Unfortunately it appears that ABC will kowtow to the violent radical left and allow the evil propaganda show provided by jimmy kimmel to continue. This show needs to be bud lit. Here’s a comment I saw on another site:

The designated moderate Democrat, Harold Ford, agreed because he said the Trump pressured ABC to take him off by say 97% of his coverage has been negative. Ford doesn’t believe the government should not pressure the media for more favorable coverage and he’s glad Kimmel is back in.
I think I would ask the moderate Ford what actual evidence does he have that ABC made the initial decision to take Kimmel off the air because of Trumps statement. It’s BS they made that decision ABC made the decision because of Trump so he should be called out as another example of FAKE propaganda from the left.

If Trump prevails in this new case, he could fire any agency official for any reason. Of course if Trump can fire anyone in the executive branch, then he could fire a board member of the most independent agency of all…the Federal Reserve.
The 2025-2026 term is going to be lit.
It will be interesting to see whether the markets react tomorrow, or wait for further developments, since SCOTUS previously added dicta to carve out the Fed.

The other major problem is that agencies are so overloaded with DEEP STATE professionals that NOBODY is supervising and nobody is gathering the poor job performance as well as poor conduct and policy violation information needed to actually “fire people for cause”.
In the case of firing the FED Board Member Lisa Cook, “for cause” …. the information establishing “cause” came from OUTSIDE the government.
Then enter the unions who sue because the “no cause” has been established to support firing somebody … and the corrupt supervisors are even called as witnesses to support the employee being fired.
This is another INTENDED consequence of the Uni-Party delaying appointees or giving the President his 1st choices of appointees as the Republican Uni-Party members allowed Obama and Biden.
It is interesting that President Trump fired FED Board Member Lisa Cook … “for cause” thus separating that case from this case. The appeal by the White House, to be heard on 4 November, “should be” a slam dunk win for the President, which would at least reaffirm the President’s Authority to “fire for cause”.
Reaffirming the ability to “fire for cause” will be crucial as I do not think the President will prevail in the case of “firing without cause”.
