Due to massive voter fraud by mail in ballots approved by executive fiat or wanton procedural voting violations including destruction intimidation harassment despoiling etc of ballots in Pennsylvania, the State Legislator may select the electors as proscribed by US Constitution.
We could rightfully do this but if we did, the Dems would follow suit in every election from now on making up manipulative arguments as to why they have reason to. Didn’t they try to get their elected state officials to do this after the 2016 results?

If my Google search is accurate, in Texas 66% of registered voters voted in the election.
So Wisconsin, PA and MI are hovering at around +90%? That seems legitimate, not.
I think a new election in these states must be held. It’s outrageous what is going on. The only problem is I don’t know how you can have another election in time before the Electors must legally vote in December.
I support we let Pres Trump remain in office until states hold honest elections, observed and attested as compliant with law. At that rate Pres Trump can remain in office forever.
The SCOTUS has the power to delay the date for the Elector’s Vote as a remedy.
Once the fundamental Constitutional mandate of the Election has been corrupted, the Court can take all reasonable steps to remedy that violation.
But we are now in uncharted jurisprudential waters.
This is all *precisely* why the Constitution did not irrevocably bind electors to popular vote counts of their own states.
Very simple solution…US Supreme Court rules state legislature may certify election or order new election or vote and select electors to Electoral College…

You are 100% correct. My guess most of the states will just vote on the electors as the state legislators will not certify the election. SCOTUS has said that there is no legal requirement for people to vote in an election. The Founding Fathers were smart for having this in the Constitution.
This is true, and very interesting. It makes me wonder: how is this a federal issue? If the states don’t even need to have the people vote for their electors in the first place, how on a federal level would it matter how a popular vote for the electors was even run (i.e. “rigged”). Simply put, doesn’t the buck stop at the states since all they need to do is provide the electors by whatever manner it chooses? Is Uncle Sam just saying “I don’t care how you do it, just get me your electors.”? Or is this a matter where the states don’t need to use popular voting, but if they do they have to respect the voting rights afforded in the Constituion?

As we just heard from the Clark County Registrar it’s expected that 51k ballots from his county will get added to the statewide tally tomorrow. Those ballots are getting processed today.
As it stands now:

Trump 592,813
Biden + 11,438
We had 29,774 additional ballots added to the tally today for an overall count of 1,221,045

As long as the commies keep counting and mfg. ballots, PTrump is not going to win. The counting must be stopped. All ballots counted after midnight on Nov 3 must be thrown out.
They are still counting in NC, PA, AZ, GA, MN, MI, and NV. When Biden gets ahead by more than 1%, or more the ballots will all be counted. He must be ahead by more than what will generate a recount.
I hope President Trump continues to fight this but realize no one or any Federal institution with real power to change things supports him. The SCOTUS would be potentially one but I doubt it will be allowed to go that far. And if it did, and mark my words as it will happen, ACB will recuse herself. The more PTrump can expose now, however, the betters as the Senate And House will be turned Republican in 2022 because there will be hell to pay.
Retired Magistrate here: In response to Brant: No, “they” can’t call it for Biden. It is up to each Secretary of State to certify the ballot count and then if a party asks for a recount, if applicable in that state, the recount is done. After that process is conducted, the delegates then vote. Only after all that is done, is the winner actually legally chosen. Please stop thinking that it is up to the MSM to determine who is the President is.

IMO, Dems are attempting to create a constitutional crisis, and they may be succeeding. Philly election officials are defying a PA court order not allowing observers to observe. Philly law enforcement are defying the court order refusing to enforce the court order. I believe all states involved are refusing to allow observers while stuffing Biden ballots and skimming Trump ballots. I believe they are going to show Biden at or beyond 270 ECV’s and then all hell breaks loose. The only short term solution is for PT to take PA & AZ and claim victory and even then dems will challenge.in courts. Dems will likely not let PA & AZ call final for Trump.
I remember Pelosi saying a week before the election that it didn’t matter what the final vote count was that Biden would be President. I also remember Biden saying at one of his last car rallies that he didn’t need his supporters to elect him, he needed them after he is “elected”. That tells me two things, that this vote fraud has been pre-planned at a large scale (DNC, Media, Lincoln project, China, etc.), and that the dems plan is to stall formal calling of election through legal and protest means until after January 21st where we indeed have a crisis and selection goes to House, IIRC. A recount is useless. All you are doing is recounting the fraud. The fraudulent ballots must be thrown out. No ballot submitted after poll closing on Nov 3 and counted without all people and measures in place at all times will not be certified. We have a big mess on our hands because there are at least 7 states and millions of ballots involved.
The problem is that a Dem Secretary of STate is the case in most of these states. Most states have law requiring a candidate be w/in “X” percentage of the other before a Secretary of STate must call for the recount. Usually, it’s w/in .5-1%.
No Dem Secretary of State will call for a recount because of a cry of “voting or ballot irregularities.”

If and when the Supreme Court hears these cases, with the future of the country hanging in the balance, the overly-politicized Court MUST know that both factions have become raging mobs, and not the usual scenario of just one out on the street, and the other calmly taking in events comfortably at home.
If the overly-politicized Court were to see this disparity of interest, and noticed that one side would calmly and maturely accept their bogus verdict, the Court (Roberts) would likely render in favor of the screaming faction in the street, hoping that their bogus verdict might allay the passions of the screaming mob, and avoid for themselves, the horrors of mob justice.

Corona lives on here in the People’s Republic of MD. Schools were supposed to open for hybrid learning for elementary kids in Nov. in our county. School board just announced it’s pushed it back to 2nd semester (February). Still no decision on middle and high schoolers. I have a senior and a 5th grader at home and I am now beginning the process of preparing the younger one to be homeschooled if county can’t get its act together. No excuse not to homeschool now that I am “retired” (also thanks to Corona). Sad my senior will likely be denied prom and graduation, but he’s already moved on.

