Is it “Sexist” if it’s true?…..  According to The Nation’s Katha Pollitt: ‘YES‘ – Women advocates, both liberal and conservative, are frustrated by the media’s fascination with the narrative that for the first time in American history, women, not men, were supposedly key in pushing for the use of military force against a foreign government. Reports highlight that the three-woman diplomatic team of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice and the Office of Multilateral and Human Rights Director Samantha Power pushed the male-dominated administration to take military action against Libyan leader Moammar Gaddafi.

Many women are not impressed, believing that it is somewhat sexist and condescending to be surprised that a woman could make a traditionally male decision. According to The Nation’s Katha Pollitt, the very fact that people are pointing out that it is odd for women to push for military action is sexist in and of itself.

Earth to Ms. Pollitt – It is not sexist to point out the facts.   President Obama who previously was detached from the “Humanitarian Inteventionist” approach, or as George Soros and the Open Society crew, along with The United Nations call it “Responsibility to Protect” (R2P), was pushed into this “MILITARY” conflict by Samantha Power, Susan Rice and Hillary Clinton, against the specific advisement of Secretary Gates, Admiral Mullen, and the Joint Chiefs of Staff along with the Pentagon.   So if you want to call it sexist to point out the obvious go right ahead.   I don’t call it sexist, I call it stupid.  Absolutely stupid.

Putting a coalition of like minded nations together before going to the Congress of the United States was stupid.   Failing to make the neccessary case before the American people was stupid.   Rushing in to support a group of rebels whose ideology we know little about is stupid.   Building a team of supporters before you even decide what action you are looking for them to support is stupid…..   Well, you get the picture.   If you need to replace the word “Stupid” with the word “Sexist” go right ahead.   It still don’t change the facts…..
