigans in other states ruin our lives? I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I wasn’t the only person to have called. I was instructed to write an email to the AG. I am going to do that today. I can not sit back and do nothing. If enough states can, or are willing, to try to do something about this then at least we’ve tried to resolve this issue in a peaceful manner.
