I TOLD YOU SO….. A week ago (July 20th) I told you to watch out for a change in representation for Shellie Zimmerman. It would indicate a very specific aspect to the case and the intentionally flawed representation of Mark O’Mara.. Well, Gee, looky here…..

——————– Original Prediction Outlined Below July 20th ————————-
To protect his wife, Shellie. That’s why.

At least that is how it appears. How else is George going to be able to protect his wife while confronting the insufferable mistakes, perhaps even intentional deception, of his own attorney Mark O’Mara.

The outcome of the previous decisions directed by Mark O’Mara led to George’s incarceration and bond revocation, more looming perjury charges over his head, anticipated by Judge Lester -and threatened by the prosecution- and now his wife facing perjury charges; All because their attorney Mark O’Mara directed the false, or at least misleading, filing of information on their financial affidavit omitting the known Defense Fund money and declaring them indigent.
Against that backdrop recent events begin to make sense.
The events of the past few days have been strange to say the least. George Zimmerman restarting the website, going on Sean Hannity’s TV show, requesting a hotel room for his wife for 30 days from ABC and now his self-anticipated return to jail.
How sad has the state of George Zimmerman’s defense become that Jail is his better option just to protect his wife? Perhaps, I should explain.
Sitting in a chair, chewing a pencil, while staring at a 6 foot white board filled with post it notes from research in the Zimmerman case, and contemplating the recent tweet from Daralene Jones, right after watching the video of Mark O’Mara try to explain away Tape #30, all of a sudden it clicked.
The only way Shellie can defend herself is to expose Mark O’Mara… That’s why George is willing to return to jail.

…. Good luck finding a Orlando Lawyer with a stiff enough spine to expose that deception.
The Orlando courthouse legal crowd are as thick as the thieves they prosecute and defend. Meanwhile the very media who cover them, cover for them. The entrenched and associated ideological media types are the co-dependent facilitators more worried about getting a self-interested scoop than exposing the truth or defending the remaining, albeit crumbling bricks, in the once virtuous walls of the Fourth Estate..
Do you really think any attorney is going to represent Shellie Zimmerman with the truth, knowing they are going to face the ire of their own peers at the country club, or social benefit?
Why, their invitation to the next Runway for Hope charity ball will probably be accompanied by a horses head. It is a lonely place to do the hard thing, in the face of tremendous adversity; especially when that right thing is needed.
Just watch Mrs. Zimmerman’s attorney run for cover over the next few days or so….. wanna bet ? I’ll even give you the odds….. you give me the “told you so”.
Think of all the local players embedded in various factions of comfy coziness all angling for their position on the next Power-50 list. Mark Nejame, Mark O’Mara, Greg Francis, John Morgan, Natalie Jackson, the scheme team of Parks and Crump fresh off their recent Las Vegas awards. Then you have the various cohorts and Ryan Julison, Jeff Weiner, Rene Stutzman, Frances Robles, Daralene Jones’s and other media types all intermingled within the various layers of conflict of interest, yet never exposed to the light of day.
Previously we explained the How, What, and Who behind the decision of Mark O’Mara to construct the financial affidavit around indigent filing. It served his purpose more than anyone elses. And look at the outcome:
Benjamin Crump, an attorney for Trayvon’s family, said it was clear in the calls that George Zimmerman was “coaching others” in “a scheme to hide money.”
“It is George Zimmerman’s credibility that is the issue,” he said.
George Zimmerman called a liar, Shellie Zimmerman facing perjury charges, George’s original bond revoked, increased to a ridiculous $1 million dollars, all while George got to spend a non-splendid 30 days in jail between revocation of bond #1, and issuance of bond #2. Ridiculous. Some great representation there huh?
But the Mark O’Mara TV interview yesterday with Daralene Jones is really what sealed the proof of deception. Take a look for yourself (video credit DiwataMan):
You tell me if that is not the wording of a person who has thought through the best optical scenario to explain away the conversation George had with his friend while in jail unwittingly exposing the construct of his attorney.
Or perhaps it is just another “misunderstanding”. You know, a misunderstanding along the lines of George Zimmerman’s passport forgotten in Mark O’Mara’s briefcase for a month, only to be used as yet another example of deception by the court.
So everyone looks around and says why is Mark O’Mara allowing George to go on TV? Why is Mark O’Mara allowing George to make u-tube videos and request donations? Why is Mark O’Mara allowing George to reconstitute his website for his followers and supporters? Why? Why? Why?
Why the shift? Five words, Two phrases. “Plausible Deniability” and “Cover Your A__”. That’s why.
Think about it. Having listened to dozens of hours of jailhouse recordings of George Zimmerman one personality adjective comes immediately to mind, “meek”, profoundly meek. Yep, meek, mild-mannered, naive and trusting George Zimmerman is caught up in the eye of a hurricane unable to move because of the strength of the whirlwind surrounding him at every angle.
But even a meek person will eventually stop following deception.
The defense fund, structured, organized and controlled by his attorney Mark O’Mara, under the auspices of a *cough* independent CPA, is keeping his security contingent in place. The Bond Surety also arranged by Mark O’Mara with the accompanying contingencies.
And now his wife facing perjury charges unless she can convince an attorney to represent the truth.
Within that truth is the damage to George Zimmerman’s defense. What a horrid catch-22. If she defends herself, then her husband’s defense is weakened because the truth damages his attorney. Yet neither George nor Shellie did anything except listened to the advice of the attorney who could potentially be damaged by the advice they followed.
So what is Georges better option? Head back to jail, allow the O’Mara chips to fall where they may, meanwhile his defense crumbles and a toxic cloud so damaging looms that few, if any, attorney would be willing to step in and salvage the pieces.
Can you think of a more horrid scenario to fall asleep to every night.
Do you let your wife fall on a sword she did not forge? Or do you accept the outcome of her defense, if she can even find an attorney to represent her truthfully and lawfully.
What would you do in their position?
Guess we will know soon enough if this consideration holds any merit. All we need to do is watch and see what Shellie Zimmerman’s attorney does. And what does that say about the integrity of her attorney, the Orlando Courthouse Crowd, and the capacity for fair and honest legal representation in Seminole/Orange County?
I guess we’ll find out soon enough if there is anything to this analysis and dot connection.
Nuf said.
