And anyone calling Trump a sellout when he has been under attack since the day he came down the escalator in one way or another more than any other politician that I can ever recall, but after the dust settles he’s still standing playing 3D or4D chess when the rest of the sheep are one dimensional with quick reaction TDS as main motivator which is what the left/uni party is now using as their main focus to distract and trigger. Sure Id like if it DJT didn’t always tend to respond and react to situations like MTG or other repub infighting but he calls it like it is. And sometimes you have to take the good with the not so good as it’s trump calling it like it is that makes him who he is which is exactly the guy we need on our side. I’m not a big fan of Lindsay Graham, but…
believe it or not, and Trump verified it, Lindsay Graham has been extremely effective in getting Trump’s actual legislative agenda passed in the Senate. In some areas where he goes his own way (ie Ukraine) he is still respectful and does not bash Trump.
Actions and effectiveness matter to Trump due to his business mentality of accomplishment over political games.

Therefore, if you simply “dump” his stuff – sure, it will be titillating. Sure, it will be scandalous. But plenty of people can very rightly say that the US Government just libeled them. And I think that they would have a case worth trial.

The elections were held in Blue States, the results were not surprising. The real issue is what the Democrat incumbents will actually do to put their rhetoric into action. Affordability will rapidly go the way of equity and sustainability, and all the other leftist programmes that fail the stress-test of implementation, as rhetoric becomes reality.

I did an analysis 2 days ago in the PT that showed it’s actually a good idea and one I would have jumped at when I was starting out. The key is in what you do with it and how much of your income the minimum payment is.
As far as a build up to another ’08 crash – that was caused by people taking on mortgages they couldn’t afford to pay and lending rules that allowed people to do so (only make 30K/year – sure, step right up to this 4,000 square foot home!).
No, the crash this time will be of a different nature with different causes.
For those house buyers that like to pay odd early,
the lower monthly payment helps to pay off more principal ( and less interest )
when one has budget room to pay off the mortgage.

Life in Mexico is vastly different than that here – that they wouldn’t know comes as absolutely no surprise when considering the differences.
Once upon a time, Harrison, my then husband and I, his parents, and his younger brother drove through the back roads down to Mexico City rather than take the speedier route.
What a lovely trip it was…we hit small villages and up market hideaways where Europeans of wealth would repair. The hospitality and food were unsurpassable, the ancient architecture and arts fascinating. We had no trouble at all and were treated as guests.
A trip to remember…
Years later we had a time share in Akumal, just a little ways out of Cancun. Lovely beach, same hospitality, no issues as we drove here and there to see the ruins and other scenic attractions.
I doubt we would get 6 inches driving over the border now and taking the same route without facing certain death. As for our timeshare? Gave it up after two tourists were gunned down near our beautiful getaway.
