Now Democrat lawmakers in Virginia introduced a bill titled “Elimination of mandatory minimum sentences for certain offenses.” Which gives liberal judges the authority to remove the “mandatory minimum” jail sentences for the following crimes.

— possession and distribution of child pornography
— Repeat violent felonies.
Why in the world would they want to do that unless they were planing on letting out mass numbers of violent criminals?

This is such bs. Florida is involved and there are other red states besides Texas redistricting. At best Indiana was only going to gain one seat. Now that Maryland has decided to go ahead, Indiana may have a change of heart since they seem to have had a pact with Maryland that neither would redistrict.
And the article ignores the very real possibility of the SCOTUS ruling that racial gerrymandered seats are unconstitutional, giving Republicans up to 20 additional seats once redrawn, mainly in southern states.