Could someone please answer this question for me? I thought that every ballot had to be MAPPED to a REGISTERED voter in the precinct in which they’re registered. How in the world can there be ballots counted which have no connection to anyone registered in the precinct. In other words, if there are, for the sake of argument, 100 registered voters in a precinct, how can 10,000 votes be called valid there? Or is it not even required for anyone to register to vote anymore? I hope someone will answer this. Thanks in advance and I’ll try to find my post so I can check.

Someone needs to offer monetary reward for production of actual proof of voter fraud. The reward money could be paid once the evidence is vetted and verified – whether or not it is ultimately used. And provide no financial assistance, inheritance or gifts for any occasion to family members that vote Democrat.
And that we get millions of people to DC to protest every day that Biden or Harris sits in the Whitehouse.

US POP 18+ = 224,059,000
Of those, 70.3% were registered to vote or 157,513,477
Current 2020 election totals (still counting) = 141,299,368 or almost 90% of registered voters (and increasing as counting continues).
2008 – 62.2%
2012 – 58.6%
2016 – 60.2%
If that many people voted this year, that’s fantastic! But the skeptical side of me causes me to be a little suspicious.

I was a poll challenger in MN and what I observed was very interesting. We are barred from making lists but in my mind list I saw maybe 10% of all voters were newly registering. If the official registered voter list is not updated with ED newbies, there could be some discrepancies.
As far as total turnout, I never saw anything like the lineup at BushvGore. Both polling places had plenty of turnout but it was never overwhelming during my afternoon shifts of early voting and ED. Historically, MN has had high turnout with at least two reported to be 78%. It could be possible MN hit 90 but unlikely nationwide..
Per MN SOS https://sos.state.mn.us/election-administration-campaigns/data-maps/historical-voter-turnout-statistics/ voter turnout in 2004 was 78.77% with 20.47% registering on election day. I am skeptical given the lines on election day but with massive early and absentee voting it is possible for MN to have hit 90%. Essential to this is Minneapolis which set a new record. And MN is still counting absentee (170k) until Nov 10 so it could go even higher.
Are these numbers accurate ? Even if same day registration in some ( not all States) increase eligible voters to some degree, maybe it would bring it to 65% or so ? These 2020 numbers are impossible and number of same day registrations does not make it possible . We have gone full Cuba style election ? I wonder if Dems bothered to think math would pass smell test or didn’t care . Impossible turnout for lackluster candidate ? Better performance than first black presidential candidate and first woman candidate, no way . Does the first dementia presidential candidate outperform them , just can’t sell that whopper .

The PA Supreme Court violated PA law when it took over redistricting of congressional districts. That authority was in the PA legislature. The democrat-party-controlled PA SC did not like the districts drawn and had them redrawn by a professor. It swung the districts in favor of the democrats. The US Supreme Court declined to overturn this because it was in the hands of the state.
Yeah, so no relief from the PA Supreme Court in this election. And the US Supreme Court already signaled it would not overrule the PA Supreme Court.
We had a redistricting ballot question on the back of our ballot, but I bet very few saw it. No one pointed it out at our check-in desks and I did not see a sample ballot.

Regarding the cheating, our side must frame this very simply in a way that nearly anyone would relate to. Start from the obvious illogical facts:
1. Any election where there are more votes than registered voters is a serious issue. Among those excess votes are thousands of persons either known to be dead or with birthdates over 120 years old. This should be investigated.
2. When thousands of votes suddenly are brought in to be counted after voting was stopped, and EVERY SINGLE VOTE of over 135 THOUSAND went for Biden, that doesn’t make sense. This incident and others just like it need to be investigated.
3. Votes have been counted while certified Republican observers were DENIED entrance to view the counting, which is their duty and is protected by law. All votes tabulated during this process need to be investigated.
Even average moderates have some sense of fairness. Radical left does not. “WHATEVER IT TAKES” is what they said…..

And where there are more votes than registered voters goes directly to verifiable and certifiable voter rolls and evidence failures in that worthy of examination to void the risk of disenfranchising those who legitimately voted. Presenting the case that they are de facto defects at a baseline level related both to election integrity itself and to the officials whose job it was to certify voter rolls is a workable starting point.

With mail in ballots, the votes are connected to the person voting, so if the voter is disqualified then their votes do not count.
With walk in in person voting, if a voter is found later to not be a qualified voter, it is too late to remove their vote from the total, because the vote is no longer connected to the voter.
So it will be more difficult for the Democrats to make mail in voter fraud to work, because there is a paper trail and the votes are connected to the person.

Our only hope is Trump at this point. They are about to declare GA for Biden and will soon do the same with PA. I am not sure what the optimal strategy going forward is as the feckless republicans will refuse to support Trump in fighting.
If only we had access to the stash of ballot, we could fill out 550k ballots marked–or whatever is needed– for our guy and take them to vote counting center. When they refuse to scan them we have our case. The law the courts have applied when such cases are brought before them is that the ballots in all parts of the state are treated the same. So, since boxes of ballots are appearing all over the place in these states, I am assuming with no clear signatures of chain of custody, we have our “UP yours.”
You want Biden to win by X amount, okay, will match that and raise you. We can go back and forth until SCOTUS tells us, “Enough is enough. We cannot simply allow ballots to magically appear and be counted.”
Alas, we have no ballots….that I KNOW OF. I would imagine for the right dollar amount, they can be purchased. They are in a warehouse in PHilly, in Milwaukee, in Vegas, etc.
