I don’t know how Portland can be cleaned up for any lasting time. It seems that the elected and law enforcement have been corrupted and are ok with the chaos. IMO, arrests would have to happen at the top and I don’t see the will to prosecute or we have few numbers of talented MAGA attorneys to prosecute the higher ups.
What has been the incentive to keep Portland in shambles?

Portland is literally the opposite of “war-ravaged”. It’s beautiful and safe. There is one small protest currently going on.

Have a sibling who lived in the Portland area, worked at the Portland VA for many years as a nurse anesthetist. Saw the deterioration happening to the city. Finally moved across the river to Vancouver. Only go into ‘the hole’ if absolutely necessary……looking to retire to the Orcas Island to further limit their exposure to ‘beautiful and safe’.

This behavior by local authorities in allowing intimidation and assault by leftist terrorist groups is a violation of the civil rights of Americans the same way police in the South allowed violent racists to enforce segregation by intimidation and assault back in the 60s. All the ANTIFA and NICE talk is a deflection from the fact that the Rips appear to have been unprepared once again to take advantage of the circumstances given them and are allowing the Dimms to shift the momentum in their favor.
The Rips knew this shutdown was coming more than two weeks ago, even longer.
Using the tracking and cataloging system of the Surveillance State that Doge and the deep staters both are pushing, they should have had 100,000 to 200,000 pink slips ready for deep state Dimm embeds in many critical departments.
Meanwhile I hear threats they are coming, but have not heard one report of ANY department being downsized or eliminated.
