Weird how that Brown University witness graduated from being a ‘homeless man” to a “custodian” as this narrative has progressed over the past week and and a half.
None of that takes away from the fact that the university is looking increasingly negligent.

According to my notes taken in real time, the witness in the warrant/probable cause affidavit (whichever it was) is described as a homeless man named ‘John’ who was living/sleeping in the basement of the building where the incident took place.
As the story evolved, this witness began to be referred to in the media as a ‘custodian’.
The discrepancy was discussed at length all over the internet, particularly on the 0hour1 account.
Not sure if the confusion was generated by the media or the university or both.
It’s a mainstream narrative spun in an apparent cover-up; what would anyone expect besides confusion?

Yes, that is what was said in the particular press conference you referenced.
Prior to that and in the legal documents the witness was described as already iterated in my previous posts.
There were numerous discussions across the internet in real time that I read as those discussions occurred.
First there was one witness, a homeless man.
Then, the homeless man morphed into a custodian.
Whether or not the media and/or the school and/or the cops are claiming one witness or two at this time is beyond me since I do not keep up with the latest flavors in mainstream narratives.
Everyone is invited to tell the story any way they want to, especially since they are going to do that anyway.

The victims should sue Brown for the entire 9 billion endowment Brown holds. Sue them for every penny they can get. The students at that school pay mega bucks to be there and they deserve to be safe. The administration definitely didn’t do their job at making that campus safe even after being warned about this guy roaming around the campus and buildings for days. Sue the heck out of this place.

The New York Times just put out a piece called The Unraveling of the Justice Department, which gave a carte blanche to sixty disgruntled Deep State lawyers axed by the Trump DOJ to lay waste to the current administration. Since there’s no pushback from the authors of the piece, we may presume they believe that Biden’s DOJ under Merrick Garland and his FBI henchman, Christopher Wray, was a bastion of integrity.
Here’s a quote from the piece:

One former DOJ prosecutor vows vengeance, (with the tacit approval of the authors of the piece, of course), when the Democrats return to power:
“It would take a lot of restraint not to retaliate in the next administration. A lot of career people are helping the administration now. I have a list in my head, and if we get out of this, some of them I’m holding to account. A lot could be validly criminally probed.”
Does that guy sound interested in “protect(ing) the nation’s most powerful law enforcement agency from political influence?”
Since the authors of the piece don’t call him out for this we can only assume the NYT can be either (A) be in favor of protecting the DOJ from political influence or (B) they can be okay with it…
…it all depends on who’s doing the influencing!
MAGA should keep a list of these deep state swampers and make sure they are never allowed back in to positions in the government.

It should bring us great celebration to know that around 60 out of 320 swamp attorneys have left the DOJ this year.
